Pleasantly landscaped, homey feel. BUT they charged $7 per night to park?? You've got to be kidding. I did not read this anywhere prior to staying.

This was my 1st time at a Marriott Suites Hotel. It was nice. However the pool was not operational. That was the one drawback.

It was nothing like what was shown on the website. The main reason I booked with this hotel was for the pool however it looked nothing like the website. The pool was small and gated, it was green from not being cleaned and I it was closed for the entire week I was there. Overall, my stay here wasn’t at all what I imagined it would be. 3/10 experience.

The place ended up being nice enough but it started by the pool being a green swamp that was closed (not like the picture). Also no sheets for the pull out bed and was told well that's houskeeping for you as they gave me the required sheets a the front desk (two other guests were also getting some at the same time). Also no one answered the phone at the front desk when I called about the missing sheets. No one cleaned the ashes from someone smoking out front of our room until we brought it up, although the front desk did clean up the water leaking from outside our room quickly. Oh and the air conditioning unit that says controlled by the wall thermostat wasn't controlled by the wall thermostat and apparently that happens so it had to be controlled from the airconditioner (not a problem). Lastly, I may have missed it but being charged over $7.00 per day for parking in the middle of nowhere was a little unexpected at the end of our stay. Would we stay there again ... maybe ... it ended up being good enough but they really could make it better and since we had wanted the pool that was a huge disappointment. BUT there is a nice outdoor pool just a little ways from the hotel called Henry Moses Aquatic Center that was really great!

Property had poor service. Didn't have an operating tv my whole stay. Miscommunication between staff. No pool or jacuzzi was in use. Staff unable to assist with issue due to non communication with maintenance staff. Wouldn't recommend

Came from out of town with my daughters to a softball tournament. We chose this location for the kitchenette, ability to sleep 4, and safety. We were sad the hot tub was out of order, but that’s ok. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

This place is not worth the price they charge. Mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. Dirty floors that had not been mopped in who knows how long. Pool was closed the entire time. The only positive was a decent breakfast selection.

Carpet and curtains stained and dirty. Hot tub drained a dirty. Pool wasn’t heated. Good breakfast.

There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool on the website, but the pool is actually covered, which is so disappointing. Waiting too long for check-in. Definitely not worth the money.

The pool was dirty and the tub wasn't working. The outside was clean but the room wasn't. We will not stay here again.

There was pink mold in the shower stall and it was very noisy. I took one photo but there were more.

Staff was generally pleasant. Check in process missed information about basic property amenities and breakfast times. Room cleanliness was not the greatest. Dark curly hairs were in the clean bath towels and didn't see them till after getting out of the shower and wiping myself off - checked the other bath towels that were hanging and they all had the same issue. Tried using the house phone to get more clean towels and the line goes straight to a live feed of the main phoneline. Had to call the hotel from my cell phone to reach someone.

The room was not well cleaned. For example, the remnant of a bar of soap was stuck on the soap holder in the shower indicating that had not been wiped clean after last guest. The floor also had not been cleaned properly. It took 30 minutes to check in partly due to the repeated problems already checked in guests were having with their rooms and needed to return to front desk - one couple had to change rooms three times because first 2 rooms did not have working tvs. Room cards were not working for some and other problems. There is also a $7 a day charge for parking and limited parking for those who arrive late.

Bed had mold in it sheets were dirty even the spare shower was mostly cold and couldn’t even stay the whole night

The condition of the room was awful. It was CLEARLY not properly cleaned before I arrived. Where to start? Well, there was a spider web with a live spider in the bathroom. And a dead ant on the floor. And a piece of plastic on the floor. Then there the dust bunnies next to the bed. And the bread crumbs and... remnants... in the cupboard with the toaster. And the multiple stains on the couch and ottoman. And the filthy bathroom walls. And the just general grossness of the molding and so on in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed didn't even fit. The "fitted" sheet didn't go all the way over the mattress - it's a thick mattress and a standard (or smaller) fitted sheet. The regular sheet wasn't put on properly - it was sideways! The towel rack in the bathroom is just... missing. One of the supports is still there and one of the mounts is there but missing the support and the rack itself is gone. There's no door stop for the bathroom door so it just dents the wall when opened all the way. Multiple light bulbs not working. The TV is placed so that it's perpendicular to BOTH the couch and the bed. It swivels but is placed so close to the wall, it can't fully swivel so neither the couch nor the bed can really watch the TV comfortably. There really isn't enough parking when checking in. When I went to check in, both "check in" parking spots were occupied - but no one was checking in. Overall, a big disappointment and pretty gross.

