Hotel was beautiful, spacious rooms, smelled amazing. Friendly staff, prime location to visit Alhambra. Unfortunately the shower drain overflowed so badly we needed about 10 towels to mop it all up immediately, staff was nice about it. The shower wall fixture was loose and the toilet flush only worked on one setting, seems maintenance is needed. They also said they would prepare a takeaway breakfast to go and didn’t, the morning staff was checking on it but it was too late and we had to leave. Other than that, wonderful stay, quadruple room was lovely.

Great location, and the staff were very welcoming

This hotel is just fantastic. I in particular was impressed and appreciated the professionalism and standard of service provided by the stellar hotel staff. The room was gorgeous and comfortable, I felt the value and condition of the room and amenities were the best of my two week trip. I sat on the roof terrace by the pool, used the sauna, and got a massage. It was so good I extended my stay an extra day. The hotel sits on top of a steep hill, but using the public bus that stops right outside the hotel, getting into the city center and back was quick and not too strenuous.
