Air conditioning needs to be updated. If they invested a little money in updating their air conditioning this place could be great. The shower didn’t drain so the whole bathroom flooded. Fair warning it’s in the party area of town so the other guests are pretty noisy in the halls, Driving through the street the hotel is on at night is a nightmare, I don’t mind all this but it’s nice to know in advance. The hotel staff is very nice. And the breakfast in the morning is good. The shower not draining is really not that big of a deal to me either. But I couldn’t sleep due to the heat, although the air conditioner was on the coolest setting and the lowest temperature it never cooled the room. When I asked to switch rooms it was brushed off I’m hoping I can get a refund because it was unacceptable. Also the parking they offer is five euros which is a good deal, but there’s a curfew in the parking lot, you can only get your car from 9 AM to midnight this I found ridiculous. I would not stay again. Sidenote the pictures are kind of deceiving the angle they use or lenses makes the pool look bigger than it actually is amongst other things. Makes it feel very untrustworthy.

Estive com minha esposa entre os dias 23 e 26 de setembro. Desde o atendimento antes da chegada atè durante e após foi tudo ótimo. Lucas e todos os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem. Quarto bom, café da manha bom. O check out é as 11h, mas nos deixaram usar o espaço do hotel após, guardaram nossas malas, nos providenciaram toalhas e o espaço para tomar banho para irmos para o aeroporto. Região com muitos restaurantes bons. Tem muitas casas noturnas próximo do hotel, mas no período que ficamos hospedados tudo estava muito silencioso. Além disso eles tem um estacionamento privado bem próximo, é só pedir a chave do estacionamento que eles te explicam tudo. Recomendamos. Só temos a agradecer a equipe do hotel Tzante

Hatten ein Zimmer im ruhigeren Teil. Zimmer zur Straße sind über einer Bar und an einer Einkaufsmeile. Parkplatz ist 200 m um die Ecke, also nicht direkt am Hotel gelegen. Schlüssel muss vorher an der Rezeption geholt werden. Parkplatz ist verschlossen aber nicht bewacht. Man sollte bedenken das das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist und somit im Partyhotspot liegt. Was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Zimmer super. Frühstück perfekt um in den Tag zu starten. Personal immer sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado na rua principal, próximo à praia. Quarto ample e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Acessibilidade excelente. O estacionamento era pago e situado a alguns metros de caminhada, então preferi estacionar na rua. Funcionários atenciosos, sobretudo Maria, que estava na recepção e nos deu várias dicas de restaurantes e passeios. Certamente voltaria e recomendo!

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It has a nice pool with bar alongside. The breakfast had a vast array of choice to suit most peoples tastes. Nice size balcony to relax on. We stayed towards the end of the season so was quieter than I believe it might have been at other times. This suited so I would recommend for a relaxing stay

The hotel is very well kept, stands out for its good customer service skills, I’d specifically mention two receptionist that were extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service skills Maria and Leddy. The hotel is cleaned in daily basis cleaners are also lovely and very attentive. The hotel has a bar which can get a bit noisy in the evenings but you cannot hear the music from the rooms which is good, despite a few noisy guests late comers our stay was very good. The hotel is a 5 min walk or less from Laganas beach which is lovely to swim and has one of the best restaurants in town Eat Greek with Mr Dallas who served us very well in both times we visited.

Ledi and Marta on reception were welcoming, met with a smile, greeting and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Eugenia ‘mother’ of the hotel in term of making sure you are comfortable, very friendly chatting going the extra mile. Such lovely people very warm and approachable. Overall I would definitely stay here again, although it’s on the strip you don’t here a thing once your in the hotel. Modern stylish room, extremely clean and no insects surprisingly. Beautiful pool and bar area, very relax environment.. the list goes on. Thank you 🇬🇷

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und wohl auch gerade renoviert worden, es war alles sehr sauber. Wir waren für drei Nächte und waren sehr zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders sympathisch Marta von der Rezeption.

Struttura in pieno centro nel quartiere della movida ma nonostante tutto silenzioso. Pulizie degli spazi comuni buone, della camera assolutamente da rivedere, in particolare il bagno. Nella settimana di permanenza non è mai stato pulito, spesso bisogna chiedere asciugamani o detergente. Colazione così così: qualità non eccelsa. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Struttura ben curata.

Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bis zur letzten Minute sehr ausreichend und vielfältig. Einzig die Lage in Laganas. Die Partystrasse ist sehr schmutzig und laut aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Im Hotel selbst bekommt man vom Lärm und Trubel überhaupt nichts mit. Auch am Pool bekommt man von draußen nichts mit. Alles wirkt sehr ruhig, sauber und freundlich.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It has a nice pool with bar alongside. The breakfast had a vast array of choice to suit most peoples tastes. Nice size balcony to relax on. We stayed towards the end of the season so was quieter than I believe it might have been at other times. This suited so I would recommend for a relaxing stay

Overall hotel was good, however if you struggle with heat I would stay away, the Aircon units are capped at 22 degrees and will not go lower, so after the scorching heat you comeback to quite a warm room which takes forever to cool down. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the lovely lady at the reception. Despite the room being cleaned daily, it was done so poorly, with some towels being dirty. The TV was useless, and the AC was positioned in such a way that it blew directly onto the bed, making it easy to catch a cold. The entrance door was situated outside and didn't close properly, allowing all the noise from outside to disturb our sleep. There are numerous clubs around, all playing loud music late into the night. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, deserving only 1 star for its lack of taste and variety, and the limited serving hours from 8 to 10 were inconvenient. The swimming pool looks much better in pictures than it does in reality. The bar prices were exorbitant, and the policy prohibiting outside food and drinks was frustrating. Additionally, the pool's open hours from 9 to 7 were too restrictive. The billiard table costs 2€, which should be free for guests. On top of all this, the room was too expensive for what it offered. Overall, this hotel failed to meet expectations on multiple fronts.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und wohl auch gerade renoviert worden, es war alles sehr sauber. Wir waren für drei Nächte und waren sehr zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders sympathisch Marta von der Rezeption.

Estive com minha esposa entre os dias 23 e 26 de setembro. Desde o atendimento antes da chegada atè durante e após foi tudo ótimo. Lucas e todos os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem. Quarto bom, café da manha bom. O check out é as 11h, mas nos deixaram usar o espaço do hotel após, guardaram nossas malas, nos providenciaram toalhas e o espaço para tomar banho para irmos para o aeroporto. Região com muitos restaurantes bons. Tem muitas casas noturnas próximo do hotel, mas no período que ficamos hospedados tudo estava muito silencioso. Além disso eles tem um estacionamento privado bem próximo, é só pedir a chave do estacionamento que eles te explicam tudo. Recomendamos. Só temos a agradecer a equipe do hotel Tzante

The hotel is at the heart of Zante, easy access to all good restaurant and bars near seaside. All the staff are amazing specially Helen. She seems to have the magic wand, can managed well with all the queries from the guest quickly. Helen also helped me with all the booking from Zante to Athens, phoning the respective companies. I can’t thank her enough.

Ledi and Marta on reception were welcoming, met with a smile, greeting and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Eugenia ‘mother’ of the hotel in term of making sure you are comfortable, very friendly chatting going the extra mile. Such lovely people very warm and approachable. Overall I would definitely stay here again, although it’s on the strip you don’t here a thing once your in the hotel. Modern stylish room, extremely clean and no insects surprisingly. Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bis zur letzten Minute sehr ausreichend und vielfältig. Einzig die Lage in Laganas. Die Partystrasse ist sehr schmutzig und laut aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Im Hotel selbst bekommt man vom Lärm und Trubel überhaupt nichts mit. Auch am Pool bekommt man von draußen nichts mit. Alles wirkt sehr ruhig, sauber und freundlich.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado na rua principal, próximo à praia. Quarto ample e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Acessibilidade excelente. O estacionamento era pago e situado a alguns metros de caminhada, então preferi estacionar na rua. Funcionários atenciosos, sobretudo Maria, que estava na recepção e nos deu várias dicas de restaurantes e passeios. Certamente voltaria e recomendo!

The hotel is very well kept, stands out for its good customer service skills, I’d specifically mention two receptionist that were extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service skills Maria and Leddy. The hotel is cleaned in daily basis cleaners are also lovely and very attentive. The hotel has a bar which can get a bit noisy in the evenings but you cannot hear the music from the rooms which is good, despite a few noisy guests late comers our stay was very good. The hotel is a 5 min walk or less from Laganas beach which is lovely to swim and has one of the best restaurants in town Eat Greek with Mr Dallas who served us very well in both times we visited.

