Beautiful resort with old world charm. Lovely and helpful staff. Nice pool. Amazing views. Very relaxing stay at the of long European holiday. Just be mindful that they do cater to weddings and large groups so at some times the hotel can be bustling with these groups .

Flot område men ligger lidt øde , værelser er meget gamle og slidte vores værelse lå 1 km væk fra hotellet i en lille by der var god service med gratis bil til og fra hotellet Morgen mad var rigtig god men kan ikke anbefale at spise på hotellet til aften , dårlig kvalitet og service Stedet virker megt gammelt og slidt

We’ve stayed here on many occasions and each time we return it improves. Our room was one of the Borgo apartments, it was spacious and clean with a small fridge, microwave and a cooking hob. We dined out most nights, there are several restaurants all within close proximity offering classic Italian dining. The staff at the hotel were efficient and very helpful offering excellent customer service - thankfully speaking very good English. The parking facilities were good both by the apartments and the hotel - although we didn’t use the car very much as it’s a lovely walk from the village to the hotel. Will definitely be back!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal, super Ausblick rundum für schöne Spaziergänge mitten in der Toskana, sehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück, eine super Pool Anlage. Einziges Negative wir hatten eine zwischen Tür im Zimmer dadurch hat man alles im Nachbar Zimmer verstanden. Ps. Jeder Zeit wieder

Notre chambre, bien que désuète était confortable, avec une bonne literie large, calme, propre et munie d’une salle de bain, telle qu’on est en droit d’attendre. TOP. Nous étions situé dans le village (ce n’est pas le cas de toutes les chambres) . L’excellent petit déjeuner et l’accès à la grande piscine se fait dans une annexe proche du château à 300 mètre du village. Ça se fait à pieds où vous pouvez solliciter un service de navette autant que vous voulez. Les prestations générales sont franchement très correctes. Il y a beaucoup de place ce qui fait que on peut trouver le calme dans le grand jardin proche de la piscine. Les moins : il n’y a rien aux alentours, du coup on est un peu dans l’écosystème un peu cher de l’établissement. À part quelques restaurants dont certains sont à bannir et d’autres à recommander, ça manque de vie. La propreté du village laisse à désirer, surtout les abords des 300 mètres à faire, lesquels sont pleins de détritus. dommage !

Nice quiet relaxing location. Beautiful scenery. The only downside was that the spa included in price was booked all the time and reservations was required, limit to 6 people at a time for two hours. We were there for two nights and was able to go once to the spa due to a cancellation, would have been nice to experience it daily especially when traveled with kids and needed much time to relax with my husband. Restaurants around the area were overbooked especially at lunch time which was annoying since we had to walk to many asking if they have availability… The one restaurant that was open and available all time, the food wasn’t all that good. Otherwise we did enjoy it and kids loved the pools.

A lovely little village with amazing views and great hospitality. Two pools, one at the village side and one at the hotel itself. Our stay at the lodge was great, had a wonderful time there with the kids.

Una ubicación muy cómoda y buenos servicios. Lamentablemente los horarios del SPA y la piscina no son compatibles con los horarios de viaje. Empiezan tarde y termina MUY temprano. El desayuno es excelente!! El restaurante también y el vino un valor agregado. Restaurantes en la zona buenos, aunque el mejor servicio en el hotel. Vistas y comodidad de primera. Solo le falta mayor capacidad al aire acondicionado en estos veranos cada vez más calientes.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms in the village are fresh and clean. The walk to the hotel was pleasant and looking at the views are stunning. The staff are all professional and curtious. The location and the grounds is what will bring us back. The rooms are more than outdated. We understand the need to maintain a level or originality but that can be achieved whilst keeping it clean and updating bathrooms and furniture. The sofas were extremely filthy with stains and odor. The beds were incredibly hard, 3 days was barely doable. That said: Don’t let my honest review detract you from coming here. My reasoning for leaving this review is in hopes management will come across it and empower somebody to make some much needed improvements. Truth be told, our stay at Tenuta Di Artimino was the perfect way to cap off our tour of Italy.

Excellent option. Only some issues with the room service. We were three in each of the rooms and there was no chance to make the personnel that prepared/cleaned the rooms to understand they needed to give un plates and cups for three people. Also had to ask for toillet paper. On the contrary the personnel at the breakfast area was absolutelly great. In particular Mrs Tyss, she was really kind and attentive.

