Our hotel room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast had many options, and plenty of seating. The only issues at the hotel was that the call button was broken for the elevator on our floor, and staff did not always answer the phone to manually send the elevator car up. Additionally, parking was very limited.

Elevator never worked. One of the front desk ladies was rude to a customer stating "it works you just need to trick the other elevator" after he stated he had to wait 10 minutes since his mother was unable to walk the stairs. Rather than own up and apologize she created an excuse and was irrate about it.

Asked for rooms close, ended up two floors apart. Property didn't keep up with maintenance of pool so it closed the day we got there and was closed the remainder of our stay so they could get it back to where it needed to be, we had a bunch of very disappointed kids. Yogurt ran out both days at breakfast by 8ish, was never refilled. Otherwise breakfast choices were good. Have to pay for parking but then there's not enough spaces for everyone to park and end up parking on the street instead.

I like that they have a pool and fitness center close together. The staff is great. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The breakfast is by the lobby too.

Not sure if the beds were actually queen size. The breakfast didn’t have fresh fruit and didn’t have milk or eggs on Saturday morning. Nice little heated pool for a quick dip, with towels there too. Fitness/gym had weights and treadmills and a Peloton.

Overall good There is a daily parking charge and parking isn’t convenient. The elevators are on one corner of the building and if you get a room on the other side it could feel as if you keep walking thru a tunnel in the corridors. There is a nice sized pool but had out of service for both the days I stayed. Got a room on floor 3 and the elevator call button wasn’t working so you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor but cannot take one on your way down. Upon feedback the manager returned a day’s charges, thanks for it, but I was there for a vacation with family and expected a better experience from Hilton.

Fair breakfast, nice clean room, and nice indoor pool. Really like the fridge size, extra sink, and counter space along th entire room. Centrally located and about 5-10 minutes from everything in Longmont. Really comfortable and fun for the family!!

The doors were very noisy could hear them slam in our room. PTA’s unit needs maintenance sounded like it was throwing a beating on start up. Breakfast was adequate. Ice machine good. Pool was excellent. Guest Laundry was good. Parking limited but worked just fine. Beds comfortable. Pillows great.

There was no parking spots and we were told to “just park on the street.” I mentioned that we were paying to park, they did agree to remove that charge. After about 45 minutes we got to our room… the floor was filthy with crumbs everywhere and our beds had tons of hair in them (short, curly hair). And the bathroom also had the same hair everywhere. We asked for a clean room and was told “there is no one here to clean and no open rooms.” They told us, “we will make sure your room gets cleaned in the morning.” This was midnight after traveling all day… we informed them we will not be sleeping in that room and they did reimburse us.

There were a few things that surprised me. One of the Elevators was out of service and the one elevator took FOREVER! Our suite was not has clean as I thought it should be. It was dusty. The hand towel on the bathroom sink looked like someone might have used it before us, along with the soap being unwrapped and stuck in the soap dish. The soap looked new but it was the perception of the soap and towel. For the 2 days that we were there for Breakfast, there wasn’t any butter- at least that I could find. The Coffee “hot” out of the pot was only a little warmer than lukewarm. These are mostly minor issues, but all together, it made me a bit uneasy.

Front desk service personnel is very inconsistent. Some were very friendly and helpful, one in particular was neither. Carpets in room were in desperate need of cleaning. A dog was a guest in and adjacent room and spent a fair amount of my stay barking. Pool was nice, breakfast was fair. Be aware that there is a nightly charge to park that rivals resort fees. Not likely to be a repeat customer at this location.

our day was good and the girl who checked us in on Friday was amazing. she had several things going on and she got us checked in very quickly. The beds were great and the room was nice other than a carpet stain. We would’ve loved to have enjoyed the outdoor area however there was a group of men who sat out there each night and drink and smoked. They pretty well dominated the area so no one else sat out there but them, they were very polite but we did not feel comfortable sitting outside.

I would’ve liked to of seen better housekeeping. It was hard to find someone to get it done and then we had to wait hours. Housekeeper did not properly clean the room and replenish all the supplies no coffee tea, etc. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to do the dishes, but those weren’t done either. Otherwise we had a nice time. People were very nice.

