Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Pool is small and there is very little seating for non-swimmers. The floor in the pool is extremely slick. Breakfast was very light. Great access to colosseum.

Hotel is currently under renovation but the stay was comfortable. It will look very nice when everything is completed. Staff was friendly. We had a great breakfast there (egg omelette, sausage, potatoes, waffles) The room was comfy.

Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well taken care of. The only complaint we have is the room above was very noisy or some kind a noise above us that woke us up. Check in was very easy. The front desk agent, Tamika assisted us with an early check in. We had arrived early it was very hot, we were exhausted from our flights and had no where to go for an hour. She was able to get our room ready early for us. She was also the only front desk agent. She was assisting us and others in the lobby plus answering the phone. She never lost her smile.

When we check the end, the person behind the desk was pleasant. Offered us bottles of water and was very helpful in getting us. Checked in . We woke up the next morning went to our conference. And when we returned everything in our room was gone period. The front desk staff failed to see we had booked 2 days. We went downstairs to find out what had happened and they realized the mistake. All about belongings have been gathered up and put in the corner of an office. The original room that we checked into was spacious and welcoming while the room that they put us into was much much much smaller and less appealing. Upon leaving. We checked out and the lady who was behind the desk had been the one that made the mistake. She apologized. And we Headed to our next appointment.

The hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean facilities, pool was nice too. Unfortunately, a mistake was made somewhere along the line, and a second family was booked into our room. This was discovered when they opened the door to our room. I wasn’t too upset, mistakes happen. However, the next morning a cleaner opened our door without knocking. We had been using the double lock, but one of us had just stepped out to grab something from the car. The cleaner apologized profusely and explained the error, but still, it left one feeling a bit worried. We were about 30 minutes from checking out, so no point complaining.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was conveniently right off of the highway but entering the parking lot, the Hooters and Mexican restaurant was what you predominantly see. I typically prefer a more remote entrance to a hotel but this one shared parking space with surrounding restaurants. Other than that, the stay was fine.

You would think being close to the interstate it would be noisy but it was surprisingly quiet. Tamica greeted us at check-in and was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was SO good! There were a ton of options, all prepared well, and I was just really impressed all around with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly nice stay - comfortable, clean and easy parking. Close to the Coliseum for events. Numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. I always appreciate the free breakfast and coffee available throughout the day. Nice, spacious area for breakfast with a large TV.

I was very pleased with the room and overall cleanliness and interaction with the staff. I was not very happy with the breakfast. food was not stocked in a timely manner. the only fruit available was some overripe bananas and the eggs, potatoes and sausage was never refilled the whole time I was there. The server kept saying they would be out in a few minutes. I had to settle for a waffle.
