Just in need of a complete restoration shame because location is good the rooms are spacious just need modernising. The parking underground well that’s a challenge in itself if it’s busy you have to do a 30 point turn to get back out upstairs ground floor level is not much better.

Esperienza di una sola notte nel complesso positiva. Struttura un po’ vecchiotta ma con camere “rinfrescate” molto pulite e con serratura elettronica. Peccato per qualche piccola sbavatura facilmente migliorabile, che potrebbe portare a qualche disagio per soggiorni più lunghi (mancanza di porta asciugamani zona lavandino, mancanza di porta oggetti in doccia, finestra non perfettamente oscurata, materasso personalmente troppo duro). Con l’ottimo prezzo proposto da Expedia, avrete inclusa sia l’abbondante colazione (il vero plus dell’hotel) che il posto auto per chi ne necessita. In questo caso però attenzione, perché ad una certa ora della sera, il garage viene chiuso. Ottima soluzione anche per chi arriva in treno, in quanto l’hotel dista solo 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Monfalcone. Personale estremamente gentile ed affabile!

Some of the fleece blankets have stain… The rest of the things in the room is clean. It is not a soundproofed hotel so you will hear people above your room and next door. - you will hear them talking / watching tv at 1-2am in the morning. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The staffs there are really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is okay. It is worth your payment- just make sure you go downstairs early as some of the food/ drink is not gonna be refilled.

Some of the fleece blankets have stain… The rest of the things in the room is clean. It is not a soundproofed hotel so you will hear people above your room and next door. - you will hear them talking / watching tv at 1-2am in the morning. L hotel è un po' vecchio stile, non pulitissimo e un po' decadente, la zona ma credo proprio la cittadina in se è piena di stranieri. Sicuramente ho visto hotel migliori.. Eravamo di passaggio per una sola notte, ma non mi rifermerei a Monfalcome in generale, troverei un'altra tappa..

si puo comprendere che per ristrutturare un hotel ci vogliano tempo e denaro, tuttavia cio' non giustifica le condizioni di sciatteria e inesistente pulizia in cui versava la struttura. la presenza di ragnatele, sporcizia pregressa sui vetri, tende bucate, copriletto sporco di non chiara sostanza, polvere sui corrimano delle scale...sono tutti indicatori di scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. esperienza da non ripetere considerato anche il prezzo elevato pagato per nessun servizio.

Pas d eau chaude pour une douche ……impensable et le pire j’ai eu une chambre équivalant d un four îl faisait très très très chaud le radiateur etait très chaud j’ai stopper la « Clim » comme c est indiqué mais rien n’y fait une fournaise La literie de très mauvaise qualité très dur et « penché » le personnel parfait par contre rien à dire C est très rare que je réserve avec hôtels.com mais la une catastrophe

Hotel un po' datato, in una zona decisamente poco turistica. Le camere sono però pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario e il personale della reception è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La colazione a buffet non è molto varia, soprattutto nella parte salata. Nel complesso però il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono.

Sufficiente perchè è a buon prezzo e comodo per un turista senza auto ( fermate bus extraurbani dietro l'angolo). Camera comunque ampia e decorosamente pulita, anche se datata e con le ante scorrevoli dell'armadio rotte. Il bagno anche se pulito è piccolo, cieco e vecchiotto, la doccia ha l'asta rotta. La colazione passabile, il dolce non di qualità, il salato meglio, ottimo lo yogurt. Mi pare usato più dai lavoratori che dai turisti.

Zwar sauber, aber seit vielen Jahren nichts mehr renoviert. Beim Check In war der ältere Herr nicht wirklich freundlich. Er meinte nur wenn unser Hund laut ist muss er raus…..was auch immer das heißen sollte. Das Frühstück war ok, aber die eine Angestellte war völlig überfordert. Selten wurde etwas aufgefüllt. Selbst Teller, Tassen, Besteck…gab es fast nie. Haben unsere Nacht für die Rückfahrt gleich storniert.

L'unica cosa negativa è quella di arrivarci, nel senso che il navigatore dà un percorso che prevede da ultimo l'attraversamento di una ZTL, pur essendo l'albergo fuori. E' importante informarsi prima per non avere sorprese. E' vero che comunque l'albergo segnala ai vigili l'attraversamento della ZTL, che tolgono la segnalazione della targa, però è una seccatura.

L'unica cosa negativa è quella di arrivarci, nel senso che il navigatore dà un percorso che prevede da ultimo l'attraversamento di una ZTL, pur essendo l'albergo fuori. E' importante informarsi prima per non avere sorprese. E' vero che comunque l'albergo segnala ai vigili l'attraversamento della ZTL, che tolgono la segnalazione della targa, però è una seccatura.

Ein gutes drei Sterne stadthotel im Zentrum ca 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt ich war sehr zufrieden das Zimmer war sehr schön das Personal äußerst freundlich und es war auch relativ ruhig in einer wenig befahrenen seitengasse, ich werde es sicherlich wieder buchen wenn ich in Monfalcone nächtigen muss

Some of the fleece blankets have stain… The rest of the things in the room is clean. It is not a soundproofed hotel so you will hear people above your room and next door. - you will hear them talking / watching tv at 1-2am in the morning. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The staffs there are really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is okay. It is worth your payment- just make sure you go downstairs early as some of the food/ drink is not gonna be refilled.
