The bed was comfortable. That was the positive. The pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, ice maker and stairwell (yes the stairwell) all had signs saying they were out of order. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for anything beyond a bed to sleep on.

We booked this for the Pool & Hot Tub and then upon arrival were told it was closed for Summer Repairs. It was very hot that day, we had 2 small children with us travelling on a house hunting trip who after 8 hours of driving we're looking forward to using the pool so, we ended up asking for our money back. The person who originally checked us in was rude and not very friendly. The manager who issued our refund though, was absolutely fantastic.

We all thought for the price we pd no breakfast was kinda a disappointment almost $70 for three people to eat. The rooms were nothing special, we had a bathroom door that didnt close properly and when we went to speak to them about it we were told weather shifts it. We had to pay 150 security and as far as i know it has not been returned to us. Also pool closed at 9 so kids never even had a chance to swim, so we pd that amount for the pool and it closes early. So all in all it was fine but not the greatest.

The room wasn’t clean.The area and the hotel itself not safe .Hair all over the beds .The hair dryer covered in hair from previous people.The furnitures old and dirty .We had to pay 223 $ per night.The worst experience ever .Even for free of charge you shouldn’t stay .I will never ever suggest Ramadas hotels to anyone .Just garbage .We did spend the night in fear and disguise.

Hot tub is nice! Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Found lots of other people’s hairs around our room and on sheets. The entrance smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. Not the best.

Will not stay here ever again and would advise against staying here. First of all the hotel was hosting evacuees from northern Saskatchewan which lead to the pool hours being reduced, which we were not informed of ahead of time and was part of the reason why we had booked in the first place. secondly the police were at the hotel 3 of the 4 times we left and came back and the 4th time was an ambulance. Rooms are small, old, and we had bed bugs in our room. When we let the hotel staff know they said they can’t do anything about it and need to talk to a manager on Thursday, this was Sunday. Needless to say we will never be back.

No towels in pool, room floor was dirty and made our feet black and dirty after a shower, the hotel didnt list that it wad under renovations prior to booking and the pool hot tub had VERY sharp edges. Tbe shower hot water was just luke warm. Will be asking for partial refund if not a full refund

Staff was great very accommodating. First room was not clean, stained sheets, hairs in the bed. Staff were more than helpful in moving us to a different room, counter in this bathroom was not woped clean and also uncleaned chairs and desk top.

The staff were really helpful, welcoming and respectful. The property is run down and could do with some renovations. The sheets were torn and bed springy. The curtains didn’t close all the way which was slighly annoying The pool has a dirty ring around the inside and the hot tub water had a film and bubbles on top.

The room was as expected, spacious, clean and outdated. Intense cigarette smell in the washroom (perhaps coming through the vent...) The area is definitely sketchy in the evening - gang-looking crowd loitering at the very doorstep of the hotel, some looked like doing drugs. Police officers mentioned the area is not good. While the facilities are ok, I'll choose a different location next time. It's unfortunate.

Ok this is an old hotel, one of the city originals. For the past 20 years it had really been a bit of a dive. Right now it is going through renovations for 2 years. I stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was very nice indeed. Stay was quiet, bed was comfortable lots of pillows, bathroom is renovated good shower and hot water. Good pool and hot tub, but open only til 9pm, a bit of a downer. Good restaurant it tasted good and had a decent price. There is a bar, and all staff were wonderful. Every one. Front desk, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff.

The doors to the rooms have 1” gaps on the bottom and top of the doors. Our room was nice. Unfortunately you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette and pot smoke to get into the hotel, faint cigarette smell through the entire hotel 😷

When I booked the hotel it shows breakfast included which is not true . Checked out time they charged me extra price, when I asked the reception they said they have an everyday different price which is hard to understand. Then after long discussion they agree to returns back my over charge money. Wasting so much time at checkout and checked in.

The staff wasnt very nice, I asked for a cot twice before arriving and they said yes theres an additional charge i said no problem ill pay it and when arriving the front dest was rude and said there was no cots available. I will never be staying there again. It was a horrible sleep.

The staff was super nice and accommodating to us during our stay. Me and my 2 friends and my friends 2 children were left stranded by our other friend who drove us from regina. The staff let us have a late checkout and then they gave us the 2nd floor to use and gave the kids some toys to play with and were soo understanding and they actually cared about us and wanted to make sure we were safe and we’re gonna be able to get back to our city. they also let us know our friend tried to take our damage deposit back. they wouldn’t let him though because he needed my debit card and then he asked for cash but thank god they didn’t give anything to him

Came here for the pool with our toddler. No pool available. Asked to speak to manager about our booking. Was lied to stating there wasn’t one on all weekend. When Expedia called the front desk they said there was a manager on. Took Expedia over an hour to reach the front desk. Awful service

This hotel is located in a very rough part of town. Lots of homeless people asking for money and cigarettes. They become violent when you don’t give them something. The hotel rooms are nice. Room was nice. 6th floor has no water pressure shower was just a trickle.

The room was very clean, the food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I room coffee are k cups they give two then you have to buy more. That would be my only down side. Overall my stay was very nice.

Front desk said lots of parking around hotel, when I arrived from my event there were no available spots. I waited 45 minutes to get a parking stall. Many patrons did not get a parking place, there were guests scattered throughout the lot not in parking stalls. Staff was excellent. Restaurant had good meals with large portions at a fair price.
