Always a friendly welcome here, excellent service in the bar and restaurant, great food - specially the breakfast! Well laid out with easy parking. Staff in the wellness centre are very good and the pool/sauna area is well worth a visit.

£430 for 2 nights very over priced.. Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Hotel guests can only use the spar area at certain times unless they pay extra.. Steam room lacks steam, at least the 2 mornings I was there, maybe different at other times but that was my experience.. Showers in the changing rooms are temperature set and unchangeable, for me too hot but that’s me.. The rooms are ok but my bathroom hadn’t been cleaned particularly well.. No food after 8:30 although the staff did try helping us obtain food from outside, we ended up travelling the local McDonald’s Decent bar and cracking cocktails..

The inly negative is the location. Just outside of all the towns ina residential area. Not necessarily bad thing but if you get back ti the hotel after a long day the hotel bar/restaurant is your only choice. The spa was a nice treat in the evenings. Clean and good choice of options. Steam room, different types of saunas, pool, etc. there is also a gym but i didnt utilize that. The view of the water and across to the Conwy Castle is great. Rooms comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast had the plenty of options to meet everyones needs.

Lovely hotel, nice big rooms and clean. Staff very friendly. Food in bar and breakfast was excellent. Only gripe was charging a extra £25 pp to use leisure facilities. This is only issue that lets hotel down. Guests shouldn’t be charged extra to use facilities. It was free before 9am or after 5.15pm but this just meant it was way too busy at these times and kinda spoilt experience.

Some of the decor in the room is looking a bit tired and could do with a refresh. There are stains on the curtains and marks on the walls and furniture. Other than that the room was pleasant and comfortable and liked the sea view. The breakfast was good too.

There were some really good points, the location, the room, the views, there was one real star in the staff, that was Tracey, the rest listened your complaints, nodded and acknowledged, but then did nothing . The security doors to the room blocks were inoperative, the bathroom was covered in mold and mildew., the food a the restaurant was overpriced and average. Antonio was just plain rude and inept ! A joke to charge £25 to use the pool. Lots of marks on the doors and furniture. All in all not what you expect in a so called luxury hotel, I wouldn’t expect somethings in a £50 b and b ! Love Llandudno and Conway, will return to the area but not to the Quay !

I did speak to the receptionist when leaving about the heated towel rail in our room was not working and that there was a large stain on the main curtain in the room as though someone had spilt something on it. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. You can tell there has been recent refurbishments which look fab, only downside was they were refurbishing the spa when I was there so didn’t get to take full advantage, but once it’s done I’m sure it will look great. Free parking, wifi, balcony, robes etc lots of little extras that make a difference in your stay. Would return.

The property was lovely, the room was terrible, never in the photo gallery is a ground floor room looking out onto the car park shown, when I requested a change I was told that was the room Expedia gave me. Very expensive stay to be so disappointed.

Check in was excellent, they upgraded us due to a wedding being held and they put us in a suite, but it was still noisy, the sound insulation between rooms isn't good and whilst sitting in bed we could hear the people up above on the toilet!!!

The sink in bathroom was very high, I had to stand on top toes to wash. No mirror over dressing/work table, so no where to sit to style my hair. No aircon si very warm in bed.

Our large rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view across the river to Conwy Castle. We enjoyed seeing the tide coming and going at various times of day. The food and drink we consumed at the hotel was good quality, from breakfast to a bar meal to dinner in the restaurant. All of the hotel staff we met were friendly, helpful, and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. They really added to our enjoyment.

Modern, relaxed with super service, food and rooms. Bed mattress amazingly comfortable. Spa great and nice outdoor touches with seating with great views and water features. Nothing was too much trouble. Birthday card left in room and birthday plate after our meal, thank you. Clearly run with great management and leadership. We will return.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Staff were warm and welcoming, the Executive room was ok, comfortable and it had a magnificent view and fantastic location. Breakfast really nice, the addition of a few more dishes such as Avocado on Toast would be good. We ate dinner in the hotel one night and that was nice. In general service at the restaurant was pleasant but a bit disorganised and pricing policy not particularly clear. Really enjoyed the pool pre breakfast, very clean and well organised. Shame it’s only pre 9am or post 5:15pm but there is decent clarity about this before we booked and on arrival. Overall I do think our deal was overpriced but would go again if on a special offer.

Second time I've experienced issue with bill on checkout today; told i owed the cost of the room and only on showing the transaction on my bank account was issue resolved; a little embarrassing to be told i hadn't paid in fact i had! I also stayed end of May and had items on my bill that were not mine which took up to a week to get a refund. I love the hotel for its waterside location, cleanliness, friendly staff and dog friendly rooms. I use this hotel when visiting family so gave stayed a few times over last few years.

Fantastic hotel. All staff exceptionally friendly, all saying good morning and hello when wondering around which I appreciate. Evening meal very nice and great quality, breakfast has to be one of the best I've had in a hotel (and I stay in a lot of hotels). Freshly cooked, delicious ingredients and very friendly staff. If in this neck of the woods I would 100% stay here again. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. Very good stay!

Hotel in an excellent location. It was really busy when we stayed and it was obvious the staff were exceptionally busy. We booked a table and the initial wait was acceptable however we were unable to get anyone to take our dessert order or coffee so we gave up and left the restaurant. That was disapointing.

Great location just 30 minutes walk along a the Quay into Conway. Relaxing atmosphere around the hotel. Excellent breakfast facilities with easy dining options. The outdoor eating and drinking area is quite and allows for stunning views at sunset.

We had an enjoyable stay but feel the correspondence regarding booking a table for a meal could have been better, there was never a mention of a bar menu, just a very limited restaurant menu. For the price, we were expecting wonderful but unfortunately it didn’t deliver, very grand looking on arrival but the room was quite bland & missing personality. The robes were threadbare & cheap looking, discovered bundled up in a plastic bag on a shelf, no slippers or vanity pack. The in room coffee etc was cheap & below expectations. Cooked breakfast was wonderful using local produce but the other choices were quite limited. All the staff were very welcoming & friendly, especially Ella who served us drinks & a beautiful cheese board in the small bar area and was very pleasant & attentive. The pool area was nice but the limited time you were allowed use was disappointing, having to pay a further £50 seems excessive. The hotel has all the ingredients for what could be a very luxurious stay but unfortunately some vital little touches were missing for us.
