TV was broken and could not locate a night manger for solution. hot tub had a smell to it. lots of people congregating in the parking lot near our car created an unsafe feeling. watching tires being taken off of one car and put on another was entertaining though.

This place is perfect for pets! Definitely ask for a pet room if you have pets, the rooms open directly onto a huge lawn in the back of the hotel. This was so easy and convenient for letting dogs out to potty late at night and early in the morning. The hotel was decently clean. It’s an older place, but the beds are firm, supportive, and comfortable, the linens are clean, and the blackout curtains are nice and dark. The rooms are also very quiet. Breakfast is good, I would recommend the gravy stuffed biscuits. The hot tub is running but they had the pool closed down during my stay. Overall, not a fancy place, but our room was large and we were very comfortable staying there for a family trip with our two dogs.

Terrible stay the room had no hot water the tv didn't work. The pool was empty as well as the hot tub no breakfast other than what was provided by the front desk. Only positive was the bed was comfortable and the room was big. However 10/10 don't recommend staying here.

An average roadside stay. The property could use a renovation - or at least new carpets, but the rooms are spaciious. Billed as pet-friendly, but please let them know early directly as it seems notes don't make it to them. There is a large back lawn area for exceecising dogs which is nice!

This was definitely not what i expected. We couldnt get into our room because it was deadbolted from the inside. There was a weird smell in the room. The pool was empty. The free breakfast had to be ordered before hand and you have a choice of 4 items. I could go on but i won't....

Pool and whirlpool closed for season due to remodeling. Lobby relocated into a different building on site due to remodeling. Hot breakfast was a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, actually pretty good. Room was huge, king bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was nice. Never found the light switch for the bathroom vanity lighting. Room is very dated, tv is quite small, exterior stairs to 2nd floor. If you want a relative bargain and want to walk a block down the street for pizza or McDonalds, it’s fine.

The room was disgusting. The carpet and stains on the furniture was horrible .The perfume smell in the room was trying to cover other smells. Was told there was breakfast at check in and coffee wasn’t available until almost 8am and there wasn’t anything for breakfast. Would never stay here again and would warn others not to stay there if at all possible.

This hotel was disgusting. The smell in the hallway wanted to make me puke and the smell in the room was just as bad. The poor kid working the desk was nice as can be but the place is so rundown and not taken care of. Do not book this pay more to stay somewhere else. We couldn’t even stay we left.

The staff was nice, but when we arrived they gave us a room that had not been properly cleaned. The staff was helpful in getting a replacement room, but the replacement room had stains everywhere and a chemical smell that was unbearable. We ended up finding another place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The Executive Room has a huge common living space with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The bonus room has a double/full bed and the room has a door for privacy. The shower has a high placed shower head, very nice if you’re over 6 foot. The pool isn’t working, however the hot tub & fitness room is very nice! The front staff goes above and beyond! Breakfast is a preorder selection of “grab and go” breakfast sandwiches, juice, pastries, fruit - quite adequate and great for a driving morning. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Staff was very nice, and rooms have a lot of space, it's just very worn and dated. Wifi didn't work at all -- major demerit for that, hard to plan next day without wifi. AC was also so old it didn't cool at all, so room was pretty hot. Shower and bathroom were fine (roomy again) and bed and pillows were clean and nice enough. Lamps didn't work because they hadn't been maintained and didn't want to touch carpet. Room rate was very good, but swear this place used to be nicer.

Last min booking only because nothing else was available - Because it was 4th of July the cost was exceptionally high - big rooms but the AC was not effective at all - Old and dirty carpet - Everything in the room was of dinosaur era - wont recommend unless this is your last resort

This place looks worn and is dated, but it actually was a decent place for us to stay. The room was much bigger than expected with a couch in which there was plenty of walking space between it and the bed. The room came with a refrigerator and microwave. My 23-year old nephew got a kick out of the phone/AM-FM radio, which he had never experienced first hand -- it's his era's reactions to these throwback items to the 70s/80s that make a person feel old. The hot tub and pool are out of commission, but the staff members are very pleasant. I want to do a call out to the 2 morning receptionist personnel who helped me find the owner of a lost dog that was wandering in the hotel's parking lot. Also highly recommend the Mexican restaurant that shares the same parking lot as the motel.

In a room equipped with 2 queen beds, we were charged an extra $10.00 for a 3rd person. Mind you there were no extra accommodations made, no extra towels or extra cleaning etc. The only "extra" was a breakfast that included a Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich and a juice box. It's not like we were packing in more people than the room could handle. The pool wasn't even open. The tv was older and had poor resolution. We could not find a channel guide in the room. Other than that, because it was an older hotel, our room was quite spacious and modestly kept up. there was a fridge and microwave which was nice, but not uncommon these days and in this price point. The room was dark with very little lighting, but did have a large window for light during the day time. I'm guessing this was a really nice place to stay back in the day. It seems like hotel owners put in the least amount of effort and expense to just barely squeak by. This could be a very nice hotel with some investment.

The location is good, on our way to Black Canyon National Park. The most surprising thing is that they offer on-the go breakfast, which was not listed in the amenities list. Better, the breakfast gives choices. We chose hot egg, sausage, biscuit, and yogurt. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I like to stay at this motel. This time I brought a friend. Our initial room: non-functioning toilet, loud squeal if water left on and would not flush without water poured in (we used the trash cans). Garbage not taken out from prev use, dirty, needed light bulbs 3/8 bulbs. after one night we moved. the second room was better, but the building and lack of building security was still unsavory. The stop in the tub did not work. We loved the staff, they were good people and easy to work with, and responsive to our needs. Thank you!

Because of renovations there was some dust and the rooms were musty until we turned on the AC. It was 90° out.

They are in the process of upgrading the property and it is looking very good. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly and theywere able to swap it out for a quieter one. Breakfasts were take and go and a good variety of options were offered. Will definitely stay here again.

Dead bolt and chain added to door from parking lot for needed "added security", but entrance to interior hallway has no security. Hall rug filthy. Floors creak badly. Run down condition prevented restful sleep. "Free breakfast", but no common place to eat it and no buffet. Must "order" breakfast. Guy at front desk said we could eat it "anywhere we wanted, our room or even in the road.) Pictures online are misleading - except for the roll in shower that prompted us to pick this disaster. Would be willing to bet that many comments from other patrons are either phony or come from upgraded rooms. Wouldn't stay in this room again even if THEY PAID ME $125/night rather than vice versa.

Used to be a very nice place to stay. New ownership/management doesn't seem to care. No working ice machine. No vending or breakfast offered anymore. Used to have a wonderful breakfast and good amenities.
