Immer wieder angenehm. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn, Straßenbahn zum Hbf und ins Zentrum direkt vor der Tür. Tiefgarage mit 25€ deutlich zu teuer. Zimmer ansprechend und ausreichend groß. Sauna kostet inzwischen 16,50€ inkl Bademantel, das ist ebenfalls knackig.

Very easy to find location. 15km from the Airport. Its 25 Euros to park over night in the deep garage, but if you find a spot outside on the street, it's free. And safe. The rooms are what you would expect. Very clean. The concierge, very helpful and have great tips. Sadly the restaurant was closed, but they recommended a Thai Restaurant, 5 minutes walk away. We were not disappointed. Would recommend any time.

Bitte ans Management: Wenn Sie Gruppen erwarten, stocken Sie bitte die Rezeption personell auf. Es ist unschön, 25 Minuten aufs Zimmer zu warten.

Hotel und Zimmer gut. Preis - Leistung passt. Parkplatz im Hotel zu teuer und in der Umgebung gibt es kaum Parkplätze (Wohngebiet). Straßenbahn vor der Tür, so dass man auch gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln weg kommt.

Couldnt check in on the first day as receptionist has no idea how to do it. Was on the phone asking colleague and showing screen via video call. After 10 minutes got bored of waiting and requested my key so I could go to the room. Also, parking is very expensive 75 euro for 34 hours parking. The first 25 euro was incurred for the firt "day" although I arrived at 10:30 at night. Hotel is clean and new, although not sure what the "Plus" refers to in the name. It is a standard Best Western.

In het hele hotel rook het onfris, naar natte hond en ongewassen mensen en oud zweet. Er zaten meerdere lange, zwarte haren tussen de handdoeken. Oud gepild beddegoed, lag niet lekker. Op de queensize kamer 1 slecht kussen. Het ontbijt was jarig.....en dit voor 4 sterren? Haal er maar 2 af!

Nice room and breakfast buffet, but the first thing I discovered when entering the bathroom was a long-tailed silverfish which wasn’t the nicest surprise, even though they’re pretty harmless.

Bei dem Hotelpersonal fehlt das Lächeln, wenn man in der Hotel Lobbi rein kommt und man Hallo sagt kommt nichts. Wasserspritzer am Waschbecken auf der Schwarzen Ablage, als man das Zimmer betreten hat kam ein Klo Geruch entgegen. An den Wänden zB . an der Kaffeemaschine sind Kaffeeflecken drauf. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer von der Größe völlig ausreichend. Schade eigentlich…..

Überall schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche und was ich so gar nicht nachvollziehen kann: der im Fernseher vorhandene Sleep Timer ist durch die Hotel-Software geblockt. Sonst sind die Zimmer okay.

Found a needle in the bed. The bedsheet was not changed, after asking them to. It was already dirty, when we arrived at the hotel. After telling the staff about it, they said the housekeeping is not here anymore and they can’t do anything about it. We were there for 2,5 days and I slept without a blanket. The only nice person in the staff, was a young, tall boy in the early shift and the indian guy in the night shift.

great place for a stop over, great bar, food and simple room. Our ac didnt work in the room so got a bit stuffy but didnt make our stay terrible. will definately stay again, ill just check the ac before i get into bed.

Disappointing Experience Despite Clean Rooms We stayed at the Best Western Plus Frankfurt and while the hotel itself is clean and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, the overall experience was let down by poor service and a terrible breakfast. When we arrived, the kids’ beds hadn’t been set up, even though our booking clearly included them. After a long day of travel, this was really disappointing and not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Each time we came back in the evening, they didn’t even lift their heads to greet us, even when I said hello. They were too busy on their phones to acknowledge guests, which felt quite rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was honestly abysmal, the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel. Half of the stations were empty: no bacon, no meatballs, no pancakes, and no fruit. On our last morning, I had to specifically ask for fried eggs because nothing was being replenished. The staff at breakfast, much like reception, looked unhappy and disengaged. The only bright spot was on our last day, when a lovely lady at reception smiled, chatted with the kids and even gave them some sweets a small gesture that made a big difference. It was nice to end on a positive note, but unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for the rest of the stay. If I ever return to Frankfurt, this would be the last hotel I’d choose.

I was sweating all through my stay in my room. The air conditioner wasn't working as I would have thought. I was always hot in my room after paying so much, I wasn't comfortable as I would have expected. I will never stay in beat western again and I would definitely tell this experience on social media as well.

