Nice property and area. The hot tub was great but dirty on the outer rim next to the window. Really nice bed and room. The shower was amazing. With check out not until noon we were enjoying being a little lazy, but housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00. They did move on after we told them we were still in the room. We will stay again, but will put a do not disturb sign on the door the next stay to have our lazy morning.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is good, bar was fun. Hotel was very clean. Our room was clean. The beds were comfy. Enjoyed our weekend here! Only downside was there wasn't very many handicapped parking spots.

The pool and hot tub was VERY nice Nd room comfortabl and clean.. didn't like the pay for wifi or the $5 for a bottles of water in the room.. overall excellent place to stay

Pool and jacuzzi appears to have been hosting a birthday party for approximately 30 eight year old children who were running, jumping, screaming, diving, cannonballing and spitting into the pool and jacuzzi. No staff anywhere. Also, staff was sleeping at the check in/out desk. I informed the hotel of my issues and received a generic response with no effort to correct it.

Great place to stay with a nice golf course

The hotel was beautiful. The only problem was when I needed to take a nap on Saturday around five. There was still remodeling done on the room above me so I could not take a nap with all the banging and drilling that was going on.

Very nice relaxing atmosphere... just housekeeping need to provide pool towels.

The maid service was terrible. Took the dirty linens but failed to leave any clean ones. Did not empty trash. The carpet was in need of cleaning but they did not vacuum it. We called housekeeping but the maid never returned. The front desk was great. It was a shame the housekeeping was so bad.

The only thing I have a complaint for is that the floors were not swept in our room. There were dust balls flying everywhere when we got there and the rugs were filthy.

Staff was amazing and friendly, beautiful look all around. But the sheets on our beds were dirty and had to ask for clean ones. There was an open condom wrapper in the trash can. No trash bags, had to ask for those. Carpet looks like it needs to be shampooed. Our room was dusty. While at the indoor pool, our 3 kids were scared to death (youngest was traumatized) by a man beating on the door from the outside. The man was intoxicated and covered in blood, trying to gain access into the building. There had been a Christmas party the same night as our stay and a fight had broken out, resulting in the guy with blood all over him and trying to get in. Our overall experience wasn’t great. Our youngest child didn’t want us to even get up to go use the restroom and was super scared because of what happened while at the pool. We’re possibly willing to try it once more, hoping to have a clean room the next time.

The property was beautiful. The room was outdated, but clean. Paid extra for a balcony but was scared to sit out there as the balcony was dirty and had mildew and green moss all over. Looks like it had never been cleaned.

It was very quiet when I got to the room. Everything was well stocked in the bathroom and it was very clean.

When I got in I was asked for my card, makes sense. To verify I asked if I had not already paid for the room. I was given a very curt and angry response of “you paid a third party, we need the card for incidentals.” I was told how to get to the elevator but I was not given any information about the pool, internet or breakfast. At any rate I had the room number on the envelope for the card so I found the room. We found a couple dead bugs in the room, one in the room one in the restroom. For a family of 4 we were given towels for 3 people. There is no microwave, no breakfast, no internet but high prices. The halls smell of dog. I asked for a couple disposable cups and the guy turned to grab them and muttered “free stuff,” with distain. The price is high, a couple cups are very much not free when you are paying such high prices.

Our room only had a chiller fridge, not a real fridge. Had to put ice bags in it to keep things cold. Really need a fridge and microwave in each room. It costs too much to not have them in the room. Not much for dining options. Hotel bar/restaurante closed at 10pm and our conference ran over til after 10:30pm. Just a couple of microwave options at the desk. Most everything around the town closed at 10. Hotel is beautiful and staff is very friendly. Would have been great if we could have brought food in and kept it cold and reheated it. They were doing renovations so hopefully they will make this improvement.

My husband and I stayed from 4/14-4/17, 2025. We were given a “renovated room”. We have stayed at this resort several times, but the new layout of the room was difficult to navigate. The balcony was hidden behind the couch, the sink and closet was in one area(very small-no counter space) and the shower and commode was in a completely different room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the rain shower was awesome. The biggest problem was in the bar area. The first night the bartender/waitress greeted us by complaining about how busy she was, when we told her we were ready to order she sighed and said” Go for it” then huffed again, the drinks were good, …….if she hadn’t of slammed them on the table. We ordered food that was decent and more drinks but her mood never improved. The next night my family met us in the bar, same attitude different bartender/waiter. I got the feeling that the girls got a kick out of throwing beer bottles into trash to hear glass break. Ordered mushrooms, they were burnt, order them again, not good at all. Normally this is the only resort I would book my stay when visiting family in North East Tennessee, but I think we will reserve a room in Johnson City, TN. If you pride yourself as being a golf resort and conference center, you need professional employees to work in this resort. If you pay between $300-500 a night, then you need to deliver the best service available.

