Very nice hotel with a very convenient dirt parking just accross the entrance. Breakfast included and very nice staff.

Nicht perfekt, aber gemessen am Preis gibt es nix auszusetzen. Aber man kann schon sehen, dass es halt kein neues Hotel oder eines der Top-kategorie ist - Frühstück gut, aber nicht sehr gut. Der Kaffee war nicht so dolle. - Parken direkt vor dem Hotel an der Straße war immer möglich.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff were prompt with replenishing food and gave a last warning to tables before closing at 10:30. The food was decent, it was included. The coffee was really good. Lots of fun things to do within 10-15 min walking distance. The hop on/hop off bus has a stop near the beach. You can take the purple line and transfer to the red or other lines to see many popular sites. The restaurants along the beaches were clean, the food was generous and authentic and very tasty! Ubers/taxis were plentiful, but may have taken up to an hour during peak times and especially on weekends. It’s better to book a day or two in advance for a major event (like a wedding) or to travel to the airport to ensure you have transportation. A 7-min taxi to our wedding event at Island Art & Taste was $4-5 in Euros. We always tipped generously either on or off the app. Some drivers were not that fluent in English, but many attempted to try their best. One used a translator app on his phone which made for a better ride and in communicating our wishes. Sam “Stamatis” was the best, who gave us a tour of the city from the beach whereas some just played music. He also lives in NJ years ago. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is an iron room, but no iron in each individual room, so plan accordingly. We didn’t use the pool, but it was open. We had a corner 2 bedroom unit so our balcony wrapped around the corner!

Conveniently located walking distance to tons of restaurants , lake and beach. No parking issues because side lot is empty .

I stayed in this hotel for my daughter’s wedding on Wednesday. The wedding venue was just a short taxi ride from the hotel. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was nice and clean with nice bed and the pillows were good not soft and the bedding was cotton, Breskfast was good and food was replenished There is also a Spa onsite I had one and it was very relaxing, Hotel is close to a sandy beach.

This was a disappointing hotel. There was construction going on across the hotel and while sitting outside to eat. You saw work men drilling etc..The pool was tiny not appealing at all. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to talk about ordinary. They were low on fruit and you needed to ask them can you put out more fruit please. The hotel room was noisy. The bathroom door kept hitting when you go in and out if it. The shower that I had in my room was the best part.

In advance of our stay, the hotel was extremely helpful regarding a taxi strike occurring whilst we were in Athens. Upon arrival reception were friendly and helpful and we were offered a welcome drink. The room was lovely with a nice big balcony everything is clean and tidy. The bed was a little hard and we struggled to sleep due to that and loud air conditioning and automatic lights on the balcony which we couldn’t turn off. The pool area is lovely. However, the pool is extremely small. It is only for a dipped cool off! It is also in an area where a lot of development is occurring so opposite is a building site that has not yet been completed. This did not disturb our day, but I can imagine it may have disturbed others if they were working during the day. Our rate included breakfast however we had an early flight so they offered us a breakfast box which we appreciated. However, it was a dry, white bread, cheese, and ham sandwich, and apple and a juice carton, which was not reflective of the beautiful products that were on show in the breakfast area. It was very close to local eateries and only a 20 minute walk to the lake and for one night it suited our needs. I would not stay there again, however, due to the few points that I have mentioned.

Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality food. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city and nearby beaches. The location is ideal — peaceful yet close enough to restaurants, cafes, and the sea. What really stood out to us was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Everything felt personal and genuine, making the whole experience memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens or the Riviera area — we can’t wait to come back!

This stay was outstanding. Everything was at a level 10, even if the official rating only allows 5. From start to finish, it was flawless. Staff: every single person I met — from reception to housekeeping, from kitchen to bar — was not only professional but genuinely kind and welcoming. That’s rare, and it makes the difference. Housekeeping: the rooms were spotless, clearly cared for with pride. Food & drinks: quality, presentation, and taste — top class. Night shift: even at 03:00, I was greeted with a smile and felt completely at home. That says everything about the culture here. To the hotel owner and management: you clearly lead by example, because every team member carried the same spirit of service. To the staff: thank you — you made this stay one of the best I’ve had, anywhere in the world. Will I come back? Absolutely. Will I recommend it to everyone I meet along the way? Without hesitation. Should others book it? If you want to experience true hospitality, yes — this is the place.

Gute Lage, nähe zum Strand und nach Athen, Frühstück ist gut und der Bar/Restaurantbereich sehr schön. Ich fande leider die Matratze sehr hart. Ebenfalls ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, man hört leider alle Gespräche vom dem Gang oder vom Nebenzimmer. Wenn der Nachbar das Wasser laufen lässt ist direkt hinter dem Bett die Rohrleitung zu hören.

We had four nights at the hotel and found the staff to be really nice and helpful We are at the restaurant on severally occasions and enjoyed the food every time The only complaint I have is about our rooms size and outlook we had room 12 which never had much in the way of natural light so we needed the lights on all the time and the room itself was very cramped the bed on the other hand was excellent We would stay there again as long as it was not one of the ground floor rooms

We were visiting for a family wedding and this was a perfect location for 2 nights. The hotel is located close to the beach and within walking distance to some lovely restaurants. The rooms are spacious and ours had a lovely large balcony. The service was very friendly and helpful.

We got the family suite with jacuzzi. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and pretty. I only wished there were a thicker blanket to sleep when the AC was on. The balcony was enormous. Wasn’t sure if it was ok to play soccer. We had a nice view of the beach.

Overpriced for what we got. Our room was small and the bathroom was tiny. We complained and they did move us to a larger room with more space. They charged us for things we never purchased like coffees. The room was clean and modern overall and staff were friendly. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Great service from staff

Enjoyed a three night stay and there are lots of beaches and restaurants a 10-15 walk away. Make sure you spend a day at the nearby lake. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. All so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Marlyn for making us few so welcome.

The staff were superb. Special mention about Christina and the gentleman on reception morning of 12 October (sorry didn’t get his name), both were excellent, knowledgable, professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the hotel are the greatest asset. One suggestion - drawer(s) are needed in the rooms. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a good stay here, but the highlight was Alex, who works the front desk was very helpful in making sure I got my bag which I left by accident at the hotel (I was that relaxed!). Alex was so helpful and totally made something that could have been stressful completely ok!. Thank you, Alex. I appreciate it deeply.

Vouliagmeni is an amazing area. The hotel is located on a few blocks away from the city center with many options to dine. We loved it

We were delighted to stay at the Athenian riviera hotel. The staff and property were top quality, but the location is what stood out most. We were able to walk to the beach as well as a ton of great restaurants and really enjoy the neighborhood. Whether in season or out this is a great place to stay!

Great place to stay if your in town for a few days and want to stay away from city center. It’s a short walk from the beach club attached to the four seasons which is as good as any in the chill Greek islands.
