Surprised this was ‘Luxury’. No lighting around the pods, and having to walk along a road to the toilet which wasn’t ideal, particularly at night! Pod was very very basic but did the job. Both my partner and I slept badly but that was mostly due to the toilet issue. It was clean though and nice to have a kettle.

Always great when we stay at the little hide. We have been a few times just me and my fellas little getaway. Its our peace place with out the kiddies. Lovely and quite this time of year. Was on the cold side with the weather but the heater in the pod was amazeing at keeping you toastie. The only down fall for me was the magpie that seemd to haunt me whilst there hahaha. Really funny. The cafe food is excellent good price. Absolutely love this place.

There was a small heater but this didn’t really heat up the place. We ended up having to leave after a few hours and book a hotel room elsewhere for the night. There was also a few hairs in the bed. The bed was very creaky and you could hear everything outside.

We absolutely love this place been a few times now and every time is spot on perfect (wish we had some sugar and tea bags and milk for the room but will remember next time) brilliant as a dog friendly place, our pup loved it! All facilities and room were perfect for what we needed for the night thank you so much for our day and night I’m sure we will be back soon.

We arrived at 18:30 so it was dark. It was minus 2 degrees and we had just driven for 5 hours. The poor lighting made it difficult to park and find the pod. When we eventually got in there was no heating on which meant it was very cold and damp. There was a small heater but no instruction so difficult to turn on. The facilities are very basic (no water in the pod) and although it it is compared to camping for the price we expected more - probably why no refunds are accepted. We were unable to stay and had to find a hotel.

Have never been to a Glamping pod before but would absolutely visit the little hide again. The pod was a good size and had everything we needed. Great location and the showers/ toilets are well kept. Would come back next time and will bring a disposable bbq to use at the shared area.

The hut was lovely but they are all too close together and surrounded by a 6 foot fence. So the view was into my neighbours hut or the fence . We were set around farm land and beautiful green fields but couldn’t see one from my pouch. Toilets were ok but had to walk into the caravan section to use .

Lovely place.. The bed was so comfortable and the pod really warm. The area was really quiet and the shower/toilet area were kept clean throughout our stay. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, so peaceful and calming, the trees blowing in the wind around us was a calming lovely sound. Our only issue was the kettle leaking every time you poured a drink and the fitted sheet was not big enough for the bed as soon as got on the bed it came off the mattress when trying to put back on you could get one side down but it pulled it away from other end so bigger fitted sheet and definitely deeper fit other than this it was amazing and just what we needed

The yurt interior was really impressive and nicely equipped. Probably wasn’t the best choice of accommodation for the time of year due to the weather elements. (On a personal note: I really didn’t like the heavy/weighted duvet and the bright light shining in during the night).

I was very disappointed in the property I was given it was the cabin and it was the smallest property on the site and a bit disappointed that we paid the same as the larger property’s on site it was very clean and the outside was lovely just disappointed in the size of it compared to all the others for the same price

Located very well only 3 miles from the city centre and the bus stop is right on the door step. Very comfortable beds and everything there you need for a nice little get away.

The Yurt was amazing, I was really impressed!!! I wish we had had time to make use of the den. I think next time we will definitely book a 2 night stay instead😍 We even had a little card left for us as we were celebrating our anniversary! The only thing I can comment on is I wish the toilets and showers had less creepy crawlies in, but with camping you can’t expect a luxury bathroom!! Just watch out for those spiders🕷️🕷️

Literally 5 mins away from the retail park (shops and food) but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere! Really clear and easy to follow instructions to self-check in meant I could arrive at 22:00 and not feel worried! Definitely will be staying again!

lovely quiet area, very friendly atmosphere. I initially booked this accommodation purely for a place to rest our heads after a night out in York however once we got there and realised how quiet it was we changed our plans and bought some drinks and just sat on the decking outside the glamping pod all night. Lovely warm cosy feel, would have been better if the toilets were a little closer however this would not put us off staying again. Great little find and would highly recommend

The bed was comfy, plenty off room in the yurt would highly recommend this. Bathrooms onsite was very clean. I expected spiders and dark and horrible. With been on a camping site but no was very clean. Hot tubs would be a good shout and a fireburner for each pod but overall very impressive

We loved our stay here! Clean and had a great sleep. Brilliant price for somewhere to stay close to York. Carpark was a little full and some bad parking meant it was a space down, but not the owners fault. Highly recommend for an affordable cute little getaway! Would definitely return
We loved our stay here! Clean and had a great sleep. Brilliant price for somewhere to stay close to York. Carpark was a little full and some bad parking meant it was a space down, but not the owners fault. Highly recommend for an affordable cute little getaway! Would definitely return