Beautiful property with great staff. However, the WiFi was not strong and caused issues during the convention. No microwave in the rooms. Wish there was a coffee station or Starbucks available for hotel guests only … standing in a line with convention attendees too is just too much in the morning!

Came from Nashville and was kinda like uh oh where am I, but when I got into the hotel it was amazing! Service desk was super friendly the restaurant food and staff was excellent and my room was very spacious and comfortable and the sunrise was breathtaking. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Paid same price for my room as others but my view was of the roof top air conditioning units and other machinery. This room should be discounted for this reason.

The room was great

The hotel was clean and there are many things to do at the hotel- dining, golf, fitness, etc. We felt that the rate was very overpriced for the room itself (small, tiny bathroom, no real coffee pot, no microwave, no door to the sink/dressing area, terrible water pressure, no extra pillows/blankets, etc.). For $250 a night, the room should be pretty nice, not just OK.

It was so loud. There is no sound proofing at all in the rooms. The doors do not have soft closures. They slam. It was an extremly busy weekend with baseball tournments lots of people in and out all night. The room itself was adequate. There was only one bath towel, hand towel and a wash cloth in the room. Nothing to put on the floor to step out of the shower. Found someone to get more towels. The curtians did not close they were broken. The bed and pillows were fine. Bed was comfortable. Shower was ok, no mold. Shower head worked just low pressure. It was ok, just expected a bit more for how it was advertised.

It was a very busy weekend with a convention spanning the entire complex. The staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful through it all. Great job.

We arrived late on a Wednesday just after midnight. I had asked for my room to be close to my father's (he is 71 y/o). The room they initially gave me was absolutely filthy—unmade bed, no towels/soap, dirty towels on the floor, etc.. I called the front desk and they moved to a different room on the other side of the building from my father. This one had a leak under the bathroom sink that was flooding half the room. I called the front desk and the unapologetic guy working that night was like "either we can send a repairman to your room or we'll move you 3 floors up" (which was not what I wanted bc I wanted to be close to my dad. They sent a repairman to my room and by about 1:30, I was finally able to shower and try to go to bed. Oh, did I mention that the sheets on my bed were ripped? The rooms themselves are...fine. Very hard flooring, the showers are weak and it took 4-5 minutes for hot water to start coming out. At no point did the staff here do anything to make up for the bad experience I had. Furthermore, the hotel is EXTREMELY noisy—there was construction going on in the morning and also very talkative staff just outside my room at 8am. I never slept past that point. Since they're doing some remodeling, many common areas are filthy and, perhaps even worse, the entire place smells like a cheap cleaning solution. We were in town for a wedding and the locals there were all touting this place as a good hotel. They were clearly wrong—I will never step foot here again.

Service was grear. Hotel registration a breeze. Very nice facility. Warm and hospitable. I will definitely be back again.

Outstanding staff, professional and customer service oriented!!

When we got there, there was a convention going on and the parking lots was full. I called the front desk because I am mobility impaired and they send out the maintenance staff and brought me and my truck to the maintenance lot and provided parking for us. They are amazing going above and beyond for their guests. Everyone was so nice and all the food was amazing we didn't leave the property for two days and was taken well care of.

This is a beautiful hotel tucked away in the mountains of East TN.

If you travels take you to Kingsport in Eastern Tennessee, this is the place to stay.

Stayed in town for DBHS function. Easy to reach hotel, good restaurant, nice lobby.

Good hotel, there for volleyball tournament. Needs a bigger restaurant and bar area. Entrance to hotel needs better designated signs and directions to lobby. Overall hotel was comfortable and enjoyable

Amazing property. Great staff. Great bar and restaurant. Great proximity. It was my fourth year staying for Christmas and I had zero complaints.

Clean room with plenty of space. What was missing for us was a microwave. But we survived:) Comfy mattress and bedding. Will book again! Great conference area too! Lobby area was classy looking. Food was not as hot as I'd like, but good service.
