Great value and in a great neighborhood. Was a little hesitant when booking but glad that I decided to be a little bit away from downtown. But it is still close - only took me about 25 minutes to walk to Pike Market. I took the light rail from the airport ($3) and it’s a 10 minute walk from the Capitol Hill station. Room was excellent, little small but met all requirements. Kind of eclectic hotel, staff very friendly. They even have lockers to put luggage in if you arrive before your check in time or need storage after checkout. Will stay again - feel like this is was a great find at a fraction of what hotels a few blocks away were charging.

The room was not as per the description, the shower area had curtain instead of glass mirror in the online listing. They didn’t give us room service for 3 days straight, resulting in the room being soo dirty. The Thermostat only had heater option and it was not communicated. The bed was soo dirty, it was impossible to sleep

Sleepless in Seattle Very noisy experience. Even if the hotel displays quiet hours 10pm-8am, this does not apply in practice. The ubiquitous ear plugs provided clearly indicate that something is off here. Indeed, there were loud noises (including from the reception area) until close to midnight, and when I finally was asleep, I was woken up three times by unsettling noise during the night. Worst of all - one time was when someone entered my room around 1.20am, which was apparently possible with the door code. It likely was a mistake and the person apologized, but such a thing should never happen (it had never happened to me in any hotel before), both for the sake of quiet and for reasons of personal safety.
