Very comfortable hotel. Warm welcome from the staff. Well located, you can park and ride into oxford close by. Next door is a supermarket if you need it. We ate there and both dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We also appreciated the laundry facilities, given we are in a long trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. Restaurant has a good menu, food and service excellent. Breakfast amazing, so much choice. You must try the waffles! Loved that produce and merchandise available at the shop from Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm. Bought myself a rather nice green cap with the tractor logo. My son and partner had a pint of Hawkestone Lager, Jeremy’s brew! All in all would have liked to stay longer, visiting relatives and good location for our needs. Would recommend!

Booked due to having EV chargers, however these were all blocked by non electric cars. Hotel did nothing to stop this from happening. The base that the mattress was on creaked whenever there was any movement.

The heating wasn't wprkimg in the room. Small storage heater was given in its place. When having a shower the water wouldnt drain away quick enough the the water went over the edge of the walk in shower tray.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, bright, warm, comfortable public areas. Truly attentive and pleasant staff (some 'good customer service' training obvious there). Restaurant a very pleasant area to dine. Breakfast buffet perfect, Sunday carvery amazing, made even better by a 2 for 1 offer! Rooms clean and comfortable. Minor issue was that bathroom had an unpleasant odour - musty drain smell - but we could shut the door on that one! Slight mix up on arrival regarding whether we had paid in advance for breakfast. We had indeed already paid but looks like the issue was the fault of the booking agent rather than the hotel. However, although we were told this had been resolved, we arrived for breakfast next morning to be told we had to pay. Was again resolved quite quickly but a little embarrassing at first. Lack of communication between front desk and restaurant I assume. None of the above however impacted on our enjoyment of the stay.

Uncomfortable beds, even after getting a second topper - not Hilton standard. I left my sons night light next to the bed and it wasn’t handed in by cleaning staff. Rather stay at Premier Inn next door. Cleanliness ok, except in bathroom which had toothpaste marks on sink from previous guests.

I cant believe how poor the upkeep of the rooms are. There were so many marks on the floor and walls the shower was dirty the bedding had stains the location is very noisy the facilities were lacking

Greeted with a £10 parking fee which was shocking. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was spacious but had to leave in the middle of the night as it was so noisy. Our room must have been near the bins as all we could hear was glass being clanking together and constant banging. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Man on the front desk was friendly but overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Uncomfortable bed, windows were not sufficient to block out road noise, could hear lots of foot noise from above, additional charged parking, and high £35 early check in fee with no guarantee of room availability which made it difficult to get ready for a wedding.

The property has a lot of handicap parking lots. I suppose it also has a lot of accessible rooms as I was put into one although I am not a handicap. Hence, the room and toilet are bigger than usual. Breakfast is good. wifi speed quite good. Bed is soft and comfortable, There is nearby shopping across the road but the walkway are dirty and muddy after rain.

The hotel neglected to inform us that they were hosting a party with a band, which could be heard even in the third floor. This prevented us from relaxing and being able to sleep - the whole point of a hotel. When I called reception they assured me it would finish at 11. It actually went on u too closer to 12. Myself and my children unable to sleep which spoiled our day in Oxford the following day. While the room itself was spacious and comfortable, it was freezing and no amount of adjusting the thermostat helped. No extra blankets were available in the room and only another divers was sent up, which isn’t idea as sleeping with two duvets is quite uncomfortable. The sofas in the room were ripped. Shower was good.

The only negative was when we asked reception to book us a taxi and they gave us a phone number to call a taxi ourselves. I would really expect Hilton hotels to just order us a taxi and save us the trouble. Otherwise, the hotel was perfectly pleasant.

Allocated a disabled equipped room with emergency ring pulls over bed,in bathroom. No idea why? Room was ok for one night. The restaurant service was none existent on the Sunday evening we stayed.. Sat down at a table for two...the two staff just ignored us...no can i get you a drink,are you ready to order?.. We gave up and walked down the road to McDonald's! Breakfast in the morning was great tho. £12:50 to park overnight is extortionate !

Generally good. The only problem was that the check-in staff were not aware we had paid for breakfasts. Apparently, a breakdown in communications between the hotel and Expedia. Fortunately, I was able to find email proving breakfast was included.

Very convenient for the A34 but the car park is operated by a private company with no free parking included with the room, which given the location seems bizarre. Quite a long walk into central Abingdon so dining options nearby are limited.

We only stayed for 1 night, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. We also booked dinner at the in house restaurant ‘1924’, which was very nice indeed. Excellent food quality and again friendly attentive staff. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again.