Breakfast was great. The room was smelly. We arrived too late to ask for a different room.

This establishment was not up there with other Marriott hotel standards. The grounds were dirty. We saw the same garbage on the stairways and ground the three nights we stayed there. Our room was clean, so that was a good thing. But things in the room did not work. At first, we couldn't find the tv remote, then after getting one from the front desk it did turn on, but nothing besides that worked. They kept saying that it was a connection issue, but our family in another room had no issue. Breakfast did have a good choice of food, but once again the cleanliness was lacking. Garbage piled up, and the worker would just walk by it, and not do anything about the overflowing garbage can. We also don't understand the charge for parking. The hotel has its own parking lot, not shared with another building, but we are still charged to park there. It wasn't in a secure place to warrant an extra charge. I will say that the girl who checked us in on the first night of our stay was VERY polite and made sure we were not by the rooms where the alarms were going off throughout the night. It is not her fault, but when we got to our first room, the key would not let us in. She said it was possibly a low battery on the keypad. That is something else that could have easily been taken care of if maintenance was done. She did apologize and was very apologetic and got us into another room easily. Like I said, she was doing her job very well. Like I said, this is not the standard we expect from

Very dirty, hair everywhere, bug on the bed, dirty/moldy shower, smelled like smoke, dirty comfoter, etc. All the windows were left open ground floor and I had no idea until the next day.

First room had food still in refrigerator, no towels in bathroom. Room smelled like cigarettes. Moved to second room bathroom sink didn’t drain reported and never fixed. Shower Dripped water. Had to request shampoo and decent towels.

Our room was very dirty with cobwebs and stained carpet. Our tub did not drain. There were limited linens on the bed which made for a cold night.

Be careful when stepping into the tub/shower. The bottom of the tub/shower is very slick and poses a safety hazard. Decor a bit dated, but the bed was firm and comfortable. Good insulation. I liked having a kitchenette.

The room was showing its age. The lock that can hold the door open was hanging loose (I told the desk staff member about this and she apologized but didn’t offer repair). The bath faucet was loose and the toilet would run after flushing if you didn’t jiggle the handle. The bed was very comfortable and for a quick overnight stay with dogs it was okay.

Horrible bed and even worse pillows. Fridge made odd noises all night. Left a night early.

The water pressure was great but the property needs updating, it showed a lot of wear, sockets loose, molding peeling back, etc. Also it was fairly noisy with a major road so close. I had to wear earplugs to get a decent night sleep

Helpful staff but room felt to small for our family of 4.

I love the suite rooms cause there's everything you need. The only downside was the mattress on the sofa bed in Rm 115 was very thin and uncomfortable. The king bed was fine. Staff were lovelly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area.

It was ok, there was a 7-11 right there where it seemed like there were a lot of homeless people hanging around. The room was ok, the property is very dated, and is not the nicest Marriott Ive stayed in. No major problems, but paint chipping around door frames, bathroom could use an update, cobwebs everywhere, and I had a 2nd floor room and no one to take my suitcase upstairs.

Liked the full size fridge. But there was quite a bit of noise from guests and traffic noise

Our neighbors were up all night talking loudly and playing music both nights we were there. Made several calls to front desk but they were unable or unwilling to quiet them down. We will not stay there again.

I’ve stayed here twice. I did not leave a separate review for the first time because I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Ha! This visit: Check-in took FOREVER. Seemed like there was a computer problem or something, but no explanation or apology was given. We were checked into a room that wasn’t ready. After parking we found the room being cleaned and prepped. We had to wait 35+ minutes out in the heat for the slow housekeeper to finish. Outlets on both sides of the bed didn’t work. Closet door was missing entirely. Last visit: room keys didn’t work, once we got working keys, not a single towel was in the room. Light on the right side of the bed was a strobe when turned on. Closet door was hanging by a thread and not functional.

The property was clean, breakfast good, we had to change rooms because the fridge did not work and I had medication that needed to be refrigerated and our milk went warm. One of the keys for the new room did not work, we were charged for parking we did not know about in our prepay, the hotel could not explain why the put the wrong amount for the incidentals charge which they said was $20 per night and we were charged $70. If you are going to charge it, you should be able to explain it. The front desk service needs some improvement but the rest of the staff on property were friendly.

