location is great easy walk from the train station, check in instructions easy to follow and understand. The only trouble was the light above the unit door was blown the the numbers on the lock box very hard to read even with iphone light on it, apartment was spacious had requested twin bed but the second bed not made up. The door handle to the outdoor patio broken and fell off unable to use and while the map said there was a reception desk in our building there was none I could find to report it. Washing machine does not have dryer function, also of not no microwave in the kitchen or toaster

Ren og fin leilighet. Stille om natten. Gangavstand til gamlebyen 5-7 min. Vi manglet et sett med sengetøy ved ankomst, tok en telefon til resepsjonen og fikk det levert på døra innen 10 min. Parkering var i samme bygning. Kommer gjerne tilbake !

クラクフ中央駅（駅にショッピングモールがあり、カルフールも入っていました）から近く、とても便利でした。少し古い感じはありますが、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、エアコン、バスタブがあり快適に過ごせました。 4泊したので、バスタオルは２セット置いて欲しかったです（洗濯しても乾かないので）。掃除機も置いて欲しいと思いました。何か問題があっても、すぐに返信がくるので安心です。

Mooi, modern appartement voorzien van afwasmachine. 3 terassen aanwezig, airco aanwezig, correcte communicatie. Er missen details: geen kapstok aan voordeur, sommige niet werkende stopcontacten, geen bedlampen, slechte matras in 1 van de 2 kamers, onvoldoende handdoeken, 2 tassen in een 6 persoonsappartement. Dat is op te lossen mits een kleine ingreep. Appartement op wandeladstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Veel winkels in de nabijheid.

We reached out to the property to see if we could leave our stuff with them before check in and they were very accommodating. The apartment was located across the street from the train main station which was very convenient. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square which wasn't bad. The main station had a full mall attached to it so you had access to stores if you needed and there was a small grocery store nearby. There were also places to get food around the property although it was mostly "fast food" type. It was very safe with a security gate and on-site security in the building. The apartment itself had everything you could need. A washer and drying rack, a dishwasher, a fan, iron and ironing board, as well as the usual kitchen items. Overall, great stay.

Det var 2 gode værelser med alt det man skal bruge. Indtjeningen var lidt svær da det var umuligt at finde en parkeringsplads. Samt at receptionen var ét andet sted end der stod. Hotellet burde anbefale at man lejer plads i parkeringskælderen,hvilket vi også gjorde. Men ét dejligt sted med god plads,dog var sengen ikke for god.stedet ligger centralt i Krakow så kun ros herfra.

really nice room and good location. We only needed the curtains to be fully drawn, so it was dark. An extra bedside table and a couple of bedside lamps would be good. A little more cutlery would be desirable. But all in all a good experience and nice with the underground parking.

Good sized studio apartment. Great location. Good access to buses, trams and the main train station. Coffee shops, shopping centre and food options all close by. Apartment had a few initial problems (toilet cistern took 20 minutes to refill, showerhead was useless) but helpful office staff got these problems rectified quickly. Bed had 2 slats missing which were not replaced but we moved them to an area of the bed that didn't affect sleeping too much. Bathroom could be cleaner. In a 6-night stay, nobody changed the towels or topped-up the toilet roll. But even after these small negative points we would definitely stay again due to great value for money. Thanks

It was great value for money but the bathroom could use a good clean. We also had a room on the 1st floor and windows towards a hectic street with cars and buses. Fortunately we had ear plugs with us otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep. The curtains didn’t shut out all light and could use an upgrade. The beds were on the firmer side (which we don’t mind). The communication with the reception was smooth and the hotel was walking distance from Old Town and a big galleria. If you’re looking for something budget this is a great alternative although some thing could get refined in order for me to give it 5 stars.

The location was great! Lots of food and ahopping options. Very close to the train and bus stations. The room was modern, but it was not very clean. There was dust on every surface. The walls had little particles of food on them. Like there was a kid touching them after they ate but no one cleaned it for the next guest. The stay was ok. Modern spot close to everything, but not that clean.

Boendet var helt ok. Ingen städning på fem dagar och endast en sop. Ingen trasa att torka av bord och spis trots att man sa att vi skulle få pappershanddukar. Ingen utrymningsplan, vilket är viktigt. Location is great, unit is a nice size. However unit needs quite a few upgrades to make it comfortable eg better mattress, better sound proofing, more supplies in kitchen eg Pan, better maintenance, reliable WiFi and more standardized features eg air conditioning only available in some units and bed sizes differ. This is a function of supply of units being quite different. You can end up with a great unit or one that’s a miss. Makes for an unpredictable expertience

Appartement spacieux, calme, bien situé. Simple pour récupérer les clefs. Dommage, il n'y a pas de rideau dans la baignoire donc on met de l'eau partout, le matelas est un peu mou à mon goût et pas de lessive pour la machine... j'ai passé un bon séjour et Cracovie est magnifique.

Innsjekkingen var helt tragisk, ble ikke sluppet inn av folk som kom gikk. De sa det var privat, omsider kom en reperatør for bygget og hjalp oss inn.Viste oss et knøttlite kontor nederst i gangen i annen etasje. Han var veldig koselig og hjelpsom så ting ordnet seg etter hvert. Burde vært et synlig kontor fra utsiden. Reiser aldri dit igjen. Mail ang innsjekkingen kom for sent.

The property was very well kept clean and comfortable. We had just little problem with the excess code as the buttons were not functioning properly. The only problem was the air con was outside the bedroom so we had to leave the door open to make it cool. The reception we could not find but they replied prompt to the queries. So it was good as we stayed short period. I would rate it good.

Staff were efficient in their communication and the facilities were in place to start my holiday very promptly (check in instructions etc key pickup) location was very good with taxi ranks,trams, buses and e scooters very close nearby. Food and groecy shops also being very close as well. Also very easy to get to the Old town from where the hotel is situated

Very conveniently located, just a short walk from the main station. Clean apartment and comes with all required amenities. The beds are a bit soft, but we're okay with that. Fint prisvärt boende med gångavstånd till tågcentral, köpcentrum, Stora torget/Stare Maisto med restauranger, Judiska Kvarteren/ Kazimierz. Många restauranger inom gångavstånd. Spårvagn och bussar på gatan utanför, så det är lätt att ta sig vidare ut i Krakow. Zabka/minilbutik runt hörnet med bra öppettider. Tillmötesgående reception. Litet minus är att gatan utanför är väldigt trafikerad. Men inget som stör. Ett hotell jag rekommenderar. Nära till lokala resekontor för bokning av besök på exempel Auschwitz.

Hello, I think the hotel and place are incredibly good. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the old town. I am on a special dietary level, so I was so happy that I could cook for myself. The washing machine is very handy too.The only thing which I would suggest is the cleaning situation... definitely if someone stays there for more than 3 days - the bath towel should be changed .. and we didn't know what to do with a full bin bag .. Different room than on photos provided. No parking available in garage. Breakfast not worth it. We informed via WhatsApp that we do not eat meat, yet we received box with vegatables and cheese woth meat on top. No reply given from property on our comments.

I booked a Superior—1 bedroom—balcony (Air Conditioning) by chance since this room lacked pictures. But it was all good and according to my expectations. The breakfast bag provided arrived between 8 and 9 a.m., a little late for me since it was a business trip. Otherwise, it was all good. I would stay here again.
