The room was clean and nice but small. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the comfortable bar with the fireplace roaring and pictures of the famous people who stayed at the hotel. Hugo, who was the bartender, was excellent in educating us on calvados brandy from Normandy. He also suggested Benedictine liquor, which we enjoyed. Great location for walking the town!

Lovely large clean room, the only downside was the water was not very hot in the shower. The bar had an inviting fire for a cold March evening.