Everything was excellent, staff was great especially Mirna at the front desk is the best very helpful all the time. Just book another 27 nights!!

The receptionist, who was a lady, was quite rude and arrogant on the phone. We requested a cleaning for our room, but she told us that since our checkout is tomorrow, the room wouldn't be cleaned, even though we are still staying here. Additionally, the cleaners were supposed to take out the trash, but they acted as if they didn't understand what we were saying. As a result, we had to take out all the trash ourselves. This was very unprofessional behavior. I will never book again!!

This hotel has a nice setup, arranged to look and feel as though you have a private apartment on campus. Staff were kind and breakfast was decent. The kitchen was stocked with some items and provided added convenience. However, there were some issues that will prevent us from staying there again. -Rooms are in desperate need of updating-peeling paint, old mattresses, etc. Our door handle popped off and safety lock is hanging by a thread(definitely not safe!!) -Sink disposal was full of brown sludge. So gross! Did not drain when attempted to rinse. -Pool and hot tube were closed but this was not communicated at check in or on the app before reservation. When we inquired, they stated someone was coming to fix it, however, the cover was turning brown and covered in leaves as if it had been closed for quite some time. The pictures of the pool were the reason we selected this hotel so this was extra disappointing. -We attempted to contact the front desk multiple times by phone-both the room phone and cell. Calls were either answered with a “please hold” followed by up to 5 mins of holding (I eventually hung up each time) or never answered. -We requested towels at the front desk. They stated they didn’t have any but would bring some to our room as soon as laundry was done. We did not receive towels. The next day, we had to make a second request for towels. There were finally delivered three hours later.

I had asked for housekeeping to come while I stayed. In 3 days I never saw them once. I had to go to the desk to ask for more towels, toilet paper, and bedding for the sofa bed. The sofa bed had spilled hot cocoa on all over it. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink clogged. The towels we did get smelled like pee. After walking in the floor in the room, which is the only place I went without shoes, stepping into the shower my feet had black dirt coming off them. The pool was broken and no refund or apology for that. They didn’t verbalize that you had to pay for nightly parking just asked if you planned on parking and gave you a paper. The paper stated it but they could have said something. I understand being short staffed and have compassion for people dealing with it but how about not booking so full if you don’t have the staff to keep up for the demand. Every time I asked about towels I was told we don’t have any we will bring some in and hour. One morning my spouse and I along with our 2 children had to share 1 towel which was less than desirable.

Clean, convenient to airport, safe environment.

My wife and I stayed here for three weeks. We appreciate the great service and breakfast. They even change menus for the breakfast to make it more fun for long-term guests. We also enjoyed the location as it's walkable to malls and grocery stores, and it's easy to catch a bus to Seattle downtown and Bellevue. It's a lovely place to stay. We would love to come back.

Good Price. Close to Amenities.

Location in a very quiet industrial kind of area a very short drive to shopping and dining so was great for that. Only issue was paid parking…made no sense as clearly part of hotel and where it was located had no idea why I would need to pay for parking. It was like motel style with parking right outside hotel door on their premises so that was super disappointing.

Time for an upgrade. Area was a bit concerning.

Good situation for a Seattle stay, shopping nearby and not too far off I-5 after a long day of travel.

This place is located in a light industrial area, very hard to locate on maps.google.com . Breakfast was adequate with lots of cereal, but no milk. They had eggs, bacon, and waffles. Limited parking available.

The room was clean and adequate, it was old and showed its age in certain areas. Housekeeping needs and maintenance need to step up. The breakfast room is tiny given the size of the hotel. It was a nice stay just needs a little work

The breakfast has good variety of food. The breakfast lady works very hard.

Compact property, room was okay, not much spacious. charges $10 per night for parking. The one thing we didn’t like was the rude behavior of the staff managing the breakfast area. We went to have breakfast around 9:30 am and already bread and waffle batter was over/empty. When asked the staff member said she won’t refill and eat whatever is available. Only two bagels were there with fruits, ended up having just those.

They have excellent quality breakfast and the kitchen lady was very friendly same as the front desk will definitely go back again. Great service the only the thing is that their shampoo is bad they need to change it to dove it’s much better
