All you need to know is the rooms and facilities are CLEAN, the breakfast had plenty great options, the pool is clean and the hot tub is great. Staff are very polite, kind, and helpful. Great stay decided on one more night.

They’re currently doing renovations so I couldn’t give full stars. The staff provided friendly service. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. They also had a healthy breakfast spread. Parking was a little tight for our E350 van but that’s our only complaint

They had an all day complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate station, a really nice lounge area, a pool with a water slide and free breakfast provided. This is a great place to stay for families with kids.

The property was under construction and some of the elevators were out of order so we only had 1 elevator for the entire hotel. Expedia should note if a hotel is under construction as this always causes inconveniences for guests. It’s better to know what we are getting up front.

Great included Breakfast, free parking room was as pictured. Came specifically for the pool and waterslide. Only major compliant was the lack of towels for pool area, and no urgency of staff to refill towels. My sister and niece and nephew had to go through the hotel sopping wet and staff took over 25 minutes to replace towels after being told several times.

We chose the hotel for its family friendly features, including breakfast and a pool with a slide. Unfortunately the pool was closed for half the time we were there and the kids were really disappointed. We ended up with a room with one king bed and one sofa bed, for our family of four. The sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable- so bad that we chose to sleep on the floor. The staff were nice, and the hotel was otherwise ok, but I wouldn’t return based on my experience. It wasn’t worth the price we paid.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn-Langley for two nights on Labour Day weekend. While the prices were high, the hotel was excellent. The rooms are clean and nicely updated; and the free parking, breakfast and water slide for kids makes it great for families. It’s not too far from Vancouver or the other suburbs. There’s also a lot to do in Langley and Surrey if you want to stay closer.

We had to come to Langley every few weeks for my sons sports so tried to pick a hotel that was located in a good area and close to restaurants etc. Our stay was pretty good, breakfast was good. Only negative was we picked the same room we stayed in last time (2 weeks prior) and there was an earplug and kleenax that was on the floor under the bed..... it was still there 2 weeks later...

The staff were really great and trying so hard to make the experience a great one but for the price point there were some things that made the experience frustrating. The trains blasting their horns all night was hard to sleep through even with ear plugs. There were no towels available for the pool. People walked through the main areas soaking wet to get to their rooms. We upgraded and paid extra for a king bed and pull out couch because the "queen" beds were actually double beds. The tap in the kitchen was broken and could not be turned off. The first night we had a cold shower in the morning. The coffee makers are in the bathroom next to the toilets which is disgusting. The plug in the bathroom sink was broken and closed shut so we had to remove it to drain the sink properly. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, general maintenance stuff that needs to be addressed. Really sad for how much we paid. Overall the cleanliness was pretty good. The staff were great and were trying really hard to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend on the room facing the front main street. Pack ear plugs and extra towels.

This hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Roberta, who actually came up to my room and helped me with the heat. The room was great, very clean with LOTS of towels and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and it had good variety. I did have snack in the pub (spring rolls) and it was good - my wine glass was super clean which always makes me happy - would stay again :0)

The hotel room was dirty upon arrival. Toe nail clippings and dirty tissue was by the bed. We had issues with the tv in one room and then the next night in another. They are old and need replacing. The shower head was clogged and there was no pressure as a result. The fox and fiddle doesn’t discount breakfast fyi. Not stated anywhere just says 10 percent off We were walked in on with the do not disturb sign on. While in the bathtub. My partner developed a huge rash all over him from the pool and jacuzzi as it was very busy for spring break (lots of kids) Overall it was a bit disappointing seeing as this hotel is supposed to be very clean and we picked it hoping for the best.

Besides being dated, although the exterior is under renovation. The interior and rooms are both comfortable and clean. The only issue to note is our room face the road and the truck noise was quite loud all night

The room has been recently refurbished, and other rooms are being refurbished at this time (mid-September 2025). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Even though we faced the busy Highway 10, the room was reasonably quiet. Breakfast was provided, but we did not have it because we were meeting people for breakfast elsewhere. We will stay here next time we come to Langley.

This hotel offers great amenities like free hot breakfast and swimming pool/water slide. However, it's next to a freight train line. I heard 4 freight trains passing by, one hour each. The building trembles. Worst thing is they blew horn. If you want to sleep well or are a light sleeper, this hotel may not be for you.

Terrible check in experience, my reservation couldn’t be found. Took an hour, first woman just kept telling me I had no reservation even with a paid confirmation email! Another stepped in to help, discovered someone else was checked in under my name, will not stay here again!

Staff, facilties, ans servicds inside the hotel were awesome. Unfortunately Langley is a bit further away from Vancouver tha we anticipated, and the limited dining in the area reachable by foot (due to distance and limited sidewalks) left us a bit bummed. A ton of food delivery was available, but it is what it is. The water slide was absolutely adored by the kids. Hot tub was awesome for the adults.

Very good stay. Close to the main shopping area in Langley. Staff friendly and willing to help. Decent breakfast - good selection. Rooms comfortable. Swimming pool and slide a great addition and we used it a lot during the stay. Connected restaurant not great. Will stay there again.

Used this hotel for proximity to business I was visiting. Was fine as far as hotels go. Main areas were nice and updated, rooms were a bit dated but not bad. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the attached Fox and Fiddle pub for a couple of meals. Was a quick trip so didn't try any of the other amenities. All in all a decent experience but nothing exceptional.

No room service. No restaurant down stairs. Weekend morning breakfast was overly crowded and not properly handled by staff. Food was not properly placed and thrown around the staff as if meant for barn kettles. breakfast food was oamealte frozen, pre-boiled hard eggs, not fresh looking oranges with rotten stains. Messy waffal cooking area. o yes... wood knives, fork and spoon actually broken while eating ...so week with ineffective use. But apples were fresh...for sure.
