Good points - Excellent location, lovely ocean views, clean, safe friendly. Rooftop pool was nice, but be careful of sharp tiles. Breakfast was varied, though felt everything tasted just a little underwhelming in comparison with other hotels. The wait staff were also overly zealous with clearing plates sometimes standing waiting for you to finish your last mouthful before whisking your plate away. In my opinion the roof top restaurant and room Service menu wasn’t good value, so we only used once. Bad - very noisy from the road outside. We were on a middle level floor, I am not sure it would be much better even up higher. The hotel needs to improve the glazing to reduce the noise.

Great hotel, fantastic location across from beach, very walkable. Great buffet breakfast with excellent selection, very clean and always stocked. Lovely rooftop pool. Only downside to pool is no shade available. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice big rooms with good pillows and enjoyed having a balcony

This hotel is a 3 star at best. The pool water was cloudy, had far too many unsupervised kids shouting and splashing about. The lounge chairs have had their cushions removed and they are downright uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet is like a madhouse with very little organization. The area surrounding the hotel feels like a war zone. On one side is ongoing, noisy construction and on the other side lay piles of rubble. Many of the surrounding buildings are abandoned and in a poor state. Very depressing.

I stayed at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach in October with friends and loved my stay there! TMS was communicative and helpful from the time of booking. They picked us up from the airport and it was so comfortable and the driver was so sweet to protect us from the rain. Check in was great. My room was so big, clean, pretty, new, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The restaurant upstairs with the view was tasty... loved the banh xeo! I wish we stayed there longer. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great and the pool was closed. I'll definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to visit Danang again!

I will begin this review by stating upfront that the staff at this hotel was superb. The service was extremely personable, personalized and incredibly attentive. They had messaged me before I even arrived to make sure that they got everything in order and helped me arrange various plans, including organizing a birthday cake for my friend. I have stayed at many nice hotels and I have to say that the service from the staff here was among the best I’ve ever seen. I was so impressed and I just think they’re all wonderful! Thank you to the staff! With that being said, we stayed at two different rooms during my stay: city view king and sea view twin. The view from the sea view is excellent - pay a bit more and book that one. You won’t regret it. The one (major) issue I have with the hotel is the fact that it had a lingering mildew smell in both rooms. It was so bad in the city view room that I had to switch rooms at one point. This is clearly a structural issue with the building and that is a shame because if not for this issue, this hotel would be 100/100. The mildew smell was so bothersome that I would have given a much lower score except that the staff just really did an amazing job and that alone pulled up my score for this hotel significantly. Thanks again to the staff.

호텔 직원들 친절하고 한국말도 조금 할줄 알아요, 호텔은 신축으로 보였고, 청소상태는 한국 기준에는 조금 미흡합니다. 화장실 구석 구석, 싱크대 청소는 조금 덜 됩니다. 하지만 조식이 맛있었고, 저녁 식사도 바에서 해봤는데, 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 수영장은 좁아서 사용안했어요. 미케 비치 바로 앞이라 위치는 좋습니다. 하지만 주변에 식당이나 마사지 샵은 차를 타야 합니다. 가격대비 훌륭한 숙소인건 인정합니다. 오션뷰 높은 층을 배정 받아서 행복했어요. 다음에 재방문 하고 싶어요. 방청소만 더 깨끗했다면 100점입니다.

Decent hotel. Sound proofing is bad though and not recommended for light sleepers as you can hear the noise and the music from the club at the beach. Service wise is overall good but an incident with the hotel left a bad taste in the tongue. Hotel does not deliver on it's promise on what was communicated during check in. Good location which is near the beach and massage area.

TMS Hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and very clean. We had a balcony with partial views of ocean and city. Great location across from beach. The best part is the breakfast buffet. One of the best we have ever had. A very large variety. Only downside was the WiFi was very weak in our room.

We were treated like royalty upon arrival. The hotel is located in a great area right across from the beach and surrounded by wonderful dining options. Our room was impeccable with a clean bathroom, a giant comfortable bed and a great view of the city from our balcony. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of international and local dishes with a wonderful view of the beach. In all, we enjoyed our stay in the wonderful hotel.

