Everything was excellent as it has been in the past when we’ve stayed. The parking lot is small when large trucks park in it makes it hard to get out. It is signed for larger vehicles to park in other areas but people still park with larger vehicles. Management needs to enforce this due to Risk of damage to customers vehicles. Other than that, room clean, breakfast good, staff very nice and friendly and accommodating.

We were bitten by bed bugs. 2 of us in the room separate beds. Manager doesn't believe us. So we went to the Saskatoon Hospital to have it checked. The doctor at the emergency room confirmed that we were bitten by bed bugs. We were given tetanus injections and anti biotics because of the Infection and inflammation.

We found a babybug " unaware what kind at that point" it was a bed bug on the pillow the night we stayed and in the morning i got bed bug bites and there was bedbug blood spots on the sheets. We where in to much of a rush to beat the storm and coulnt confront the situation at check out and have had to buy bedbug raid and pay for drycleaning for out property we had in the room with us. Other then that issue it would have been a perect stay the staff are excellent and kind it was a clean "minus the bedbugs" in the room and the breakfast was pretty darn good for a selfserve. Normally i would directly google and Expedia review this issue but im going to give the property a oppertunity to hopfully promptly address the issue and see how they manige to compansite. As from the experience with the staff im confident they can make it right.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly. The continental breakfast includes pancakes, cereal, juice, coffee, bagels, toast, yogourt, apples, and hard-boiled eggs. There are many restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

I got the suite with the tub, and loved it ! Front desk was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, only downside was the room was not clean. HAIR everywhere. I’m talking every where. I asked them to change sheets cuz it’s was so bad and even after found a few hairs. I cleaned the tub myself cuz of the hair and there was hair in drawers on desk I’ve never seen so much hair.

3 adults stayed in the family suite. It was unique. Enjoyed the arcade machine in the room. Would be great for kids for sure. A small seat for the arcade machine would have been helpful. Beds were comfortable. There was a musty smell in the room, which was a bit off putting.

The clerk at the check in was very rude. He said my check in name ( Bob) did not match my credit card name (Robert). So, he refused to accept it as the damge deposit prepayment. I pointed out that i used the same combination when booking thru Expedia. He looked at me and acted like i was so stupid..total disrespect. I understood he had not been in Canda very long ( from India) amd he very painfully told me...sir, i have ben here ifor a year now and i know i have never come across someone trying this before. I will not accept you credit card. Lol..he would not listen that people named Robert go by the name of Bob. I explained that Robert, Rob, Robby, Bob and Bobby were all rhe same name and that exoedia accepted the credit card. He said ( LOL)...If the name was Rob..he woukd accept it...but NOT Bob. I asked him to call the manager..he refused. I thrn acted very disrepectful..pointing out that i was checking in at 2:00 and that if i was not careful he woukd charge me for the early (1hr) check in. I told him to give my money back and 8 will go elsewhere..he told me to f'off and said I had to call expedia myself. I will never stay here again!

Rate is more expensive when i get there. They did not honor your rate instead i was charged more. Front Desk officer told me that expedia is always like that your rate is not acceptable and you guys are difficult to deal with. I am upset because of that plus they took $200 deposit for my booking that i am not prepared for that. They took deposit of $200 upon check in but i need to wait refund 3-5 business days. Disappointed and Not happy at all on that part.

Got evacuated from our community due to wild fires, booked into super8. drove 8 hours to hear no pet rooms available. receptionist advised upon arrival to cancel. we left and tried cancelling through hotels.com. still got charged our full rate without even being checked in and being advised to cancel. hotel told hotels.com that we were no show and will not credit 1st night stay. thank you super 8 for not helping a family after being evacuated out of their community and not having anywhere to go, then still charging them. you will never see me again.

This property was in a more industrial area, so less homeless and criminal activity in this area than the downtown area. I had my window smashed out staying downtown last year. The room was fairly nice, it was clean and the shower water pressure was excellent.

It's a really nice place, with an awesome breakfast in the mornings. I want a pancake maker for my house now! Anyway the staff is very kind, the rooms are well kept and things are reasonably quiet. The only weird thing was the bathroom sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom but maybe there's a reason for that. I'm not sure. Thank you anyway we'll be back!