This is a great property with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of seating space. My only criticism is that the walls of the suites appear quite “thin”; I could hear everything going on in my neighbors’ rooms, conversations, etc.

The younger front desk lady that checked us in really didn’t explain what the $50 charge was she charged us and we were unaware of the charge before check in. Our rooms thermostat wouldn’t work as we wanted so it got really warm in our room even trying to use the ac part.

Large room, everything looked nice. But it was noisy! We were on first floor and lots of noise above us and in hallway overnight. I know that can't be controlled so much but it made for not a great night of sleep. Kids lived the breakfast

Only issue we had with this hotel is we could hear people walking in rooms above us. This was our only issue but a big one. Dont think it was as much the people above us but the way the floors were. One of the elevators was out of service so going to and from the room took some time. Air Conditioner was leaking and it looked like there was some black mold where it was leaking. Breakfast wasn't great, good selection but improperly seasoned and quality was low. Otherwise, room was very spacious and the finishes were pleasing. Amazing area to visit; plenty of shopping and restaurant options.

Guest service was terrible. Room was not prepared. Items like no toilet paper. No coffee at breakfast and when I informed the front desk they were too distracted to care. No recognition for being a Hilton honors member. Too many other lodging options to ever go back to this hotel

They hold my card when i make the reservation..i call 3 hours before my check-in this lady says no reservation under my name so i try to get another room she say no vacancy so i make the reservation in another hotel..few days later i check my bank account there was a 187 dollars charge from this hotel..so i call they says it was for non show fee...i speak to the manager he says it was my foult for non show try to explain no listen to me..this person was very rude just hangout my call..

Loved the room, plenty of space and extremely comfortable, felt clean and new. I loved it and would stay again in a heart beat. My kitchen sink started leaking and they had it fixed in a flash. They were also accommodating and gave me a late checkout time. They do charge a parking fee which I find crazy and silly in that area. $12 a day adds up. Especially in a location where you don’t have much of a choice but to rent a car. Felt a bit much. Especially when your parking fees add up to a large percent of your bill.

Spacious, well-equipped room with kitchens and utensils, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Gym, saltwater pool, outdoor patio with fireplace. GREAT breakfast included (love the waffle maker). Minutes from Target and Safeway for groceries, close to Office Max for business printing and other needs. Reliable free internet. Every other day housekeeping. Room key can be on your smart phone. Lots of considerations to make the hotel stay eco-conscious. However, be aware some Expedia rates include one night charge for any changes or cancellations. No on demand movies. I would definitely pick this for a central location in the corridor up and down the east side of the Rockies.

I was disappointed in the $10 per day parking fee. That needs to be more transparent in the booking process. Plus, how else will people arrive at your motel? The breakfast was great…. Just not hot. Location was perfect The rooms are ver accommodating

Nice hotel for the money. Service is great! Breakfast, gym,pool are good. Location is good. However, hotel rooms need a facelift and main road to access in/out VERY busy. Consider turning off one block early and come in the back way.

I stayed for 12 days and had very pleasant stay. Only wish we had different breakfast after couple of days atleast. Was bored having same daily. Otherwise, staff, cleaner, amenities were all good. For kitchen, many things were there but there was shortage of induction stove. Request to keep for all rooms. It will be good for specially with family with toddler like us.

I'm very disappointed by how dirty that my room was. Also, when I told two separate front desk people, one at night and one in the morning, neither seemed to be very concerned and I did not hear from management. Also, it's a breakfast. The selection was very poor this time and the last time that I stayed, they seemed to be surprised by the fact that their hotel was sold out.

My daughter and I were leaving early for softball. We arrived in the dining area to get breakfast around 6:10. The breakfast options were not fully available. Cream cheese, but no bagels, etc. They were filling some items up as we were exiting.

The stay was wonderful and the price was well worth it. We enjoyed the late night swims and the nearby cuisine. The only drawback were that breakfast items such as meat and eggs went fast and that it took almost 45 minutes for a re-stock, so breakfast wasnt enjoyable

The beds and shower were great. However the breakfast wasnt very good. They only had chocolate muffins. Also there were waffles but no bacon, sausages or eggs. All sweet stuff with the exception of yogurt.
