The soap gave my wife a wicked allergic reaction for days after she took a bath. The jacuzzi and gym had awful hours and when we changed our travel plans to enjoy it, the jacuzzi didn't work. The sheets were made of the most uncomfortable plastic. The wifi was turned off on the last day. And there was a random blackout without notice. El jabón le provocó a mi esposa una reacción alérgica perversa durante días después de bañarse. El jacuzzi y el gimnasio tenían horarios horribles y cuando cambiamos nuestros planes de viaje para disfrutarlo, el jacuzzi no funcionaba. Las sábanas estaban hechas del plástico más incómodo. El wifi se cortó el último día. Y hubo un apagón aleatorio sin previo aviso.

We enjoyed this property, but we didn't! Yes that is a stupid statement, but it completely describes this property. Awesome location, but because of the location, it's so noisy! I think every single bus is routed to go right by this property. And since this property is on the corner, when they stop at the light you either hear the diesel engine or the air brakes. Never mind all the ambulances! They advertise multiple languages, nope only one, Spanish! Security is awesome and very friendly. So happy that they had laundry facilities, but they don't sell the coins for them! You have to wait till the business across the street opens to buy them. It has a mini fridge in the unit, but you couldn't put anything in the freezer because it was completely iced up! In order to take a hot shower you have to turn the water on for about 5 minutes before it'll get hot. So would I stay here again, probably not, but if I had to I would. Now you might understand my first statement at the beginning of this review.

O edifício tem porteiro 24 h e elevador. O quarto em que fiquei tinha fogão elétrico, microondas, geladeira, torradeira e cafeteira, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A cama kingsize e a banheira com chuveiro também são ótimas. Pontos de manutenção: a porta de correr que dá para a sacada não tranca, e a válvula da caixa acoplada precisa ser pressionada de novo após a descarga, senão a caixa não enche.
O edifício tem porteiro 24 h e elevador. O quarto em que fiquei tinha fogão elétrico, microondas, geladeira, torradeira e cafeteira, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A cama kingsize e a banheira com chuveiro também são ótimas. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de estación de 2 lineas de metro. En departamento esta nuevo, mejor incluso que en las fotos. Limpio y cómodo, amplio y buena vista. Un par de puntos a mejorar (son solo detalles): 1. Mejorar el menaje de cocina, podrían tener algo mas completo si alguien piensa cocinar, si no, tiene lo suficiente. 2. asegúrense de pedir el WhatsApp del administrador, porque si necesitan algo, el guardia no sabe donde esta parado. Lo malo: el agua caliente de la ducha, es toda una odisea llegar a poner a punto el agua, o sale muy caliente o muy fría, hay un tema con las bombas. Salvo este punto, lo demás esta muy bien

Atendimento ruim, chegamos e logo de cara um porteiro nos atendeu de forma muito grosseira. A água do chuveiro leva muito tempo para esquentar , e a água sai com poquissima vazão e esquenta muito , impossível de tomar banho, estava 0°, ar-condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava , passamos muito frio, internet só funciona bem na sala. Limpeza muito superficial. Vale a localização , Só.

Excelente custo-benefício, localização excelente, próximo de vários pontos importantes - incluindo o metrô. Limpeza adequada, funcionários prestativos. Gostei muito do chuveiro. Na próxima viagem, certamente irei considerar novamente. A tampa do vaso estava solta, mas não chegou a comprometer a utilização. Senti falta de ducha higiênica, mas possivelmente o vaso extra é algo cultural deles. Não utilizei a cozinha, mas é excelente ter a oportunidade de fazer algo rápido, tendo disponível cafeteira, microondas, fogão e utensílios de cozinha.

Great location right on a main street and a 2 minute walk to the subway. There are also a dozen or more bus stops on the streets right outside the buidling. The property is in adequate shape overall. Some of the ammenities are aging, but they do have a cleaning staff that came and cleaned my apartment every few days for the month that I stayed. I would stay here again.

Clean, quiet. Had the whole 13th floor to myself. Great wraparound balcony. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Area is safe and very walkable. 20 minutes to Recoleta cemetery. 20 minutes to microcentro. Would stay again and would recommend.

