Very nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the breakfast cooked to order and delicious served from 6.30 perfect for getting to work on time. I went for a short walk around the village which is like going back in time. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place to stay however I have more negatives than positives staying here. Lovely room, comfy bed etc, however very noisy due to people slamming doors, lots of noise from people outside even with windows shut. Only a Venetian blind up at the bedroom window so lots of light still came in, needs curtains to block out the light. Booked a table for evening meal, it was very quiet yet took staff ages to take food/drink order. Forgot to bring my drink & food order was wrong. Food very over priced for what you actually get on your plate. Very disappointed with breakfast, I was under the impression it was freshly cooked to order as there was a breakfast menu in your room, this wasn’t the case, very limited continental stuff & the cooked breakfast was a hot buffet which was all either over cooked or soggy ! Fruit juices were also room temperature, not even chilled. Very disappointed overall after spending the money I did.

Lovely hotel. Fab breakfast and great service in the morning. A few little things that maybe would have upped my rating to 5 stars. The taps on sink don’t hang enough over sink so were awkward to use. Mouldy shower curtain. The bar shut bang on 11pm, maybe a bit before. Front desk not always manned so left waiting on occasion.
