Stayed 3 nights

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was much better. Had a suite with the whirlpool tub. Don’t know what changed but this was definitely for the worse. I don’t know why some hotels are making their rooms look like a utility room with grey and white walls and cool white lights that just give poor lighting. My workshop is more inviting. The room was fairly clean but there were ants, some getting in the bed. Housekeeping did not come in during our 3 day stay. I was able to get clean towels from them while they were cleaning other rooms. The tub was slippery and we weren’t sure how clean the supplied shower mat was. The beds were not comfortable at all. One was sunk in in the middle. The door kept sticking and I had to have the key card reprogrammed. Only one worked and you had to fight with the other to get it to work. (The front desk staff was helpful with this.) Breakfast was barely edible with runny scrambled eggs and sausage that looked weird. The chocolate chip waffles were okay. On our last day the water was out. However this was not the hotel’s fault, but it just topped off a forgettable stay. The differences between our two stays was definitely a downgrade. We will likely stay elsewhere next time we’re in the area.

Well... we've stayed in worse places. So there's that. The driveway of the hotel is riddled with potholes. I mean, it's bad. The hotel was clearly undergoing some renovation but it was uncertain if they would be finishing it - it was like they ran out of money and you got what you got. Our room was incredibly spacious -- like I've never seen in a hotel room before with lots of empty space -- but it also didn't have a dresser. There were outlets without covers. And the shower was absolutely disgusting. I couldn't get ahold of the front desk or guest services, but a cleaning cart was left unattended overnight at the end of our hall, so I took it upon myself to grab cleaning supplies and clean the HAIR from the shower drain and the VISIBLE PINK MILDEW from the shower head. Never could get ahold of staff the 5 days we were there. However, we felt safe, and the rest of our stay was fine. We left the "do not disturb" sign on our door the whole time so I can't attest to the daily cleanings. I will say, we won't stay here again. The 7 star reviews had me expecting better.

The place is ok. Could use some TLC. My room’s safety lock had the latch missing and some of the lights didn’t work. Area is a bit bland. Shower wasn’t very good. At just over $100 per night it’s reasonable value though. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Reception staff are pleasant.

From checking until the time we left it was not a great stay. Check-in took a long time and the staff was unhelpful when we needed blankets for the sofa bed we had to go down multiple times and the staff seemed annoyed. Every time we asked on the second day the elevator stopped working, the key cards never worked. We had to go down multiple times to get them fixed, and the whole hotel was in a state of general disrepair