TMS hotel right across from the beach near My Khe beach. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We booked a premier suite, 1 king bed, balcony with city view room. When we arrived, it also had beach views - Win win! I think this was a 'fluke' as the there is a vacant lot that allows for this at present. I would like to mention that the bed mattress was very 'hard', like sleeping on a plank of wood. At the rear of TMS their is a lot of construction going on which created a lot of noise, sometimes til 11 pm at night which was kind of annoying, but it is what it is. Lovely roof top infinity pool and restaurant. I've found with all roof top pools in Vietnam gives you limited 'loungers' and space for around the pool. But great views and dinning area. Shops and eating places walkable. Caught a 'grab' to dragon bridge and markets (too far to walk in my opinion). This accommodation also requires took a 2M VND hold on credit card despite everything being pre paid. This took around 4-5 days to be reversed off my card. If you are wanting to stay near the beach, this is the perfect location. The hotel was clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Despite some minor negatives, I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the pleasant stay TMS.

I stayed two nights while attending a friend’s wedding and would certainly stay again. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly—too notch service! The hotel is centrally located and right across the street from a beautiful beach. It also has a rooftop infinity pool and bar with a great view of the beach. Room was clean and BIG. My only complaint would be the air conditioning. There’s a thermostat in the room but it doesn’t work and there’s no notice about it. I woke up both nights sweating, and only figured out on my last morning that every time I lowered the temperature, it automatically snapped back to 23 degrees. Called reception and was told only they could make the change. This should have been made clear at check-in.

We had a 10/10 experience at the TMS hotel. It all started with VAN THONG the front office supervisor. He was absolutely amazing and helped us out have the best accommodation possible. Hotel staff was very welcoming when we checked in. We got welcome flowers and drinks while waiting for our room during check-in. The hotel is located right across from the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean, they had an infinity pool and rooftop bar. Hotel was able to help coordinate a private driver for a daytrip tour we wanted and got that arranged very quickly with getting back to me the rate for thr request. Lots of great restaurants and cafe options around that is walkable.

Very good service and nice friendly staff! Very good check-in and check-out experience! We enjoy the stay very much! After check-out, we can still borrow the towel and umbrella to fool around at the My Khe beach. Many thanks to the staffs! The only suggestion is that the shower button is not fastened, sometimes would be frightened by the unexpected water from the overhead facet. But it is not a big deal! Sure to revisit TMS again!

TMS Hotel Danang Beach is a gem! Spent 6 nights here and it was the perfect relaxing getaway. Location: Unbeatable—directly opposite the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang and Hoi An. The staff provided good customer service and were very helpful. However, my room faced ongoing construction, and the insulation wasn’t strong enough to block out noise from the hallways and the room above. Room was okay: spacious but the handheld shower head broke into two pieces as soon as we picked it up and the temperature fluctuated despite the thermostat being set on freezing, so it was too warm for sleeping. Not enough vegan options at breakfast so we skipped it some days, even though it was included. Rooftop cocktails weren’t great but reasonably priced during happy hour.

This was an amazing hotel. 10/10 across the board. Breakfast buffet best selection and taste. Staff was the sweetest and booked my car service, my day trip to sun world. Beach is literally across the street. The hotel did a fireworks show it had the whole city watching. The dragon bridge is about a 10 minutes ride in a grab but because it such a big deal it will take you 25 mins to get there. You can see the dragons butt from the bar. The room service 10/10. We did a 4 course dinner from the restaurant and that was a 10/10. I have a lot of food allergies (seafood, eggs, flour, wheat, seeds and more) the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything I ate was not cross contamination. 10/10. Room 10/10 Spa service 10/10, I went 3 days in a row. When I travel around the world I will definitely be looking to see if this hotel is available in that country. This hotel is perfect for any type of traveler and one on the biggest room I’ve seen and I visited 6 cities.

Family room was a decent size but sharing one bathroom Amongst four people was a bit of a hassle. Next time I would reserve two separate rooms for the same price which would have two bathrooms. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was tasty. I would not recommend getting half board as the set menu was not worth the price, especially when drinks are an extra cost and pricy being at a hotel. Outside restaurants were much more affordable and of course, have a greater selection of food.