El edificio se ve muy bien, no está en una zona muy estratégica para el turista extranjero. El apartamento que me tocó y da a la calle y no se ve mal, no funcionaba el wifi y es muy ruidoso por estar en una esquina de una Av importante, se sienten los buses y autos todo el tiempo, pienso que se podría resolver si tuviera aberturas más herméticas para el ruido. La cama es excelente, buena ropa de cama, no es flexible el checkout.
El edificio se ve muy bien, no está en una zona muy estratégica para el turista extranjero. El apartamento que me tocó y da a la calle y no se ve mal, no funcionaba el wifi y es muy ruidoso por estar en una esquina de una Av importante, se sienten los buses y autos todo el tiempo, pienso que se podría resolver si tuviera aberturas más herméticas para el ruido. We enjoyed this property, but we didn't! Yes that is a stupid statement, but it completely describes this property. Awesome location, but because of the location, it's so noisy! I think every single bus is routed to go right by this property. And since this property is on the corner, when they stop at the light you either hear the diesel engine or the air brakes. Never mind all the ambulances! They advertise multiple languages, nope only one, Spanish! Security is awesome and very friendly. So happy that they had laundry facilities, but they don't sell the coins for them! You have to wait till the business across the street opens to buy them. It has a mini fridge in the unit, but you couldn't put anything in the freezer because it was completely iced up! In order to take a hot shower you have to turn the water on for about 5 minutes before it'll get hot. So would I stay here again, probably not, but if I had to I would. Now you might understand my first statement at the beginning of this review.

Atendimento ruim, chegamos e logo de cara um porteiro nos atendeu de forma muito grosseira. A água do chuveiro leva muito tempo para esquentar , e a água sai com poquissima vazão e esquenta muito , impossível de tomar banho, estava 0°, ar-condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava , passamos muito frio, internet só funciona bem na sala. Limpeza muito superficial. Vale a localização , Só.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Christian Castillo, the receptionist/manager, was very helpful and kind. The room was pretty big, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for us: near many restaurants, one block from the subway, and very safe. We definitely would consider to stay at this hotel again.

Great value place. It’s a serviced apart hotel so they have security, front desk, cleaning service, a small gym. We were very satisfied with the place based on the price.

El edificio se ve muy bien, no está en una zona muy estratégica para el turista extranjero. El apartamento que me tocó y da a la calle y no se ve mal, no funcionaba el wifi y es muy ruidoso por estar en una esquina de una Av importante, se sienten los buses y autos todo el tiempo, pienso que se podría resolver si tuviera aberturas más herméticas para el ruido. La cama es excelente, buena ropa de cama, no es flexible el checkout.
El edificio se ve muy bien, no está en una zona muy estratégica para el turista extranjero. Amazing central location close to Callao subway station, major sights, and restaurants. There is 24/7 security - it felt very safe. Room has everything you need. Excellent value for money in Buenos Aires, highly recommend.

Great location right on a main street and a 2 minute walk to the subway. There are also a dozen or more bus stops on the streets right outside the buidling. The property is in adequate shape overall. Some of the ammenities are aging, but they do have a cleaning staff that came and cleaned my apartment every few days for the month that I stayed. I would stay here again.

This was an odd but, overall, pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. However, it doesnt seem like the rooms amenities are a priority. The first room we stayed in had a broken stove, and we had planned to cook some of our stay. The bathroom door also required you to lock it to keep it closed. Then I took a bath one evening, and when i let the water drain, it backed up through the drain on the floor. We got our room switched, which was done easily by the accomodating staff, to get a stove that worked. The room came with different issues, but the stove worked. The matress didn't have a cover or a fitted sheet...they simply wrapped a flat sheet over it. Anyway...overall it was a nice area and a decent hotel.

There were a few minor problems with the room when we checked in. The staff quickly responded and fixed all. The location is good for getting to all parts of the city and many of the attractions are within walking distance. The street noise can be loud at times but quiets down at night.
