El problema es que hice la reserva en hoteles.com que le dijo que al vip tenía ciertos privilegios en el hotel, y este dijo que desconocía eso, porque no tenían ningún acuerdo con Expedía y por lo tanto con Hoteles. No me dieron up grade y mucho menos el parking gratuito. El hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado y excelente servicio, la queja es con hoteles.com. Pase una gran molestia

O serviço de mensageiro é excelente, todos eles muito solícitos e cordiais , bem como o serviço do café da manhã. O mesmo não se aplica para o serviço de checkin e checkout. Mas minha pior impressão foi com relação as camareiras que estão sempre transitando pelos corredores fazendo muito barulho.

O hotel no geral é excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos e preparados! Com exceção de um ponto: meu quarto era voltado para a rua, o isolamento acústico é terrível!!!! Se escuta absolutamente tudo o que acontece. Toda madrugada muito barulho de caminhão de lixo e logo cedo, obras…. Tirando isso, o hotel é ótimo!

O hotel no geral é excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos e preparados! Com exceção de um ponto: meu quarto era voltado para a rua, o isolamento acústico é terrível!!!! Se escuta absolutamente tudo o que acontece. Toda madrugada muito barulho de caminhão de lixo e logo cedo, obras…. Tirando isso, o hotel é ótimo!

Not worth the hype! Hotel pretty basic for the price (old, very uncomfortable beds, amenities and buffet were pretty basic) Not what I would expect from a hotel this category and price. Would not recommend. Will not return.

Prime location in Barrio de Salamanca, its clean, nice and luxurious. Great breakfast. Rooms are quite smaller than advertised, service is sub par, if you can avoid Hotel staff your experience will improve. Good for short trips with little luggage.

Atendimento primoroso, localização privilegiada (dá para fazer muitas coisas à pé), limpeza impecável, quartos maravilhosos e café da manhã delicioso! O preço, certamente, não é um ponto forte, mas recompensado por tudo que entrega! Madrid? Fique lá!

Razoável. O hotel tem excelente localização, mas as instalações não surpreendem e o quarto é minúsculo. O serviço de mensageiro é excelente, todos eles muito solícitos e cordiais , bem como o serviço do café da manhã. O mesmo não se aplica para o serviço de checkin e checkout. Mas minha pior impressão foi com relação as camareiras que estão sempre transitando pelos corredores fazendo muito barulho.

Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast is one off the best I have seen in the last few years. Rooms... even with an upgrade are on the smaller side.

Love this hotel. My new fav in Madrid. I came twice in 10 days and was perfect each time. Breakfast a delight, neighborhood perfect, front fest for restaurants tried hard to get me good reservations. Nothing to think about. Your home in Madrid!

Unfortunately there was no hot water for over 24 hrs plus. I moved to the sole room in the groundfloor with a bit of water and not for long. Problem was with a pump. These things cannot happen in a 5 star hotel with matching price.
