The staff is great! They were able to address our questions. They helped us find our way around. They assisted us on getting good prices on shows. They also assisted us in getting taxi services to the terminal.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:40p and was told by the lady receptionist to hold on. She helped an older lady get checked in and handed her keys. Then the receptionist did a translation on her phone and said that our room would be ready at 2p since that was check in time. Fair enough. She let us store our bags. As we were walking out there was 2 ladies walking in. We got back at 140p and told the receptionist we would wait. The same 2 ladies we saw walking out returned and sat for a moment. The lady receptionist had the maintenance guy call the ladies. They got keys and went to their room. I asked the receptionist what was the problem? She said it’ll be just a few minutes more. The maintenance guy brought our bags out and just left them in the lobby area across from us. A gentleman walked in. Got his keys and went to his room. I advised the receptionist we had dinner plans and needed to shower and get ready. By now it’s 220p, 20mins after check in time. She said she can get another room. She gave us ONE queen bed for my friend and I. We got ready and when we were leaving I realized we had NO keys. The receptionist said it’ll be ready in a few minutes. They were having technical difficulties. We went to dinner and when we got back we met RUBEN. He was so nice to us. He gave us our key and gave us directions to surrounding things to do. Other than Ruben…this is the worst experience I’ve had. Hopefully the last.

Basic hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff. Ruben made us feel at home. Perfect location near Teatro Colón. most attractions were walking distance and/or very affordable Uber trips.
