Fantastic modern room with plenty of space, The breakfast was very good, the Bar serves very good cocktails. Lastly, despite the largest Sauna having an issue during our stay the area is excellent. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Ich möchte mich bedanken! Das war das schönste Hotel in dem wir je waren! Und normalerweise schreibe ich auch keine Bewertungen da wir oft verreisen. Aber das Hotel „Das Innsbruck“ war der absolute Hammer! In allen Punkten! So viele wunderbare Details… der traumhafte Pool, das schöne Zimmer mit Aussicht, der schöne Wellness Bereich, das Mega krasse Frühstück und der schöne Sternenhimmel als wir im Bett lagen! Einfach Traumhaft

The hotel is on the edge of Old Town and easily walkable to everything in the district. Parking is across the street and down the block, so a bit inconvenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We asked many questions about the area, and they offered a great deal of assistance. The room did seem a bit small or had too much furniture in it for the size. It was very clean and comfortable though. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

The parking garage we had to stay in for the hotel closed it’s doors from 6pm Saturday until Monday morning, we almost got our car stuck for 2 days.

Outstanding! Excellent location and wonderful spa experience. I’m always wary of indoor pools as I hate chlorine smell, but the pool here is magnesium and was lovely! Beds were the comfiest we have experienced in a long time and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much

Great location in the old town. Food in restaurant was excellent, breakfast very good too. The downstairs Spa was nice although the pool was quite small but did enjoy the golden tiling. Loved the big swing chair in the bedroom and the mountain light fitting was awesome!

Utmärkt hotel beläget i centrala Innsbruck. Hotellet har ingen egen bilparkering utan man parkerar i ett närbeläget p hus. Bra frukost. Nära till centrala delarna och alla restauranger.

Lo mejor es la ubicacion y el bufet, la limpieza puede mejorar, el interior del hotel es demasiado oscuro y no tuvieron en cuenta mi petición, ni avisaron, de que no disponian de habitaciones con ducha, salvo dos para personas dependientes que estaban ocupadas, todas las demás eran con bañera.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel. Really impressed with our stay. Spotlessly clean with amazing facilities we found this hotel exceptional value for money and would highly recommend.

I have environmental dust allergies and have never had a problem at several other hotels around the globe. However, this hotel was visibly dirty with the sheets and bedsheets looking like they’ve never been washed. When I politely asked for my sheets to be changed, I was lied to and said they were changed when they were just folded back. The staff was excessively dismissive and the rooms were cramped with no normal amenities. I got so sick from the dirty room that it ruined my entire trip, never stay here.

Bel hôtel, bien situé en bordure de la rivière Inn et du centre de la vielle ville. Bon accueil, informations pour bien nous diriger. Déjeuner ok bien tenue et choix. Par contre pas de frigidaire dans la chambre ce qui est très utile quand l’on voyage beaucoup. Propreté de la chambre très moyenne. Beaucoup de poussière et en plus les tapis. Quand même assez tranquille donc possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Recommander pour un court séjour

The location of the hotel was good. It is right across from the colorful houses and a few steps away from town. Unfortunately, the room had a terrible musty and moldy smell. The hotel provided an ionizer which seemed to worse the problem. The breakfast was average and disappointing. Overall, it was not worth the money.

The hotel is lovely and a location that can’t be beat. I was able to walk from train station with a light bag for a two night stay. My room didn’t have a view of the mountains but the upside was it was quiet, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was vast and superb. And front desk staff can recommend places to eat as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, easy, friendly check-in. Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast offered many choices. The added bonus was upon check-in with our two night stay, we were given transportation passes that included all public transportation for our stay (bus, tram). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

O Hotel é excelente e muito bem localizado. Restaurante do hotel tb muito bom. Café da manhã delicioso . Atendimento impecável. O ponto negativo do quarto que escolhemos era muito pequeno e com apenas uma báscula no alto, um pouco claustrofóbico.

Service beim Frühstück war verbesserungswürdig, kaltes weichgekochtes Ei erhalten, kam lange niemand zum Fragen für Kaffee und Eierspeisen - mussten dies nach 15min selber einfordern. Personal wirkte eher demotiviert/desintressiert. Zimmergrösse für den Preis eher klein und ringhörig. Auch schade, dass die Badeslipper gekostet haben. Okay, dass sie nicht fix im Zimmer sind und aktiv geholt/angefordert werden müssen, den Aufpreis dafür empfinden wir jedoch als unangemessen.

