Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

Prompt shuttle to the airport, although the van needs new shocks.

Pool heater was broken. We wanted to swim and relax before long plane ride.

We were only here for 1 night, and got in around 8:30pm. We were a party of 1 adult and 4 children. Kids wanted to hit up the pool, so we quickly headed to the pool before it closed at 10. The sauna was out of order which was a bit of a bummer because there was no hot tub, and the pool was very cold. We could only stay in the pool for about 30 minutes before everyone was too chilly to swim anymore. There were plenty of pool towels. The room was pretty clean. The cover that goes over the top of the comforter on both beds was already stained, but we just removed them. The sheets and comforter were clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Over all I would stay again.

When you hear you get what you paid for, I still think I might have overpaid for my room. I had a three night stay and stayed for only two nights. First thing you notice when walking into the building is that the hotel smells. I wouldn't say a bad smell but it wasn't pleasant. The second thing is they didn't have any linen or sheets available for the pull out bed I had. I went to talk to the staff on duty (same guy every day I was there at the same time), and he advised that they are sold out and have no extra sheets available to give me. I also tried taking a shower and the showers were pretty dirty. I only had 4 towels and I needed 5 because I put down I had five guest for my reservation. I went back down and ask for towels for my family and they advised they ran out of towels too because they were sold out. This happened both days we stayed. We went to the hotel pool and they had 0 towels and we had to ask for them both days we tried the pool. It's an average pool with nothing special. There is a sauna but the place you sit in the sauna was broken and didn't feel very safe to even be inside. The only thing about this place is that it was the cheapest place you could go to. Breakfast is okay and air conditioning worked at least. Parking is abundant for a place that gets "sold out". Just beware that you'll get low quality and poor customer service. If I could give less stars, I would. Avoid if you want a decent time.

Pool not working, washing and dryer machine not working

The shuttle van is completely unsafe to drive, The driver had to constantly fight the wheel to keep it in the lane. The engine only runs on 7 cylinders, the ABS light is on, The check engine light is flashing, the rear differential is making horrible sounds. I complained to 2 different people about this with no response or concern. You also charged me $10 for a ride to the airport. No restaurant or bar and your prices for the room is way to high for what i got.

The shower surround in our bathroom had a giant hole in it where the soap holder use to be. You could not see the bottom of the pool through the murky water and I'm confident there was a layer of scum on the top of the water. The sauna was in need of repair as the seat wasn't sturdy and was missing some planks.

Not as close to airport as you would think—15 minutes+. Shuttle comes every 30 minutes. Staff was great! Good deal. $5/day parking at hotel.

The shuttle to the airport was NOT reliable. The front desk said the shuttle driver didn’t show up the previous morning before the day of our flight so we had to find other accommodations

It's not too bad for the price. But, the pool was merky, the ac barely was cold, and there's just a lot of small things that haven't been updated. For example- the walls of the bathroom have a lot of wear and tear. The only true complaint I have is the AC not running cold and the facility being run down which included problems with key card (couldn't reenter my door on one occasion and side doors have a card swipe but are completely inaccessible).

I want my money back. We did not stay a second night due to the very poor condition of the room and the poor sanitation. We were in town for my sisters funeral with my 89-year-old mother. This was a disaster. We did not take out a cancellation policy because we knew we needed to attend the funeral and would not be canceling. We didn’t know the hotel would be intolerable. There was a board bolted across the frame of the pull out bed. There were M&Ms and debris under the mattress. One of the two queen size beds was so worn the sleeper would roll to the center of the mattress. This left one queen size bed that was adequate for my 89-year-old mother, my sister, and myself. The lighting was so dim we could not see the room well when we were there for the first night. In the morning, when the curtains could be opened, we could see additional problems with cleanliness. There was blood on the comforter of one of the beds. there was black mold in the bathroom. The wallpaper was patched and in poor condition.

Floors and shower were not properly cleaned. The counters and tables were not wiped down. Found hair in the sheets and the hair dryer didn’t work. Sauna was broken and out of service the entire 5 days of my stay. Room keys had to be switched 3x since they were not working.

The room smelled like a porapottie. The linens were stained. Tub drain was broken. The walls had stains on them

First of all, let me say that the two employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. The bathroom had what looked like smeared lotion on the sink and in the bathtub, and there was a used washcloth still hanging from the shower. I considered preparing my own coffee in the morning, but noticed that the machine was dirty, so I ended up grabbing coffee downstairs as I rushed out the door. In addition to the uncleanliness of my room, I noticed a general run-down feeling to the place, especially outside of the lobby (which looked sharp). It felt like management was generally cutting corners to make the math add up.