Incredibly disappointed as I paid booked and paid for 3 Junior Suites for 3 nights to accommodate 5 colleagues on a business trip. On arrival we were told that there were no Junior Suites available and we would be given 3 Standard Rooms instead. The receptionist confirmed that there was a substantial difference in the room rate between a Junior Suite and a Standard Room and that they could not refund the difference themselves as I had made a booking via Exepedia (I thought I made and paid for the booking via this site) and they would have to make the refund. On my return, I informed Hotels.com of the situation and asked for the appropriate refund. They said they would aske the hotel for the amount and 2 days later replied that the hotel refused to entertain a refund and there was nothing they could do. This is unbelievable. They offered, reserved and took payment for a Suite and on arrival only provided a Standard Room. Knowing that with the city totally flooded by visitors to the largest trade fair in the world there was no rooms available anywhere in the center of the city, we had no option. This is the worst billing experience i've had at any hotel anywhere and Best Western should be ashamed of scamming extra money from guests by falsely charging for rooms they did not provide. I will be taking this up with my credit card company to get satisfaction.

I was on a solo trip to Frankfurt and stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The night staff and breakfast staff was really nice and helpful. However the guy for my checkout just got really angry and yelled at me just because I asked if I could keep the hotel card as a souvenir. He could have just said no sorry I would have understood that’s fine. He didn’t need to be that rude. It kind of ruined everything especially when you just spent 700€ in this hotel.

Frühstück ebenfalls zu teuer für mich als Geschäftsreisenden. Dennoch mein bevorzugtes Hotel in Frankfurt. Bitte ans Management: Wenn Sie Gruppen erwarten, stocken Sie bitte die Rezeption personell auf. Es ist unschön, 25 Minuten aufs Zimmer zu warten.

Couldnt check in on the first day as receptionist has no idea how to do it. Was on the phone asking colleague and showing screen via video call. After 10 minutes got bored of waiting and requested my key so I could go to the room. Also, parking is very expensive 75 euro for 34 hours parking. The first 25 euro was incurred for the firt "day" although I arrived at 10:30 at night. Hotel is clean and new, although not sure what the "Plus" refers to in the name. It is a standard Best Western.

The staff in the restaurant was not serviceminded at all. Didn’t understand english, one was really snobby. We waited 45 minutes for a bottle of water. When it finally came after four reminders, we didn’t get glasses. The roasted toast to the carpaccio was a basket with dry bread. Very disappointed.

Very easy to find location. 15km from the Airport. Its 25 Euros to park over night in the deep garage, but if you find a spot outside on the street, it's free. And safe. The rooms are what you would expect. Very clean. The concierge, very helpful and have great tips. Sadly the restaurant was closed, but they recommended a Thai Restaurant, 5 minutes walk away. We were not disappointed. Would recommend any time.

They were too busy on their phones to acknowledge guests, which felt quite rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was honestly abysmal, the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel. Half of the stations were empty: no bacon, no meatballs, no pancakes, and no fruit. On our last morning, I had to specifically ask for fried eggs because nothing was being replenished. The staff at breakfast, much like reception, looked unhappy and disengaged. The only bright spot was on our last day, when a lovely lady at reception smiled, chatted with the kids and even gave them some sweets a small gesture that made a big difference. It was nice to end on a positive note, but unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for the rest of the stay. If I ever return to Frankfurt, this would be the last hotel I’d choose.

Very easy to find location. 15km from the Airport. Its 25 Euros to park over night in the deep garage, but if you find a spot outside on the street, it's free. And safe. The rooms are what you would expect. Very clean. The concierge, very helpful and have great tips. Sadly the restaurant was closed, but they recommended a Thai Restaurant, 5 minutes walk away. We were not disappointed. Would recommend any time.

Wie immer alles tadellos. Hochwertiges Zimmer, beste Anbindung (Straßenbahn in die City und zum Hbf direkt vor der Tür). Tiefgarage ist geräumig, aber mit 25€ zu teuer. Bitte ans Management: Wenn Sie Gruppen erwarten, stocken Sie bitte die Rezeption personell auf. Es ist unschön, 25 Minuten aufs Zimmer zu warten.

The staff in the restaurant was not serviceminded at all. Didn’t understand english, one was really snobby. We waited 45 minutes for a bottle of water. When it finally came after four reminders, we didn’t get glasses. The roasted toast to the carpaccio was a basket with dry bread. Very disappointed.

After making my reservation, I contacted the hotel to ask a few questions. The person who answered was very unpleasant. However, once I arrived on site, the staff answered my questions well and accommodated my early check-in. For the rest, everything was excellent. There are a few good restaurants nearby, a small convenience store, and several services.
