The Falcon Inn

Parking fine. Very old hotel so be aware the stairs are a bit steep and it is very quaint. Room I had was very spacious. It was tidy and clean but reflects its age which for me was fine. Breakfast was plentiful. Very near centre of Whittlesey so handy for shops. Staff lovely and helpful. It has ghosts if you like the paranormal.

Room was clean but basic en-suite was a bit small for a 6.3 man, parking was good

Couple of issues we’re sorted quickly by the lovely staff 👌

Staff were friendly & courteous, amenities were good. The only issue was the room was looking very tired & needed updated/decorated & repairs made as soon as possible as there were big stains on the carpets in the corridor, a hole in the window frame where you you could see through to the outside. There were also water stains on the ceiling and the wallpaper on the ceiling was also coming away. The beg & bedding & the bathroom were very clean. Even with the above issues we would still stay at the Falcon again as we have not been put off.

Found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was especially good. The bedroom would benefit from some tlc although as Falcon has new owners we appreciate they must have a lot on right now, especially at this time of year.
