Nice propery in a stunning woodland setting with lots of wild life around. Easy access into Auchterarder itself also, very close to gleneagles hotel and facilities which we used. We didn't use any the restaurant for dinner or breakfast as past experience was not good. Pool facilities are very small and in desperate need for upgrading. Used the beautician who was fantastic. All round it was a pleasant stay.

Best kept secret, up a narrow road. If getting away from it all is your thing, this country estate hotel & lodges is perfect. Having said that, it’s only 7-8 mins away by taxi from Gleneagles Hotel. Our hotel room (one of only 9), was well appointed. No air conditioning but there was a fan. Nice pool and gym. Good breakfast. The lodges look lovely and we will definitely be back to stay in one.

2 night stay in the hotel was excellent! Great hairdryer, mini fridge with complimentary water and shortbread, soft robes and slippers, ironing board, fan and extra heater. Leisure centre was lovely and only a short walk from the hotel, with a lovely pond and outdoor seating too. The whisky bar/gatehouse bar had a great selection of drinks and food was excellent (you can also order this to your room which came super fast) Anna at reception was extremely friendly and helpful Great location for nearby towns/cities and lots of walking spots

Fun relaxing 1 night stay in a 3 bedroom cottage. Leasure complex good with all you would expect and need for a family. I took the breakfast included option, which was a lovely cooked breakfast, etc. buffet and the kids loved the pancake making machine. The staff all very friendly and helpfull. Will hope to be back one day for a slightly longer stay. Loved the added bonus that you can us the lesuire complex for the rest of the day after you check out, plus the use of the free towels. Only thing is parking is a little bit of a premium next to your cottage, if you turn up later and there are is no electric chargers.

Stayed in a lodge and it was amazing, really clean and everything you could possibly want. Nobody was overlooking us and it was peaceful to look out in the countryside. Only downside was the pool was closed for one morning because of too much chlorine. I would still recommend and would love to return.

Perfect stay if looking for an escape & relaxation. Beautiful location & lodges spacious, spotless & everything you need for a break away. Restaurant & bar serve delicious food. Pool & spa great & staff in resort friendly & attentive. Would recommend & will certainly return.

Likes - staff. Dislikes - bar looked run down needs reupholstered. Chair fabric ripped. Looks like it needs a good deep clean. Tables scratched badly. Lodge 701 Took over 24 hours to heat up, tiny electric heaters on full. Maintenance team very helpful but did admit it will take 24 hours to heat up no matter what lodge we use. Had to sit in jackets for the day. Ensuite bathroom has mould in the shower and extractor fan. Paint coming off walls. Windows do not close properly. 2nd bathroom has mould in the extractor fan. Paint coming off walls. Bedroom - mattress needs replacing can feel all the springs. Window does not close properly. Would not recommend lodge 701 at all.

Had a great stay in lodge 601. Staff are very attentive and pleasant. Grounds are lively and well kept. Slight cleanliness issue with floors and cobwebs in lampshades and wrappers down side of cushions on suite. Food was excellent in the bar. Would stay again.

This is a very lovely property with easy access to the highway and close to Stirling without being in the city. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. All the necessities provided including laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again.

Nice enough place, chalet very tired looking though and could have been cleaner. Stains on towels etc couldn’t check in till 4pm then cleaner at our door 10am for checkout which is poor

This is a really nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and well appointed with a large bed and lovely bathroom. The dinner was very good, as was the breakfast. Staff were helpful and attentive. The only negative was that the WiFi was not good. The bandwidth is low, which makes it difficult watch online streaming services. I'd recommend this hotel.

The grounds are beautifully maintained and in a stunning location. We enjoyed the landscape, the woodland, the rare breed chickens and the ducks on the lake. The lodges are well designed and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the house martins feeding the chicks above on the eaves The kitchen equipment could be improved. It would be good to have bowls for mixing and for salads, baking dishes, serving dishes, a cafetière, quality kitchen knives, etc. it was not as well equipped for cooking in self catering as most I have stayed in. The staff we encountered were all super helpful.

The property doesn't deliver on the description and photos. It's noisy, with kids shouting until post 10pm from the playground in the evening, football crowd type singing from the bar until later. The rooms are too basic, with tight shower space, limited supply of shower gel, no conditioner and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. On arrival, the receptionist, Ruby, didn't want us to have a door card per person, citing a shortage. We had to ask for the manager before she conceded. It was an awful start. I wouldn't stay here again. Overrated.

We stayed in one of the lodges and it was fantastic. Really well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. We had a baby with us, so had planned to get takeaway meals from the kitchen, but unfortunately they don't offer that anymore, but that was the only downside to our stay, everything else was perfect.

Nice, clean leisure facilities. Changing rooms are small with not much area or privacy to change as no separate cubicles. Steam room was very good. The bedrooms in the house need curtains as gap at top of blinds lets the light in. Windows also need replaced as very draughty and not sound proof. Our house was right next to the river, so with the constant noise of river and light streaming in from the leisure centre and lights on the river, we did not sleep very well. The setting is lovely although not walking distance to a village, so ate in the bar which was nice, but very pricey. Breakfast is buffet only with no additional menu such as porridge or poached egg. Tea and coffee is freshly made and brought to your table. Overall the stay was nice but we were not overwhelmed and improvements could be made to make it better for the price.

Nice enough hotel, good condition etc. spa is good. Buy service was awful, arrived at 9pm, told bar was open until midnight then told to leave at 10.30. No bedsheets on one of the beds, night porter dumped a pile of sheets in the room and we had to put them on ourselves. The hotel did eventually (after an hour of discussion) give a discount but it ruined what is a decent hotel otherwise.

Staff are great, we had a problem with the water in our lodge, however the maintenance team were fantastic and didn’t stop until it was all sorted. This was our 3rd visit to Duchally and we’ve loved it every time. Highly Recommend.

Amazing first time stay at Duchally. We can't wait to come back. There was a mix up with our lodge type initially but this was quickly rectified by Sarah. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was so good.

Very beautiful property with leisure centre, games room, football ground for kids, duck pond, hens inside the property. We stayed in a cottage with kitchen attached. Food at restaurant not good, so cooked own food. Property location quite remote so must have car to travel.

The property is tucked away in a beautiful, peaful location. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and it was perfect. Very helpful staff. Great amenities. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a base close to highlands or just wants to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of the cities.

Not much to do around the property but if you like a retreat kind of experience than this place is it. It was very calm and peaceful, staff were nice , could use the amenities even after checked out which was great. Would recommend it. The lodge was very spacious and clean , wish had stayed more than one night.

This was our sixth visit to Duchally.Still a great place lovely surroundings.Great ppol sauna and jacuzzi.The service in the cafe was great very friendly staff.Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was very slow in and its such a shame that the cafe has stopped selling it's fantastic pizzas.

We had a great stay! My wife was really impressed with the property and all that was to offer. We arrived early and we made use of the leisure facilities that were on the property. We had requested a crib for our son and this was in our lodge. We had also had to reschedule our dinner reservation and this was done without any issues. We were a little disheartened with the limited menu however we found something that we liked. We would love to see more vegetarian/halal options. Also I would suggest guests to bring snacks, juice, etc as there are no shops nearby. I would strongly recommend this place - we had a lovely time and we would definitely stay again.
