The staff were very helpful and friendly. They took the trouble to sort out an issue with a restaurant. The room was lovely, very clean and very spacious.

The hotel was centrally located to many city sites. We especially enjoyed the attached restaurant and breakfast was provided with our room. We ate dinner there our first night. The meal and service was excellent. Breakfasts were full on meals with wonderful choices of menu options. We found the staff to be most helpful and friendly during our stay at the hotel. Every request was amicably resolved for us. Our room was most comfortable and met our every need and expectation. I’m looking forward to another adventure to Vancouver just so can stay at Hotel de Soleil again!
