The best location for the TD Gardens. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Vincent and Jacke. We didn't have breakfast as the location has lots of options available.

Room was clean but definitely needed an update, there were so many chips in the paint everywhere but I get that’s how it is! Checkout was at 11AM next morning and at 10:50 an alarm was activated thot the hotel telling guest to stay put. Definitely super offsetting so I waited 20 minutes with no update on the intercoms the fore called the front desk which was pretty dismissive of the whole situation and said you’re fine to come out but have no explanation on why the warning went off.
