Toilet smells like sewage. The wifi doesn’t work. Informed the receptionist, was given another network, still doesn’t work. Housekeeping is considerate to leave new drinking water n toilet rolls on the door when I requested no cleaning needed.

It was a one week stay, we arrived there realizing our room was given to other customer without telling us beforehand. Their reason was because it was book year ago. They given us different room for two days, the room had unpleasant odor. Then there’s black insect on our sheet. Room had lots of mosquitoes. The day we supposed to expect to have the room we originally booked, they told us 12 noon the room will definitely ready. But they wanted to move it at 2pm. No reason. Then we insisted to get transferred right away because we have plans for the day and we have friends to meet up. Then my partner got upset. The lady front desk got upset too telling us things. The problem was we paid accordingly. We came from other side of the world. We were charged accordingly yet we didn’t get the room we paid for and wanted. Then the next room they provided was awfully terrible. The sheets were falling off constantly. Never had a comfortable sleeping.
