Fabulous stay at Mai House in a quieter area next to the Lycee Marie-Curie yet very close to the center of bustling Saigon. Vi har nydt et fantastisk ophold på dette centrale hotel, som på alle måder lever op til forventningerne. Værelserne er både flotte og rummelige, og vi bed mærke i den høje standard for rengøring, som gjorde, at vi altid følte os velkomne. En særlig tak skal lyde til Sinh og hans kollegaer ved det skønne poolområde. De har sørget utrolig godt for os under hele opholdet og bidraget til en afslappet atmosfære med deres store gæstfrihed. Mai House is a beautiful hotel and great place to stay at. Staff were friendly and helpful. My oom was very nice and roomy, comes with a kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils (we stayed in one bedroom apartment). Location is perfect and central. I'd definitely stay here again!

This is a good hotel, we enjoyed our stay in a suite. Probably short of a complete 5 star experience with one or two finishing touches on facilities and service but everything is well done and well intentioned. Staff are very responsive to requests for help and keen to please. The WiFi was a bit unreliable and we lost a couple of meetings, some buffering with streaming. Again, though, help was immediate when we asked for it. Recommend this hotel to others. So much to do within a short stroll.

An oasis of calm and luxury. Very professional attentive staff, modern clean rooms, very comfortable beds, soft cotton sheets, this was overall the best hotel in which I stayed whilst exploring Saigon. I tried several different rooms over seven nights, the Premium double overlooking the front was my favourite, but if you need space the junior suite is hard to beat. Unlike some reviews here, I did not find it at all noisy on weekdays and although outside the road gets extremely busy and a little chaotic for an hour when the school opposite finishes it only adds to the charm of the city. I had room service one jet lagged night which was very good but otherwise didn’t eat in the hotel. Many good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and Grab cars never more than a few minutes away. A special mention to Phuong at reception and also the rooftop bar staff who went above and beyond to make me very spicy margaritas. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, clean, well maintained, good aircon, lovely staff etc. The room we had was exceptionally well sound proofed which was amazing after a hot day in the noise outside. The pool area is pretty small but serviceable. The only negative is the weird bathroom setup with a glass wall and slightly transparent curtain. Why is that a thing!

A very nice stay in general. 1. Hotel is well design with classy vibes; 2. Room is spacious and well maintained; 3. Beddings quality is good; 4. Buffet breakfast with great varieties and especially with friendly staffs; Only two minor suggestions: 1. There’s”no” hot water at the shower but available at bathtub. I didn’t request to check during my stay as not want to change room but better to fix it if there’s issue. Room 812; 2. Room is well designed and spacious, however, it’ll be even better if a small sofa can be placed in. There’s only one chair but something want to have some chatting and drinks which personally not preferred on the bed. Will stay again for my next trip in HCM.

What can I say, the moment I walked into the hotel I was treated like royalty. The service is amazing, immaculately presented foyer and the breakfast was excellent. I was in a premium club room (highly recommend). Free cocktail and wine with canapés every night and the room was enormous. Private check in and checkout on Level 14. This is THE best hotel in HCMC. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer, but I will be back!

Excellent stay, with a small disappointment on departure We stayed two nights at the Mai House Saigon Hotel in a Junior Suite, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is ideal, in a pleasant and convenient area to explore the city. The suite was spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. The breakfast was of very high quality, with a wide and well-presented selection. The executive-level benefits were also very enjoyable and added real value to the stay. The only minor downside was on the day of departure: as we had a late flight, we were not allowed to enjoy the executive-level benefits in the afternoon. Considering the hotel’s standard and our booking, this felt a bit ungenerous. Overall, this is still a wonderful hotel that I would definitely recommend and would happily return to.

Nice hotel with great amenities like the pool and nice gym. Friendly staff and beautiful rooftop deck. The breakfast was good (if a little pricey compared to other hotel breakfasts). The breakfast was very busy in the early morning and the service was spotty (waited almost a half hour for our coffee and had to eventually go get it ourselves). The one thing that bothered me is that they added gratuity and VAT to ever purchase (the bar, the breakfast) without asking. None of the other hotels six we stayed at during our drip did this. The room and bed were very comfortable and the location just outside District 1 was good.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never received better service than from the staff at Mai House. They have become My Home away from home and the only place I will stay in Ho Chi Minh City. And if you need a venue for a special event, they knocked that out of the park for me and my bride’s wedding.

Such a beautiful hotel. So clean and the rooms were great. It’s a really big hotel with good amenities. Rooftop bar was good too but expensive. Good place to bring your friends up and hang out at night. The lobby was great, room was very clean. However the location wasn’t too great compared to other five star hotels. Often the place had a lot of traffic so leaving and coming back to the hotel was hard. Otherwise, good place and recommend.

Location is great: not in the middle of D1 chaos, but a lot options in the immediate vicinity while remaining quiet. Rooms were just my kind. Old school charm meets modern luxury. Food options in the hotel are not too much but there is a roof bar With knowledgeable staff, a good Mediterranean a la carte restaurant. Service was impeccable as well

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall we liked this hotel. It's nice inside and everything seems new. The reception area, in particular, is nice. There is a cool spiral, grand staircase, which oddly, they don't allow you to take photos with a camera (phone cameras are allowed). My wife ate in the restroom and was not impressed but there are plenty of food choices just outside the door and especially within a block or two. There are also little markets just around the corner. The only real issue we had (and it's not that big of a deal once you realize it) is that the hotel, although pretty big, is not easily visible from the main street. Once you (or the taxi/grab driver sees the sign, it's a little late. There is a small service entrance there but the main entrance is down a little side street. If you are using grab, be sure to set the marker for the exact pickup spot. Otherwise they won't find the hotel entrance.

My wife and I had a great stay at Mai House. Staff were extremely professional and kind. We reserved room with access to executive lounge and it was well worth it, great appetizers and drinks during cocktail hours. Our room was both spacious and spotless. Breakfast at either the executive floor or buffet were excellent. Lots of restaurants in the area.