What a gorgeous place. Staying there is an experience in itself. The staff were incredible, the room was gorgeous and very clean, the spa was extremely relaxing, the wine tasting experience was so fun (Matteo was very knowledgeable) and the dinner was superb. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Property is seton a old olive farm with a small old town,very pretty and clean.the staff is very helpful and friendly not much to do around there and it is very costly to hire taxi to do wine testing in other areas, the food at their restaurants needs to improve, overall I give them a 3.5 stars

Es un hotel muy grande Algunos alojamientos están separados Estaba bien equipado No te dan el de la foto Tiene una piscina fantástica y restaurante Existen restaurantes cercanos pero no tiendas Vistas bonitas Sitio tranquilo Un dia no limpiaron Han sido amables. El precio un poco caro.

It is a beautiful and true Tuscany villa experience. There is a small village within walking distance with magnificent views and charming. The drive there is very windy and difficult, so be prepared, but it is well worth it. There was a horrible smell at our villa (probably the AC). They changed us to a different room the next day. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Have you ever felt split in two? But your heart says yes. The location and environment were absolutely amazing... I'm at a loss for words. The view was breathtaking, with stunning scenery that made every moment feel magical. Whether we were strolling through the picturesque surroundings or simply soaking in the atmosphere, the beauty of the place was truly unparalleled. But the room... it was claustrophobic, dark, and so noisy that it felt like we were sharing the space with others. We had rooms above us and on both sides, and we heard everything—a baby crying, a couple arguing in the middle of the night, and every time someone left or entered their room. I’m sure they have a lot to say about us as well, of course. So, if you are a light sleeper, it might be good to either mention it in advance or bring earplugs with you. I did neither. However, the personnel were amazing. They surprised us with a bottle of prosecco after we mentioned how we felt about the situation. I know it won't change the thin walls, but it certainly made us forgive them and forget. Special mention to the pool staff and the porter, who did everything they could and even more. Have you ever felt split in two? But your heart says yes. The location and environment were absolutely amazing... I'm at a loss for words. The view was breathtaking, with stunning scenery that made every moment feel magical. Whether we were strolling through the picturesque surroundings or simply soaking in the atmosphere, the beauty of the place was truly unparalleled. But the room... it was claustrophobic, dark, and so noisy that it felt like we were sharing the space with others. We had rooms above us and on both sides, and we heard everything—a baby crying, a couple arguing in the middle of the night, and every time someone left or entered their room. I’m sure they have a lot to say about us as well, of course. So, if you are a light sleeper, it might be good to either mention it in advance or bring earplugs with you. I did neither. However, the personnel were amazing. They surprised us with a bottle of prosecco after we mentioned how we felt about the situation. I know it won't change the thin walls, but it certainly made us forgive them and forget. Special mention to the pool staff and the porter, who did everything they could and even more. Notre chambre, bien que désuète était confortable, avec une bonne literie large, calme, propre et munie d’une salle de bain, telle qu’on est en droit d’attendre. TOP. Nous étions situé dans le village (ce n’est pas le cas de toutes les chambres) . L’excellent petit déjeuner et l’accès à la grande piscine se fait dans une annexe proche du château à 300 mètre du village. Ça se fait à pieds où vous pouvez solliciter un service de navette autant que vous voulez. Les prestations générales sont franchement très correctes. Il y a beaucoup de place ce qui fait que on peut trouver le calme dans le grand jardin proche de la piscine. Les moins : il n’y a rien aux alentours, du coup on est un peu dans l’écosystème un peu cher de l’établissement. Beautiful location on top of a hill in Tuscany. Staff was very accommodating. Sadly the room we were given was much smaller than the booking websites suggested and they didn’t have any other options in the same price range. The experience itself would likely be much better for families but us as a couple it didn’t feel very authentic and very much like a generic luxury resort that just happened to be in Tuscany. The food was expensive for the quality and the village where most of the rooms are doesn’t feel genuine since most of properties seem to be part of this hotel. The restaurant options are limited and clearly tailored around the half board experience which we’re not massive fans of. Maybe if we’d done more research we would’ve known. Overall I can’t fault it as a hotel experience but as a authentic Tuscan on it falls short and we wouldn’t go again.

We spoke to the Manager and he assured would speak to Expedia and figure something out. We expected some consideration and adjustment of the price for the first night as €372 for a room that in two days was around €60 was a rip off. I am very dissapointed with Expedia as my trusted agency and being a Platinum member and the Manager of this hotel that did not do anything regarding the fair discount we asked for the first night Which was a terrible Experience between the cramped space and all that noise.