The staff was friendly. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it and had patching of bad spots. We even took pictures of the moldy spot. Due to this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Hotel is NOT clean. When we arrived we found that the bedding had only been partially cleaned. The spread & mattress pad hadn’t been laundered in quite some time, because they had stains on them. We had to ask for new bedding and make the beds on our own because of the lack of housekeepers. We really didn’t have a choice in the matter, because of the Indy 500. No other place to stay. When we returned the next day from the race, we found that the room didn’t get cleaned at all, even though we specifically asked for Housekeeping. The person at the front desk then offered us another room. More of the same. Both Bed spreads were stained, & didn’t look to have been laundered in some time. 2 rooms not clean. I would caution booking a room at this Hotel.

My bed had bed bugs

DO NOT STAY HERE ! They had so many bed bugs coming out of the head board! I got bit up!! And they didn’t want to give me my money back! The smell Wasn’t the best either because they had carpet.

Our sheets we’re stained and dirty, not sure they were clean or not. We had to ask for new sheets and we had to remake our bed ourselves. The carpets in the rooms could use a deep clean. My feet felt sticky after walking on them.

Very dirty hotel bathroom. Hallway carpets were dirty, visible stains and dirt. The previous guest’s food was in our refrigerator.

We expected far better for the price of the hotel. The side door key card entry was broken so anyone could just come in and out, the carpets were clearly stained, the ceiling above our shower was cracked and starting to peel, and the inside metal security latch for the door was broken off as if the door had been busted in at some point. We weren't expecting anything fancy but with all of the issues, this definitely isn't worth the price we paid for it.

Internet was not the best. Very slow at times

It was Ok for a last minute stop. $105 for one night for 5 people. We got a suite, 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed. Sounded perfect. The sofa bed was broken, leaning to the side and the mattress was ridiculously thin and unsupportive. The staff was responsive when asked for bedding and such, but we had to go to the desk to get them. The room was clean, beds were mediocre at best, and the sheets sounded like they were made from loose leaf paper. It was right off the highway, by the airport, so noise was expected. The bathroom ceiling was crumbling and it looked like a blind man recaulked the bathtub. Its a place to sleep, quality of sleep differing depending on your sensibilities, but not much more.

Biscuits and gravy both mornings, along with your standard cereals, waffles, yogurt, fruit, assorted breads/muffins, juices, coffee. Not bad. Bed comfortable. All staff we came across were friendly. The whole place definitely needs upgrades and remodeling. We stay at Comfort Suites occasionally in Fort Wayne, which rooms and most of hotel have been remodeled. We were expecting the same here, but carpeting, furniture, everything has been around quite awhile. I don't recall the pictures showing these rooms - I don't remember them being so dark on the app. Rooms however, very spacious! No pictures of room, but did include a few of bathroom.

The king suite was huge. Way bigger than we thought for the price. Everything was pretty clean. The bed was extremely firm take that for what you will. They offer free breakfast but I didn’t try it. Very comfortable spacious room I would stay here again.

My only real complaint is how thin the walls are and that I was put into a room next to the lobby. I could hear my neighbor coughing, the upstairs people walking, and any time someone knocked or spoke. I unfortunately wasn’t able to sleep due to these issues.

The curtains don’t close, we had bright lights from buildings around us blaring in all night. Had a hard time sleeping before our 5am alarm to get to airport. Not the most pleasant stay.

This hotel is old and worn. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Carpet showing threads or discolored. Opener for rear door near stairs not functional. Also concerned about security. My key card wasn't functioning. I asked for a new one at the front desk and the man ask my room number. Programmed it and handed back to me. Never asked my name. Never asked for proof of identity that I was actually the one in that room. VERY LAX!

The hotel was clean for the most part. Staff was fairly friendly. The bed was horrible. It was broken and bowed in the middle. We barely got any sleep. Had we not gotten in so late we would have said something but we were so tired we just dealt with it. Will not stay here again.

There was only 1 nice guy at the front desk who was very welcoming. Young, long-hair, Indian guy.

