It was a nice stay overall, but the level of service didn’t quite feel consistent with what I would expect from a five-star hotel, especially given the price. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but I’m not sure it was worth the cost. I had also paid for an upgraded room that specifically listed an office as one of the features on the hotel’s own website. When I arrived, however, I was initially given a room without one. When I asked about it, I was told that I had been placed in the upgraded room I booked. I ultimately had to go back down to the front desk and pull up the room description on their website to show that the category I reserved specifically included an office. They eventually agreed to move me to the correct room, which I appreciated, but it felt like an unnecessary hassle, particularly at a five-star property.