Bei den Zimmern muss man wirklich Glück haben - Zimmer am Gang können teilweise aufgrund der vielen Partygäste sehr laut sein. Die Einrichtung selber ist schön; das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Wir würden dieses Hotel allerdings nur solchen Reisenden empfehlen, die wirklich auf Partyurlaub aus sind. Für eine normale Urlaubsreise ist die Umgebung und Lage des Hotels leider absolut nicht schön und abends auf den Straßen ist man umgeben von Betrunkenen und pöbelnden Leuten. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. :-)

Air conditioning needs to be updated. If they invested a little money in updating their air conditioning this place could be great. The shower didn’t drain so the whole bathroom flooded. Fair warning it’s in the party area of town so the other guests are pretty noisy in the halls, Driving through the street the hotel is on at night is a nightmare, I don’t mind all this but it’s nice to know in advance. The hotel staff is very nice. And the breakfast in the morning is good. The shower not draining is really not that big of a deal to me either. But I couldn’t sleep due to the heat, although the air conditioner was on the coolest setting and the lowest temperature it never cooled the room. When I asked to switch rooms it was brushed off I’m hoping I can get a refund because it was unacceptable. Also the parking they offer is five euros which is a good deal, but there’s a curfew in the parking lot, you can only get your car from 9 AM to midnight this I found ridiculous. I would not stay again. Sidenote the pictures are kind of deceiving the angle they use or lenses makes the pool look bigger than it actually is amongst other things. Makes it feel very untrustworthy.

O check out é as 11h, mas nos deixaram usar o espaço do hotel após, guardaram nossas malas, nos providenciaram toalhas e o espaço para tomar banho para irmos para o aeroporto. Região com muitos restaurantes bons. Tem muitas casas noturnas próximo do hotel, mas no período que ficamos hospedados tudo estava muito silencioso. Além disso eles tem um estacionamento privado bem próximo, é só pedir a chave do estacionamento que eles te explicam tudo. Recomendamos. Só temos a agradecer a equipe do hotel Tzante

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado na rua principal, próximo à praia. Quarto ample e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Acessibilidade excelente. O estacionamento era pago e situado a alguns metros de caminhada, então preferi estacionar na rua. Funcionários atenciosos, sobretudo Maria, que estava na recepção e nos deu várias dicas de restaurantes e passeios. Certamente voltaria e recomendo!

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It has a nice pool with bar alongside. The breakfast had a vast array of choice to suit most peoples tastes. Nice size balcony to relax on. We stayed towards the end of the season so was quieter than I believe it might have been at other times. This suited so I would recommend for a relaxing stay

FANTASTIC PROPERTY!!! Really enjoyed our stay ver convenient loaction lots of shops bars restaurants and beach. Staff were amaizing very friendly, rooms freshly refurbished and included breakfast was a nice touch.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the lovely lady at the reception. Despite the room being cleaned daily, it was done so poorly, with some towels being dirty. The TV was useless, and the AC was positioned in such a way that it blew directly onto the bed, making it easy to catch a cold. The entrance door was situated outside and didn't close properly, allowing all the noise from outside to disturb our sleep. There are numerous clubs around, all playing loud music late into the night. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, deserving only 1 star for its lack of taste and variety, and the limited serving hours from 8 to 10 were inconvenient. The swimming pool looks much better in pictures than it does in reality. The bar prices were exorbitant, and the policy prohibiting outside food and drinks was frustrating. Additionally, the pool's open hours from 9 to 7 were too restrictive. The billiard table costs 2€, which should be free for guests. On top of all this, the room was too expensive for what it offered. Overall, this hotel failed to meet expectations on multiple fronts.

Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bis zur letzten Minute sehr ausreichend und vielfältig. Einzig die Lage in Laganas. Die Partystrasse ist sehr schmutzig und laut aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Im Hotel selbst bekommt man vom Lärm und Trubel überhaupt nichts mit. Auch am Pool bekommt man von draußen nichts mit. Alles wirkt sehr ruhig, sauber und freundlich.

Great location and lovely modern hotel, bathroom could’ve done with a little more light / upgrade but lovely comfy bed and pillows, staff were really friendly and helpful too! Would definitely stay there again!