I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. When I got to my room the internet was not working and so the television wasn’t working since it was a Roku tv. I asked the front desk to help. He came into my room and got it going. After he left I noticed the coffee maker had no basket for the coffee pods. I called the front desk. It took over an hour and a half for him to bring me one. He wasn’t very happy about having to give it to me. About 30 minutes later the internet stopped working again. I gave up at this point.

Property is nice in appearance but it seems that it’s being run as cheaply as possible. Only one employee was handling the entire hotel when we checked in the the evening (we waited at an empty front desk for 10 minutes - while several other customers came and then gave up and left - before we could check in). She was very nice but the hotel was obviously extremely understaffed. The room was not filthy but not super clean either (everyone in the family woke up with stuffy noses, I assume from the dust because we were all fine soon after we left). There were only 2 bath towels in a room that sleeps 5, and when we requested more towels we were told the hotel was out of towels (which turned out to be a real issue when our toddler started throwing up in the night!). Tried to use the laundry facility in the hotel and the drier didn’t work properly so we ended up having to find a laundromat. The hotel is not horrible but I would definitely not stay there again due to how cheaply it is being run- it shows in the service, the cleanliness, and the strange lack of towels.

There was no shuttle when we arrived although it was advertised, there was no shuttle when we left, we had to switch room three times. We first checked in because of cleanliness. The only good thing I can say is the front desk guy was very helpful and getting us at least that was acceptable for cleanliness, and the breakfast was OK

You had to request and you book for three people. The front desk was unattended most days.

The morning staff was great. The evening staff not so much.

Don’t trust a reservation at this location. I paid in full prior to arrival and they did not honor the reservation. They claim they had to give the room to another guest as the other guest room had issues. I was traveling with my family at had to scramble to find another room late at night. No care and complete disregard to paid guest reservation. They should have dealt with the situation of the other guest and limit impact.

Only issue we had was the AC in our room wasn't working, but they immediately gave us a new room and the AC was perfect!

Exterior need maintenance. Staff rarely at front desk.

Easy check in and out, only thing is FD not always available when I call

Decent basic, no-frills hotel. The rooms were a little worn out and in need of updating. The hotel is in an area that has nothing much other than other hotels around. No restaurants in walking distance. There were plenty of options 10 minutes away, but the hotel itself is pretty isolated. If all you need is a basic accommodation, this will work.

Location was with other hotels in the area. Convenient and affordable parking when doing park and fly. Shuttle takes time to pick you up from the Airport. Took them 1 hour to arrive after calling the hotel. The latest you can have a late check out is around 12pm, just an hour after the regular checking out time which is not worth paying the late check out fee. Tried this hotel as per recommendation from a friend. Overall, it was an average hotel, good if there's no other option around the area.

Close to the airport and quiet

Its in a a good location. Easy to get too. Easy to get to the airport. Room was nice and big. It was also clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were great and soft. The staff at the front desk were nice and quick with checkin.

Shuttle available back&forth from the IND airport. There is some airport noise at times, not bad though. No dining or bar options at the hotel; a 5min walk to another hotel for a sports bar. Simple limited breakfast buffet. Hotel is aging a little, but clean and friendly staff, and about 10 min away from the airport for a convenient transfer.

Nice but strange drive to find it.

It was built in industrial area. Not for people staying more than one night we were only in town for the night. Too far away from downtown but hotel was clean beds were comfortable and room temp worked fine

Hotel and room was great. Unfortunately not a lot of dining options near by. Hotel is located right next to highway, and is surrounded by industry, do outdide is noisy, but we did not hear much noise in our room.

Lobby and rooms are extremely clean, property hard to find (no street signs), not near any restaurants or fast food locations, cramped parking, and staff does not show a native understanding of the English language.

Bad shower. Bad pillows. Terrible breakfast. Awful coffee. Wood chip kleenex. Needs painted.

They should keep the property more clean and today. For breakfast they said twice things are not available.

The hotel was dated, old, and falling into a state of disrepair. It is located adjacent to the interstate and very close to the airport which is a FedEx hub so it was loud both day and night. The coffee cups were miniature and the breakfast wasn’t restocked frequently. It seemed as if the hotel management was determined to go as cheap as possible on everything. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. I would not stay here again.

Place was clean and quiet love the breakfast

Property was very clean but older and run down. It is convenient to the airport, offers free breakfast and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt and fruit. It was a great place to spend the night while stopping through.

The room was good but breakfast was disappointing.

The scrabbled eggs were delicious!
