What a great property. A short walk to the square but that gave it a quiet atmosphere which we loved. Fabulous building and rooms. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Yes!!!!! The bar was wonderful. Transportation easy to and from airport which was very affordable. Right next door to local farmers market. We loved this city, this hotel and how close it is to all attractions.

A beautiful eye pleasing boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Everywhere was well maintained and clean. The bar area although small was perfect for relaxing and enjoying fine wine. Would definitely return.

While I'm sure there are similar, fantastic boutique hotels within the walled old city of Krakow, Hotel Indigo's location between the old city and the train station make it ideal for anyone arriving by train. Staff, restaurant,and bar are all wonderful.

A very good hotel, the only thing that lets it down are the small rooms. Has two nights here, and both rooms were small. They are though we’ll equipped and new and clean. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choice, and the hotel gym has lots of equipment, but again small. Great location

We loved our stay at the Hotel Indigo. The staff were all excellent and helpful - especially Daniel in the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices of cereal, meats, cheeses and fruit - and the chef cooking items to order which were all delicious. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable - our room was spacious, and the bathroom was lovely (with a bath and separate walk in shower). The hotel is in a great position - close to the main square and plenty of shops, but tucked away so it is really quiet at night. We would give this hotel a 10 out of 10 for sure.

We arrived at 13.30 and asked if the room was available and we were told yes are you a member of the group or do you want to join, we did not want to join so we're now told the room was not available until 15.00 which was check in time.the hotel is very nice and not far from main square and train station.there is a indoor modern shopping centre close as well.

This hotel is recommended. Conveniently located between the train station, shopping mall and Old Town. A pleasant charm and character, but updated and with no problem areas. A very good room and excellent breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. One problem with the staff not clearly communicating prices in cash or credit for tours. Hopefully, this will be rectified as others and this reviewer encountered problems. Otherwise, pleasant and fully recommended.

Staff is very friendly & kind, room was nice too with large comfy bed. Food options were good and for a nice price too. Only downside I had was the shower not keeping the temperature stable, but I dont shower long so it wasn't a huge problem.
