Spacious room in an historic hotel. We found a good price for this room, hard to do because it is arguably the best located hotel in Greenville. The room had a view of the roof, but we didn’t mind, and it was clean and a nice size with a comfy bed. Easy to unload with wonderful bellhops at the front door that will take your bags right up to the room. If you don’t want to valet park, there is a less expensive self-park garage behind the building, that will allow in and our privileges. Nice stay! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! The lobby was beautiful and the front desk personnel courteous and a fast check in. Our room was small, but very clean, bed was superbly comfortable. I would say the only complaint I had was the annoying loud guest across the hall who thankfully shut up by 11:00 pm, and there was quite a bit of hallway light shining through the crease of the door and at bottom of door. Maybe dim the hall lights at night? Other than that, excellent stay, quiet streets

It's important to remember this is an "Historic" old hotel. We got the 2 bed room for more sq footage. Beds were so close to outer walls, you could only get on the bed from the middle. Thus both beds caved a bit getting on them as they are overused on that side. Softer bed. With the larger room, the TV was way too small. You could not read anything on the screen while in bed. We like the news in the morning and the TV was not working during that time. We enjoyed cocktails with the lovely pianist in the lobby - the highlight while at the hotel! I would choose a more contemporary, updated hotel in Greenville next visit.

Way over priced $. No room ready had to wait 30 minutes was told 10 minutes - that staff member left because of shift change - then we finally went back up to ask ! Got a very small room - no chairs , no sofa! Did get a bike which is not up to our speed !!! Bathroom so small both could stand together Then a wedding outside of our door !!! So loud !!! We stand in a Hilton the night before at 3rd of what we paid at Westin. The room was large with everything clean and great staff! I am so disappointed !!!

We would not stay here again. The location is nice, but downtown Greenville is so tiny, ALL the hotels are in great locations. For the price we paid, the rooms were like a rundown apartment. Smelly, old, you can hear your neighbors, bathrooms small, no lighting in the tub/shower one sink. Bad coffee in the rooms and the you could not raise or lower the thermostat to your preference bc it was capped out. Very disappointing for a Westin property and again, was not cheap. The beds were okay but the pillows were cotton and horrible.

Very nice old hotel. Lot of character. The walls must be paper thin because you could hear people talking in the hall all night. The doors shutting were very loud as people were going into their rooms. We could not sleep all night.

We could WALK to fabulous restaurants, the Falls trail, the Zoo, and the Bon Secours Arena to see our favorite artists. We never used our car for 3 days! Loved that! Safe area and beautiful as well! Beautiful historic property kept in impeccable condition.

Perfect location for a nice weekend in Greenville. Would definitely return. Despite being virtually sold out, hotel was very quiet. A nice surprise was Spoonbread restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast there. I had the salmon, poached eggs and salad and it the fish was cooked perfectly, seasoned well. Hotel location was central to and walkable to the best of downtown Greenville.

Property is beautiful inside and out. Valets and check in was superb. We tried to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel lobby on the night of check in as it was still early but none of the lights were on and no direction to "wait to be seated" or "seat yourself." Piano lounge was hopping but we wanted a dinner... waited by the hostess stand and never got acknowledged. We left and went to eat somewhere else. Late night on the town, come back for a nice shower and boom... no hot water in the shower. Go to bed and do our thing the next day, second late night, still no hot water in the shower. It\'s late mind you and we aren\'t going to wait up for maintenence and then have to possibly change rooms. I did let the front desk know at checkout, she took my number for the manager to call... they didn\'t. Overall, the view was amazing, bed was super comfy, valet was great, desk clerks were nice... bathroom size, no hot water in the shower and lack of attention in the restaurant (didn\'t seem open the second night either, all the lights were off) were the major drawbacks. For the price per night, we will probably stay somewhere else next visit. Just didn\'t seem like a 4 star hotel compared to others I\'ve stayed at.

Great hotel!! Only thing was that the tapas bar was closed all night for a private party and we booked this hotel so that we could eat dinner there and enjoy the view. Didn’t find out it was booked until we trued to enter the restaurant.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and it has class. We had some problems with breakfast. We had to get up and ask for a spoon for our yogurt and also for a warm-up on our coffee. Then, we were charged for the orange juice that was supposed to be included in the continental breakfast. The charge was removed after we pointed this out.
