Nice hotel. Convenient location. Bonkers parking situation. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Their room, the fitness center, and everything else is fantastic. But, the parking would seriously make me question that . 1) $60 per day parking fee is a bit excessive, 2)There is maybe 30 ft of curve to leave your car for valet, IN THE STREET, 3)They don’t staff the valet team enough to deal with the crazy parking situation and the curb fills up with random parked cars, Amazon Prime trucks and other valet cars. So, the only place to stop is in the intersection or to double park in the street, 4)because of the bonkers parking situation, the valet guys are over worked, pissed off and let it show to their customers. To give the valet guys credit, they were really trying to make the best of a crazy situation and were appreciated. The management could do a better job improving the parking problem though.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only a 2 minute walk to Pikes Market where there’s a lot of good restaurants. The monorail to the Space needle and Chihuly glass museum was only about 3 minutes away. The gym with sauna and steam room and roof top bar were nice too.

We arrived a day early to stay in Seattle to see the sights. Hotel has great location to walk to restaurants and Pike place market. Went to top floor bar the FOG ROOM. Served watered down drinks, even the waiter said premade. Four big sips and it was gone, $25. Four drinks cost $108 with no tip. Smoked fog drinks are served during the fall. Bedroom clean, your name displayed on the TV for a greeting, shower and bathroom large and well lighted. Nice view of the street in front of the hotel from our hotel room. Comfy bed to fall asleep quickly. Hotel can call for transportation, either taxi or limo car. We took the limo car, thought it was provided by the hotel, but there was a fee of $65 without tip for 4 people with 8 luggage.

Room and facility were good. Shower fixtures loose but working. Biggest issue was valet. $65 day and waited 20-30 min even calling ahead of time. Only one valet so he was not at front of building when dropping off car most times. Also valet twice checked us out of hotel while in the middle of our trip.

Great centralized location to Pike Place market, great upper floor bar with open air view, don't get cocktail as they are premade and watered down. Friday check in went fine with 2 rooms together and high floor. Next check in after the cruise on Saturday, we dropped off luggage at 10:00am after cruise and checked in. 12:00 room not ready, went out for lunch. 3:00pm which is check in time, they say room not ready, meanwhile you see them giving rooms to other people checking in. 4:00 we were given one handicap room with plastic shower curtain, a bed light that won't turn off due to broken switch. The second room, the shower did not work, plastic shower curtain, AC did not work. What the heck happened? There were also new faces running the hotel. They comp with food and drink, so that meant we were eating here instead of going out on the town. We checked three times thru out the day to see if the room is ready, who dropped that ball? Frustrated from lack of sleep due to heat and lights gave the vacation a good ending note.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the waterfront and major attractions. Staff were extremely friendly, and the restaurant breakfast was convenient and delicious. We would gladly stay here again!

I ultimately enjoyed my stay however the sink drain was clogged so it filled up every time we brushed our teeth washed hands. Secondly the sealing had some sort of sprayed substance which grossed me out. I think for the amount I paid it should have been a bit more cleaner. Ladies were very friendly but when you call down nobody answered the phone rang and rang. Other than that it was a good experience.

The property’s location is very good. The staff were friendly. The hotel room looked modern and clean. There were minor issues like… the closet smelling like old laundry (the robes had like a wet mold smell), so did the sink drain (enough to make washing up experience unpleasant), and my door did not lock unless I lifted up the heavy door. Finding parking is hard, so I opted for valet, which was a good experience.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but this really made my stay not pleasant. The thermostat in the room was not working. It was radiating hot air. The showers were terrible as the water were going out into the bathroom. I had to put towels to stop the water from moving any further. And also the steam room facility felt unsanitary. The fridge in room did not really keep my drinks and food cold. As I sat in the steam room it had a slimy feel to it. But other than that, staff and service was on point.

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly, it was gross. Our queen room literally faced a parking lot, no joke. This should be disclosed when booking or checking in. We kept the curtain closed all weekend, there was no full length mirror in the room, at all. The hostess at the Fog bar upstairs was so rude and aggressive toward us on Saturday night because someone else sat us and not her, the “host.” She literally came up to us and aggressively asked “who sat you here?”