Positiv: Schönes Hotel mitten in Innsbruck. Toller Wellnessbereich (Sauna offen bis 00:00 Uhr/ Pool 24/7) Parkhaus in 1min Entfernung erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist sehr gut. Negativ: Einzelzimmer sind klein, Zimmer direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, daher sehr laut, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster, ebenfalls störend die Straßenbeleuchtung, da leider der Vorhang nicht komplett abdunkelt.(seitlich bleibt ein Spalt) Parken im Haus oder dem Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Umgebung für 16€ (nicht inklusive) Restaurant im Hotel: gut aber für die Portionen zu teuer (die Beilage ist mehr als das Fleisch und das für 25€) VIP Access Leistung: Angegeben wird ein Willkommensgetränk, bekommen habe ich einen 1 1Gutschein, nicht passend bei einer EZ Buchung. Aber leider enttäuschend, war das Frühstück. Bei dem Preis, sollte das Frühstück einfach perfekt sein, leider entspricht dieses lediglich besseren Standard, hier könnte/sollte mehr Auswahl geboten werden. Da habe ich bei günstigeren Hotels besser gefrühstückt. Fazit: Bezahlt wird die Lage und der Wellnessbereich! Für den Preis habe ich mir mehr vorgestellt bzw. größere Erwartungen gehabt.

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful, Camille the lady at the front desk helped explain things held our luggage for 3 hours so we could check out the town until our check-in. She provided a map to show us how to get around and explained our welcome cards for the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast we had include in the stay was way beyond anything we have experience in any other country or even the USA. Thank you to all for making my husband's 50th birthday so wonderful and special.

Great hotel in a fabulous location right in the heart of old town Innsbruck. Close to the station and only 15 mins in a cab to the airport . Lovely cocktail bar and truly amazing breakfast !! The front desk , bar tender and the breakfast staff were all really friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay there again .

Limit to 6pm for children using pool supposedly to have ‘quiet’ time for adults later! If you attend later despite having children that are well trained swimmers to do some laps even if you don’t make any noise you will be told off even if the pool becomes a hot tub for rowdy and half drunk adults who are very noisy and cancel any notion of calmness. Multiple staff consecutively will tell you off that you have broken the ‘rules’ and despite acknowledging that the situation is far away from being a quiet and relaxing environment that ‘they have to accommodate the wishes of all guests’. Staff do not speak well English and are rude. There is no one at breakfast reception to guide you at a table and explain the breakfast process. The waiters tell you to sit wherever you can find and the when you sit down they ask you ‘coffee americano or espresso’ although there is an inclusive menu with a full selection of drinks such as hot chocolate, macchiato and others, omelettes and fried eggs, waffles and pancakes etc. additionally to the buffet. On checkout (Christmas Eve) reception did not even wish ‘Merry Christmas’. The advantage is hotel is in a perfect place with walkable easy distance to old town (literally one minute). Parking is across road in a public car park with no lift therefore prepare to carry heavy luggage with no space for drop off outside reception without blocking the road. Hotel is clean with very good selection of food for breakfast and very warm and cosy feel.

Service beim Frühstück war verbesserungswürdig, kaltes weichgekochtes Ei erhalten, kam lange niemand zum Fragen für Kaffee und Eierspeisen - mussten dies nach 15min selber einfordern. It's a terrific hotel and I am sorry I could only stay one night. Location is perfect, easily walkable from the Central Station and on the edge of the Old Town with the river just across the road. My room was spacious and modern and the spa, pool and dining/bar areas are top class. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is on the edge of Old Town and easily walkable to everything in the district. Parking is across the street and down the block, so a bit inconvenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We asked many questions about the area, and they offered a great deal of assistance. The room did seem a bit small or had too much furniture in it for the size. It was very clean and comfortable though. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

Perfect location, easy, friendly check-in. Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast offered many choices. The added bonus was upon check-in with our two night stay, we were given transportation passes that included all public transportation for our stay (bus, tram). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good location and nice room with great view of city. Check in process slow could of done with more staff on entrance. No on site parking which was a small inconvenience as there is a car park nearby where you get a discounted rate. Would of liked gym facilities but spa was nice. Buffet breakfast lacking variety and quality but overall a good stop for Innsbruck.

After all disappointing on other hotels around this trip this hotel was a 5 star plus. Perfect location right outside Alstadt. Public paid parking is just 200 feet away from the hotel. Good and spacious room. Breakfast was good but not great since takes forever to get the cappuccino but all other services were great.

Very friendly staff & nice modern room with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable beds & no noise at night. On the minus side, no room service available on our 1st night due to a 'private function' and the second night ( a Friday) we were told at 6pm the restaurant was full & therefore no room service again. We expressed our dissatisfaction & were given our food. I would expect any four star hotel to have available room service regardless of external functions or restaurant bookings. Finally one small point - the corridors seemed constantly littered with cleaning trolleys mops and hoovers - often with wires left training on the floor. This is not nice to look at and dangerous for guests many of whom are elderly.

Great location in the old town. Food in restaurant was excellent, breakfast very good too. The downstairs Spa was nice although the pool was quite small but did enjoy the golden tiling. Loved the big swing chair in the bedroom and the mountain light fitting was awesome!

Wonderful stay at Das Innsbruck with our three children. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the pool area was lovely for the children after a day exploring. We felt it offered really good value for money and would happily stay again as a family.

You can tell the hotel is run down. The room was still hot with a poor AC. The breakfast was decent though. The shower leaked out onto the floor, the front door didn't close all the way, and the hall way floors to our room were very dirty and stinky! Not worth $500 and we've stayed at way nicer hotels than this one for less $.
