What a pleasant surprise and in such a convenient location. Parking, dining, IGA, river and parklands, public transport all just outside the door. Room very clean and well equipped, staff very friendly. Love the pool and outdoor bbq area is a bonus.

A nice hotel in many ways, but it suffers from some weirdnesses: 1/ The WiFi Internet is very slow by 2024 standards; 2/ Weird hotel layout - you need to get to the 4th floor and cross a skybridge, before going anywhere; 3/ The swimming pool is nice, but very narrow, and so is hard to use if there's anyone else using it. (Also, it closes at sunset, which is too early.); 4/ The gym has no free weights (and just one crappy weight machine).

All good for us. A few Ks out of town but covered by free yellow cat bus. Really well appointed. My only issue was I could not connect my laptop to the TV. You cannot use the apps on the TV to access your streaming accounts. ALSO NOTE: if you require a lift to get your luggage to the room you need verify with the Hotel when you book. Some rooms are only accessible via stairs.

Property was average accommodation however there was nothing in booking to say there’s no lifts in the older left side of property. Had to haul heavy luggage 2 flights of stairs (not happy).

Had to wait half an hour after check in time, we didn't actually stay in the hotel building but another building which was never mentioned. Needs a proper clean, mould and stains in bathroom plus a stain in the bed.

Very easy to get to East Perth Suites, particularly on public transport (on the Yellow Cat bus). First impressions are good. There is a pink art theme running throughout. The front desk staff were very friendly. I loved the pool and garden area. It was clean and had a nice ambiance. There are BBQ facilities (I didn't use them though) which look to be well maintained. We had an apartment with a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Cleanliness was pretty good, although there was a hair in the bath that wasn't mine. Maintenance of the walls was needed as there was unused hooks on the walls which detracted from the aesthetics of our room. The art fits with the theme of the suites, although the framing could be upgraded to give a nicer look. We had a nice stay and would visit again.

Das personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön. Jedoch hatte ich mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer, die ich beseitigen musste. Ich mag solche Tiere nicht im Zimmer, deshalb würde ich nicht mehr in diesem Hotel buchen.

Room was ok. Had a unpleasant odour and could of done with a better clean. It's a bit knocked around. We were directly above the royal hotel so was very noisy with doors open. Fantastic location. Enjoyed a long walk around Optus stadium. Had dinner at the Royal which was very good.

We had to upgrade from the Classic to a Superior room (+ $50) to get away from roadside noise (overlooking main entrance) The view from our river view balcony is magic and the room was very quiet and well appointed. Definitely recommended.

Clean, great value and some fantastic dining options close by. Loved the pool. On the free bus loop as well. Only comment I would make is AC in room a little dated and therefore was very noisy. Would stay again

Stayed in a standard room. Nothing fancy, but it was all we needed. House keeping does not wash the dishes or make the bed which was fine. Every hotel is different in that regard. If I stayed here again I would most likely upgrade to a floor higher up with a balcony.

We got a room facing road which was a bit noisy, room a bit dated but with comfy bed. TV in bedroom didn’t work. Convenient location to/from airport and on CAT bus routes for city centre. If you get a deal on a room with river view it’s good for a couple of nights. Near bridge to stadium.

Lovely place, only negatives we had was the small bed, only a double & no air cond in the bedroom. Unable to sleep in 40 deg heat will only a fan but otherwise great place.

So unfortunately booked the budget room and it was just that. Budget. Kettle didn’t work, fridge froze everything. Aircon right over the tiny bed. Not sure if it was a king single. Have stayed here numerous times and no issues. Pay extra for the better room. It’s worth it

East Perth Suites Hotel do what they do well. The room and hotel listing information was accurate and informative in planning my stay. I was able to book parking, pre-fill check in forms easily and their late check-in instructions were easy to follow (I was a bit confused reading them but they make sense once you’re onsite). There is convenient 5 minute parking out front to sort check in and keys and the on-site parking is easy to navigate. I was a bit worried about it being noisy but it was surprisingly quiet on my mid week stay. The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for an overnight stay-comfy bed, a beautiful view, a good selection of tv viewing and a kitchenette with coffee & tea supplies. The compendium information was really helpful as well as I’d forgotten to bring an item and could see I could buy it straight over the road. I only wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

Absolutely appalling. My partner and i booked a night here after flying in from 3 weeks at work. Only to arrive to check in and be told our booking was cancelled for who knows what reason, as the money had already been taken from my bank account. The staff member on the other side of the entrance phone was rude, unhelpful and told me they had tried to contact me multiple times that day- which i had not received a single text, call or email. She then abruptly ended the conversation leaving us on the street with no place to stay for the night. Our money still has not been refunded. Ive never seen or heard of anything like it.

The balcony door didn’t close properly- i talked to somebody, and he said there is nothing he could do (it was 5.50 pm, they close at 6 so I think he just wanted to get home). very rude, no help and he just said that there is nothing they could do - well this is an issue, I mean it was cold and also quite nosiy (as the door just wouldn’t close not because it was on the street) Had a terrible and cold night there

I stay here often for work and pleasure. This stay was with family, showcasing our beautiful city to an overseas visitor. I inadvertently booked the wrong room and the lady on reception went over and above to find us the perfect room with the most amazing outlook over the river. I can not speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received. Can’t wait for my next stay at East Perth Suites.

We received a confirmation email via Expedia. When we showed up at 7:15 at night, there was no one in the hotel to check us in. When we called a helpline in the lobby, they told us that they had canceled our reservation!! Apparently they wanted a confirmation of who we were, although we never were contacted and asked for that information, but used our Expedia information to make the reservation. I will never use them again.

Staff wouldn’t accommodate my need for two single beds. The king bed WAS two single beds pushed together as they do but when my plans changed from going with wife to going with my teenage daughter we wanted the bed separated. The hotel staff simply said no we can’t do that. I don’t see why not. Not happy. Also my shower gel was empty.

We had a room overlooking the water which was beautiful especially at night when the bridge was lit in colours of the rainbow which reflected into the rippling water. The service was fabulous at reception and there are a few good restaurants below. The walks around the water were delightful.

The room was great, huge walk in shower, fantastic view to the water and Victoria Gardens. Little kitchen area. Easy access to the free Yellow Cat bus, 10 minutes away to Perth Station and city central. Walk downstairs to a range of restaurants. Staff was friendly, very clean facility.