Beautiful hotel, with convenient to village. Restaurant in village best ravioli of our entire 12 days trip. Villa was lovely, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend. Though our villas was not walkable to the main hotel, it was peaceful and restful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We’ve stayed here on many occasions and each time we return it improves. Our room was one of the Borgo apartments, it was spacious and clean with a small fridge, microwave and a cooking hob. We dined out most nights, there are several restaurants all within close proximity offering classic Italian dining. The staff at the hotel were efficient and very helpful offering excellent customer service - thankfully speaking very good English. The parking facilities were good both by the apartments and the hotel - although we didn’t use the car very much as it’s a lovely walk from the village to the hotel. Will definitely be back!

What a gorgeous place. Staying there is an experience in itself. The staff were incredible, the room was gorgeous and very clean, the spa was extremely relaxing, the wine tasting experience was so fun (Matteo was very knowledgeable) and the dinner was superb. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Der Ort und die Hotelanlage sind sehr besonders im positiven Sinne. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht immer gut organisiert. Insbesondere beim Frühstück zu späteren Zeiten, kurz vor Schluss, hatte man weder das Buffet noch die Tischverteilung und auch die Versorgung mit Kaffee nicht mehr im Griff. Aber das ist nebensächlich, der ganze Ort ist besonders und erwacht Abends zum Leben.

This was a beautiful and relaxing stay at the tail end of our Italy trip. The property is breathtaking. Breakfast at La Cantina del Redi was delicious. Wonderful coffee and fresh, well prepared food. The only major suggestion for improvement is to improve the quality and craft of the main hotel restaurant. Service was impeccable.

It is a beautiful and true Tuscany villa experience. There is a small village within walking distance with magnificent views and charming. The drive there is very windy and difficult, so be prepared, but it is well worth it. There was a horrible smell at our villa (probably the AC). They changed us to a different room the next day. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Property is seton a old olive farm with a small old town,very pretty and clean.the staff is very helpful and friendly not much to do around there and it is very costly to hire taxi to do wine testing in other areas, the food at their restaurants needs to improve, overall I give them a 3.5 stars

Foi muito legal, rodamos a Toscana toda de carro e este foi o hotel com a melhor localização, ou seja central. De lá para qualquer cidade a distância é bem tranquila . Quando voltar ficaremos nele novamente, ficamos três dias, da próxima ficaremos praticamente todo o tempo que ficarmos na Toscana. Muito bom!

The only downside is the hotel only has 2 restaurants that offer diner and they alternate on which night they are opened, you also need reservations in advance and even then tables with a view are not guaranteed.

Nice quiet relaxing location. Beautiful scenery. The only downside was that the spa included in price was booked all the time and reservations was required, limit to 6 people at a time for two hours. We were there for two nights and was able to go once to the spa due to a cancellation, would have been nice to experience it daily especially when traveled with kids and needed much time to relax with my husband. Restaurants around the area were overbooked especially at lunch time which was annoying since we had to walk to many asking if they have availability… The one restaurant that was open and available all time, the food wasn’t all that good. Otherwise we did enjoy it and kids loved the pools.

The restaurant options are limited and clearly tailored around the half board experience which we’re not massive fans of. Maybe if we’d done more research we would’ve known. Overall I can’t fault it as a hotel experience but as a authentic Tuscan on it falls short and we wouldn’t go again.

We stayed in a villa a little bit down the hill. It was quaint and comfortable. We enjoyed the olive trees and the overall placement of the Villa de Medici. I would recommend this as a getaway for you alone or to take a group of friends or family. The food is excellent. The staff is wonderful and I would stay here again on my next trip to Italy.

This was a beautiful and relaxing stay at the tail end of our Italy trip. The property is breathtaking. Breakfast at La Cantina del Redi was delicious. Wonderful coffee and fresh, well prepared food. The only major suggestion for improvement is to improve the quality and craft of the main hotel restaurant. Service was impeccable.

Una ubicación muy cómoda y buenos servicios. Lamentablemente los horarios del SPA y la piscina no son compatibles con los horarios de viaje. Empiezan tarde y termina MUY temprano. El desayuno es excelente!! El restaurante también y el vino un valor agregado. Restaurantes en la zona buenos, aunque el mejor servicio en el hotel. Vistas y comodidad de primera. Solo le falta mayor capacidad al aire acondicionado en estos veranos cada vez más calientes.

Property is beautiful everywhere you turn, straight out of a movie! Hotel is located at the top of a mountain and you get to over see the vineyards and cities., absolutely beautiful views. The only downside is the hotel only has 2 restaurants that offer diner and they alternate on which night they are opened, you also need reservations in advance and even then tables with a view are not guaranteed.
