Hatte dem Hotel mitgeteilt (über Expedia) mir ein Parkplatz zu Reservieren hat aber nicht geklappt. Und Expedia sich auch nicht gekümmert. Konnte mein Auto nicht benutzen um einmal eine Tagesfahrt zu machen, sonnst hätte ich kein Parkplatz mehr da in der Stadt Verona Veranstaltungen gewesen sind.

I was directed by Google to the old Marco Polo hotel however this one has no reception or staff on site (except cleaners at times). I pressed the buzzer and told to go to the new Marco Polo hotel (about 60 metres) to checkin and then come back to the old hotel for my room. Breakfast is also back in the new hotel. The new Marco Polo hotel is still called Gallery Rooms on Google and other hotel websites. The new hotel looks very nice inside although I didn’t see the rooms. Unfortunately my room was in the old hotel. Even on the outside it looks dirty and uninviting. The rooms were of a good size but that’s it. Firstly there is a lot of noise both from outside and inside. Secondly the shower is a joke. It is so small and the shower head is a small stream. The room had a fridge with drinks to purchase but the fridge wasn’t on so they were all warm. Who would pay 3 euros for a warm can of Coca Cola? There is no kettle or tea/coffee and not even tissues. The hotel is a 3 star but at the very low end. To be fair, the hotel was in a convenient location and breakfast was great. However I would recommend booking Gallery Rooms instead.

A estadia em si ficou num prédio há uns 50m de distância do hotel propriamente dito, o que dificultou um pouco a localização do check-in, pois ficamos meio perdidos. Fora isso, tudo certo. O café da manhã era farto e com muitas opções. O Quarto era amplo, arejado (com duas janela, uma para cada rua).

Vicinissimo al centro storico, a due passi dall' Arena, ma anche ben collegato con tutta Verona e dintorni grazie ai mezzi pubblici affidabili e precisi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile L' albergo è diviso su due immobili diversi ma vicinissimi fra loro (100 metri ) Il parcheggio si trova di fianco alla struttura principale, dove è situata la sala colazione. A questo proposito, l' albergo offre una scelta per la prima colazione che definirei nella media come quantità. La qualità del cibo è sicuramente superiore alla media. La stanza era silenziosa, pulitissima, confortevole. Era un' economy, ma il letto alla francese era sufficientemente spazioso. Unica pecca: un solo comodino e una sola abat-jour. La stanza aveva perfino una piccola cabina armadio. Il parcheggio si paga a parte ed è necessario prenotarlo. Nel complesso, una buona scelta per un soggiorno a Verona.

L'hotel Marco Polo è un’ottima soluzione per visitare il centro di Verona. Le camere sono divise in due edifici molto vicini. La stanza standard è ampia, pulita e molte camere sono state rimodernate di recente e anche il bagno è bello e spazioso. E’ disponibile un parcheggio interrato con box con un sovrapprezzo di circa 25 euro a notte: il posto auto va prenotato con un certo anticipo. Pur essendo in centro la zona è tranquilla e sicura e con le finestre chiuse la camera risulta essere perfettamente silenziosa. Perfetta per andare a piedi all’Arena, distante solo 5 minuti. 駅と主要観光場所の間に位置しています。 フロントのおじさんとお嬢さんはとてもフレンドリーでした。別棟の最上階の一室でしたが、とても清潔でした。特にバスルームはきちんと磨かれていました。 朝ごはんはフルーツ、ヨーグルト、パンやパンケーキ、ジュース、スクランブルエッグとベーコンがあり、スタッフがコーヒーを入れてくれました。 駅から歩いて15-20分、アリーナまで５分、城まで５分程度でした。 また泊まりたい宿です。お勧めします。

Wir mussten leider in einem Nebenhaus wohnen, und unser kleines Dachzimmer war dann für diesen Preis sehr enttäuschend. Dusche verschimmelt und winzig. Parkplatz war auch nicht mehr verfügbar. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Se apresenta como um albergue, separado do prédio da recepção. A única vantagem é que é perto do centro histórico. Quarto simples, com instalações velhas, banheiro com janelas sem privacidade e box com vazamento de água e entupimento. Vigas do quarto com rachaduras e vaso sanitário com aspecto sujo. Roupa de cama surrada. Café da manhã simples, com atendimento antipático. Acesso ao prédio principal apenas com autorização da recepção, inclusive para o café da manhã, tinha que esperar a liberação sendo que éramos hóspedes. Reservei o quarto econômico pois pela descrição não vi grandes mudanças mas são dois prédios separados onde econômico pelo visto é quarto velho e sem manutenção separado inclusive do restante.

