A real gem, cheap, clean, great staff, sensible bar prices, can't ask for more.

Ideal for what we needed. A pleasant rural location on a canal side. Has a bar/ restaurant area. Rooms are good. Staff very helpfull as allowed us to check in earlier to allow us to get to our festival earlier.

My room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There's no aircon, so the only way to try to cool the room was to open the window. But there was no window, only a bifold door. Since this was a ground-floor room adjacent to the car park, I wasn't going to leave that open all night

Went above and beyond.chef was amazing and done me and Mrs a pizza a hour after he closed down the kitchen.brilliant.thank you so much chef.

Lovely rooms and the location is great, but in the middle of a heatwave was hard. Our first room had a patio door which helped a bit but the second didn't have windows and no ac. Didn't sleep well as was so hot.
