El hotel en general esta bien, lo que no me gustó es que el vehículo no lo puedes estacionar por un mismo, se lo lleva un ballet parking. Por otro lado el desayuno de cortesía es muy ligero y lo que compras para almorzar mejor te dan muy poca cantidad.

Location and facilities are great, the only issues I had was Parking, there’s not self parking as advertised, you have to valet parking every time you want to go out and that is an inconvenience, also there’s not a mini fridge on the rooms, stayed 4 nights housekeeping skipped one day, breakfast is mid ( I know is free) but still, other than that it was good.

Pésimo el servicio de restaurant. Reporte que no había huevo ni verduras y estuve esperando 30 minutos y no resurtieron. Solo había chilaquiles y frijoles en área caliente. Esto fue a las 7:00 am y hubo gente muy molesta también reportando lo mismo sin que nos atendieran. El servicio de Valet parking lastimó la puerta del copiloto de mi Lincoln MKZ (no permiten que uno estaciones su auto) y me di cuenta hasta que llegué a mi reservación en el hotel City express suites en Querétaro. Absurdo pensar en regresarme a reclamar.

Muy bien ubicada y muy buen servicio . Solamente el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto no lo pude utilizar porque solo es a partir de las 8.00 am 🤔 no se si es plan con maña o que , pero la mayoría de los vuelos son temprano y NADIE los puede utilizar solo si sale de las 11.00 am en adelante .

The airport shuttle they advertise on the website is only for transportation from the hotel to the airport, and that depends on shuttle availability. The breakfast that is included is only a continental breakfast, the buffet breakfast is pretty pricey. Walk about 100 yards to the IHOP, you'll save a few bucks and get better choices. My first day there I had a bath towel with a big hole in it, that towel should not be in service at a hotel. There is some kind of bar across the street that has loud music. That can be pretty annoying if you're trying to get some sleep and you're a light sleeper. On a positive note, it was pretty clean. A lot of places to eat near by.

Todo muy nuevo y moderno, súper recomendado. El único detalle es la falta de atención que tienen en cuanto a limpieza si te quedas más de 4 días… deberían cuidar ese detalle, diario deberían de limpiar y llevar toallas y shampoo etc.

Beautiful hotel. Car parking is Valet only (Free) or park at a public parking lot and pay. As a family of 4 older kids, so not recommend as the shower and restroom have no privacy, both doors are glass and visible within room there is no door to close the restroom.

Muy bonito el hotel, instalaciones en excelente estado, lo único malo es el baño!!! La regadera y el escusado están completamente abiertos, no hay privacidad del todo y todo se ve tanto cuando vas al inodoro y o te bañas!!! We have stayed at this hotel three times now and I can say without hesitation that it has been simply the best...of everything. Best greeting as soon as we entered the hotel, best service checking in, best from all the staff and especially the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. We have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and have recommended it to our friends from Canada and Mexico. We will be using this as our first stop into Mexico on our way to our winter home. Kudos to all for exemplary service.

El personal de Lobby un poco ásperos con su trato. No fue cordial el explicar el tema del estacionamiento y el tiempo de espera. No fueron cordiales Poco personal en el restaurante en el desayuno. Tazas sucias y cubiertos manchados. Esperamos mucho para una taza con café.

Hotel bueno, instalaciones muy buenas, el trato de recepción malo, valet parking bueno, meseros 50 % bien 50% mal, es buena la opción de hospedaje pero algunos trabajadores hacen la estancia desagradable al atiender de mala manera o inclusive despectivos, se debería hacerles entender que el cliente es primero, ya que ellos ofertan un servicio el cual es remunerado, no solicitado gratis

El hotel una maravilla, el desayuno un FRAUDE. Te dicen que pagues el desayuno si quieres tomar algo de la barra, sino que solo te incluye café y pan o jugo. A eso la llaman desayuno ellos a un pan y un café.