Located conveniently on a quiet street. Easy walking distance to Verona centre and train station. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Our room had a fridge and hairdryer. Really pleased with our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

One of the best three stars I've stayed in: lovely room with rustic character, and in a quiet but central location. All the facilities: pleasant and clean ensuite, television, minibar, safe, even a small walk-in wardrobe. The breakfast was great too.

We were disappointed with the room which was noisy. The noise was from the normal movement of furniture, other guests in the floor above, next door or in entrance. The issue is a lack of suitable sound insulation – the exposed ceilings mean there is only the floorboards above. The room also had little natural light (one window to an internal courtyard) so we had to step outside to check the weather. On a positive note the location is close to the centre.

Hotel very good location for exploring Verona, downside was our room the bathroom toilet is extremely close too shower making it very hard too use the toilet comfortably. Other people in our group didn't have same issue, but our room the toilet should go where the bidet is.

They have at least 3 different buildings, register for least expensive room and you get a closet. The ac wasn’t efficient, at check in no one showed me how to operate anything inside, TV had no signal at all, lighting very poor as was furnishings in my room. The main hotel seemed beautiful from what I saw. Breakfast was typical Carbs and fruits, no bacon & eggs….there were scrambled something!!! I couldn’t even try them and im not picky. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean but small. The shower was ridiculous. I flooded the bathroom every time I showered. They need to upgrade the shower doors. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The location was amazing. Great walk ability. Minimal amenities. The breakfast is an added charge and expensive for what it is so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

The female desk clerk was pleasant and she tried to be helpful. We were put in their secondary building which was a real dump. We booked two beds and were given one. When we asked that the beds be pulled apart, we were advised that the chamber maids were gone. The man who brought us extra sheets refused to pull the beds apart and rudely stated that it’ll get done “tomorrow” and then he walked away. The separation of the beds became our issue. Ugh! The shower was so small and inconvenient. The upside, the breakfast was good and the restaurant staff members were pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco Polo, and would definitely go back in the future. The location was perfect, and shops and restaurants were walkable. The room was clean and cosy. The staff were absolutely lovely, especially Nicole.

I was directed by Google to the old Marco Polo hotel however this one has no reception or staff on site (except cleaners at times). I pressed the buzzer and told to go to the new Marco Polo hotel (about 60 metres) to checkin and then come back to the old hotel for my room. Breakfast is also back in the new hotel. The new Marco Polo hotel is still called Gallery Rooms on Google and other hotel websites. The new hotel looks very nice inside although I didn’t see the rooms. Unfortunately my room was in the old hotel. Even on the outside it looks dirty and uninviting. The rooms were of a good size but that’s it. Firstly there is a lot of noise both from outside and inside. Secondly the shower is a joke. It is so small and the shower head is a small stream. The room had a fridge with drinks to purchase but the fridge wasn’t on so they were all warm. Who would pay 3 euros for a warm can of Coca Cola? There is no kettle or tea/coffee and not even tissues. The hotel is a 3 star but at the very low end. To be fair, the hotel was in a convenient location and breakfast was great. However I would recommend booking Gallery Rooms instead.

We were disappointed with the room which was noisy. The noise was from the normal movement of furniture, other guests in the floor above, next door or in entrance. The issue is a lack of suitable sound insulation – the exposed ceilings mean there is only the floorboards above. The room also had little natural light (one window to an internal courtyard) so we had to step outside to check the weather. On a positive note the location is close to the centre.

The hotel is ideally situated near the Arena square, with local shops, supermarket and restaurants. A 20 minute walk to the train station, for those wanting to take a train to Venice. Friendly service, good breakfast. We would give a 3 star plus rating.

The room was clean but small. The shower was ridiculous. I flooded the bathroom every time I showered. They need to upgrade the shower doors. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The location was amazing. Great walk ability. Minimal amenities. The breakfast is an added charge and expensive for what it is so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Nothing to complain about in relation to our stay, room, property, communal areas clean and tidy in a nice "older" property with character. The only slight issue was with the breakfast which we thought was "ok" but only "ok". During our visit the "warm" things were not "warm". Reasonable choice for a continental type breakfast but on our last day we got to breakfast a bit later than normal and they had run our of some things and didn't appear in any hurry to replenish them. This said we would go back. The hotel is in an excellent location and we enjoyed our stay.