Overall stay was average, staff and bartender were quite nice however there was lipstick all over our bed sheets when we went to go to bed. Had to take sheets and duvet cover off before going to sleep. Would go back again however quite expensive for what you are actually getting. 7/10

Check in process was not super smooth, though in part that could be from how Hotels.com data went through. We at least had 2 rooms and on the same floor but not connecting - not the end of the world. Staff were very friendly on check-in. The good: The bar - 5/5 the bar tender we had was awesome for the couple times we went down to grab some drinks and food. Power Connectivity - 5/5 had plenty of power ports for USB and to plug power adapters to if needed. Access to food - 5/5 it's right next to several great breakfast spots (I can't stress how good Ludi's is across the street), plenty of other spots that are easy to access. Cleanliness - 5/5 Rooms were all really clean and housekeeping was on top of it for needs. Wi-Fi 5/5 honestly had good connectivity to Wi-Fi The not so good: Beds - 1/5 honestly, they look thick but it was like sleeping on camping pad - no one in the party liked the beds Maintenance - 2/5 this may be picky but I think relevant, last day there one of the toilets stopped working, they never fixed it while we were finishing our stay. Luckily we had a second room but just left a bad impression for leaving. It was a Saturday so giving 2 instead of a 1. Final verdict - Would I stay here again - sadly no. The pros for me personally just don't outweigh the main con of not having a comfy bed. If they solve that I'd recommend giving it a go.

Very unfriendly staff at check in. They told us they’d call when our room was ready and they never called. When I asked them why we didn’t get a call they said we did call. They didn’t. No apology. Very rude. For an expensive hotel the staff here are awful. Spend your money elsewhere.

The Valet was amazing, and very kind. The Hotel check in staff, that is a whole different matter. There was 3 adults in the group, so we needed at least 2 keys. We were told, they were short on keys and could only have one key and had to become a Hilton member and download App. That way we could use app to unlock door. Could not log onto Wfi to download app. I went back down and ask for a key, since we could not download. Staff was rude.

There was absolutely no service. We went to dinner and asked the front desk to have the hide-a-bed turned down. They didn't. We tried to call but no one answer the phone so we had to use our cell phone to call the 1-800 number. He told us he was the only one on the property and couldn't leave. We waited over an hour at 10:30pm to get blankets for our kids' bed. Then I tried to call the next morning for a bellhop. Again, no one answers the phone. Would never stay here again!!

Our stay at the Charter was good. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. At check-in, we were advised of an "Urban Fee" of $25 USD that would be charged on my card but that it could be reimbursed as a credit if we took advantage of the hotel dining amenities....Sounds good, we will use it for breakfast in the morning and have the $25 taken off our bill.....not the case! What they didn't tell us is that you had to use the credit that same day (for a one night stay), so they essentially took our $25 and we couldn't get a reimbursement/credit for it. The front desk said they had no way of "reversing" the fee so that we could use it for breakfast (we hadn't even checked out at this point). Better clarity on when we could use the credit would have been greatly appreciated, instead of leaving us feeling like we were being taken advantage of for $25.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights before boarding a cruise. The staff was amazing! Saylem and Angel at the front desk were just a delight to deal with and made checking in and out a breeze. Both were able to answer any of our questions. My mom and I enjoyed drinks up in the Fog Room which was cool and had great views. It was very close to Pikes Place and had good links to the train. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend to anyone looking to stay in Seattle.

The hotel was clean, rooms look to be recently updated and the staff was helpful but the beds were really uncomfortable. The area was very convenient to the monorail and pikes market/the pier but the homelessness and open drug using is a massive problem in downtown and while that’s not the hotels fault, for travelers, especially those who are solo, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean with an awesome restaurant and bar. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The downtown area where the hotel is located felt a bit unsafe in places, but it is very conventiently located, with an easy walk to both Pike Place and the Space Needle.

Rooms were just ok. First room we refused because our “city view” was of a parking garage. Many homeless folks around and in front of hotel. Camping across the street. Open drug use outside lobby. Although close to Pike Place, I would not recommend this property. Do not feel it lived up to Hilton standards.

This hotels sits close to Pike Place market and various other attractions. Food options nearby are obviously exceptional, but front desk staff vibes were weird, valet was understaffed, if you have to rent a car and bring it be ready to deal with major traffic in that area and poor parking. You will have no choice but to pay for valet. The room didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We had views to the parking garage and the room never really felt cold although we lowered it to 65 degrees. The rooftop bar views are great but good luck getting drinks on time or water, and it was also very warm there. You must have a waiter to serve drinks if you have a table, which is fine, but wait staff was super busy and understaffed, so drinks were slow. Also there is a service fee they charge at the rooftop bar, which would be okay if we were told about it and if service was decent, but neither of those happened. Amenities are okay. Location is great, but it’s just not worth what we paid in my opinions which was $1.1k for 3 nights.

The room was awesome, clean, and big. But the wait at the restaurant for breakfast was ridiculous. We left after almost 20 minutes just to get a table, and I can't even imagine how long it would have taken to get our food.

- The start of our trip was a bit disappointing; not being able to check in until 3:30p-4p - We were told the FOG Room’s last call was at 11:15. We arrived at 10:35, just to be told the grill was closed and we actually could not order food, because our waiter had not gotten to us until 10:50. (Which was still before last call) … He was the only waiter working as well. Which was a bummer, but we enjoyed Thomas’ work ethic! He was really nice and tried to accommodate. Just wish the chef staff stayed honest to last call rules - we were forced to order overpriced Pizza Hut instead.
