I was only there for 1 night but would recommend it for anyone- especially if staying for multiple nights. Welcomimg lobby, oversized fitness center and huge, spaciois rooms. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. No complaints at all.

1) Mostly clean although my wife said she noticed some areas that could have been a bit clearner. 2) I don't really blame the staff member for this but I came off the elevator and asked if there were vending machines on the property, I was told there were not. I did not see the vending area near the desk and had missed that when I checked in. I then walked quite a ways to find a soda when you had soda for sale right there at the front desk. I think it might be helpful to train your staff to answer the question that is really being asked. I didn't ask about vending machines because I wanted to find a vending machine. I wanted to buy what might be in a vending machine -- a soda.

For a newer place it's not being kept up. The shower curtain was moldy. The A/C was ok but didn't run at night so got stuffy. The electric fancy shade didn't work so I had to put the sofa pillows in the window to block the light from outside. Ans it very noisey.

Hotel was in a great location. There are shops and restaurants at walking distance and no need to drive. The service was excellent. Staff is very friendly. The only complain I have was that the bathroom was not clean. You can tell they sprayed the cleaning products all over and it was left to dry on its own. Same goes for the kitchen appliances and countertop. Even the fridge had fingerprints all over.

A+ to the staff. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. My only complaint was the tile floor in our room was dirty, not from loose dirt but it had not been mopped in a while or just not thoroughly. bottom of our feet were black, had to put socks on right out of the shower to keep our feet from getting dirty.

Check in way quick, the room was larger than I expected with a full size fridge, full size microwave, sink, dishes, and dishwasher. A spacious couch with fabric partition between couch and bed was present. The included breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a prime location with lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance.

The room we were staying in, smelled like smoke and was missing a remote. The walls inside the room look like a child went crazy with a crayon coloring on them. When I called the front desk to let them know about the smoke smell, she offered to give me extra points or a $10 credit for food in the lobby.

Unlike our previous experience elsewhere—where our reserved room was extremely small, not suitable for individuals with disabilities, and had bathroom issues like a broken toilet lid—this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room we were given was spacious, safe, and well-prepared, providing the comfort we needed. What made the difference even more striking was that the other hotel, despite all its shortcomings, was significantly more expensive than this one. Here, we not only received better accommodations but also outstanding service at a much better value. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and this experience reminded us how much great service can elevate a trip. We would definitely return, knowing we’d be met with the same kindness and professionalism.

Zamantha was great at check in. She handled our issues promptly. (AC and then our power went out the next day) The maintenance man was quick and professional as well. Our beds were very comfy and the room was very clean. The lady handling breakfast was very attentive!

It was super easy to get to. We went after the air show and were great with smiles. Got us our room key and up to the room we went. The room Had everything we possibly need . Next morning i was unaware of what time breakfast was soo in the app I texted the front desk and 5 min later they.let me know the times. Breakfast was okay, waffles were good! Then we went back upstairs packed up and ckecked out.... the easiest stay Ive been on.!
