Living Hotel Frankfurt

I liked having a separate sitting area from sleeping area and the patio. It’s great to have washing machines and dryers for free. The outdoor garden area off reception/bar is nice too. It was great having a fantastic grocery store(Tegut)connected to the hotel. There is not a lot of restaurants right around the hotel so having Tegut was nice. My air con did not work well which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There was a lot of slamming doors every morning. (I stayed 3 nights). Its located in a residential area and about a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Very nice modern hotel. Room with small terrace was great, even it was raining, and I did not sit outside. Free mini bar also a perk. Did not take advantage of the bar/breakfast/living room area, but looked very inviting. Only the self-checking software could be a bit easier ( no mouse, program reacted differently in EN and DE ) And Old Sachsenhausen and Henninger Turm easy to walk.

Ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Günstige Parkgarage im Haus.

Over the last three years, I have stayed at Living several dozen times. For good reason. For what their rooms have to offer, the prices are excellent. It's a quiet neighborhood, parking on the street is possible, and even if not, the garage is nicely priced at 10 EUR per day. Huge plus in a city that really doesn't make parking easy. Service used to be a little shaky for a while, but this has improved significantly in 2024. At check-in, this may not be the posh executive treatment some may think is needed - it's rather uncomplicated, friendly, efficient and fast. Beds are excellent, I always sleep well. My favorite choice is the apartment - if you stay for more than one or two nights, having a kitchen and a good workspace is a definite plus - and there's a pretty okay supermarket just downstairs. The hotel is also doing a lot to bring life to an otherwise simple and slightly drab neighborhood, having created a series of events with music, slam poetry etc. Definitely a good move - and it never interferes with the guests' need for rest. The center of Sachsenhausen is about 1km down the hill. If you don't want to walk you can take the bus (nice choice going back up). Definitely recommended.

Modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, das einem beim Self-Check-In behilflich ist. Günstige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage und direkt nebenan ein Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft. Ich war schon öfter hier und werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Gute Lage, günstiger Pakplatz (€10) pro Tag, nettes Personal und kann man schnell zur Stadt mit der UBahn gehen….

The maid is a bit too eager, knocking the door at 9 every morning. That’s kind of annoying. Also the gym is a bit weird. High tech, but at no use if you want to pull weights. Stayed here several times. I will definitely come here again.

This was an excellent hotel. Absolutely spotless, massive room and had everything we needed (we had a small kitchen area). Not too close to centre of Frankfurt but it’s a nice walk. We never took public transport at all.

I recently stayed at Living Hotel for a total of five nights and wanted to share my experience. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. One thing that stood out to me was the self-check-in process. While it was convenient, I didn't feel a warm welcome or personal touch that I usually associate with hotels. It seems to be a growing trend in Germany, but personally, I prefer a more personalized check-in experience. On a positive note, I appreciated their policy of allowing guests to refill their water bottles for free. It's a thoughtful and eco-friendly gesture. However, on the first day of my stay, I noticed that my empty water bottle was left on the table after the cleaning service. The following day, I found dirty mugs and a coffee maker. This inconsistency in the cleaning and refilling routine was a letdown and affected my overall impression. On the bright side, the hotel's location was excellent. It was situated in a quiet area, and there was a supermarket conveniently located nearby. This made it easy to grab any necessities or snacks during my stay. Unfortunately, one aspect that significantly impacted my quality of sleep was the constant wall clicking sounds. It was present throughout the day and night, and sometimes the noise was so loud that it would wake me up during the night. I'm unsure of the source of these sounds, but it was quite bothersome.

The staff and the location were wonderful. The patio was Very nice. The supermarket was sooo convenient. There were ants in both the bathroom and on the desk above the fridge. I mentioned it twice but nothing was done. No place to put a suitcase! I shared my bed with it one night and it took up my sofa the rest.

Mi estadía estuvo muy bien en términos generales, fácil Check in y Check out, música en vivo, buen ambiente, excelente ubicación. Lo no tan bueno, el desayuno muy básico, tienes que cocinar literalmente, en vez de que alguien te atienda, tienes que freírte los huevo o hacerte el pancakes, lo malo es que no limpian la habitación ni aunque lo pidas, me quedé 6 días y dicen que la limpian cada 7 días pero es que ni las toallas ni estiran la cama ni nada, lo pedí al día 4 y 5 y nada, decían que sí pero no lo hacían, en general es un buen hotel pero tiene este tema que mejorar, no sabes lo rico que es llegar de trabajar en mi caso estaba por negocios y llegar a una cama estirada y acogedora, con toallas limpias, no que va, esto hizo que mi experiencia no fuera de 5 estrellas. A lado hay un supermercado y una cafetería, muy rica y económica.

Man bekommt kostenloses stilles Wasser und die Flasche kann man selbst nachfüllen. Checkout war einfach; mann muss nur die Zimmerkarte in einem Box einwerfen.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at the Living Hotel. The apartment was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen adequate and the corner aspect bright and airy. There’s no reception as such, but there seems to always be someone available if you need assistance. All the workers who we had contact with were extremely helpful and pleasant. If there’s one negative to point out, it’s the breakfast. Although it looked fairly good, at €19 it’s just too expensive. Fortunately, however, it the same building there’s an excellent supermarket.

Nice apartment, 30 minutes walk from the city center. The parking is inexpensive and very convenient under the hotel. The room is spacious. Overall, it is a good choice if it is sold much cheaper than the city hotels.

When we checked in I was abut warm and crabby from our drive to Frankfurt. Marianne was so kind and pleasant my crabbiness was going away. We got to our room and WOW beautiful spacious room. All of the extra touches were amazing ( coffee beans, grinder and pour over coffee pot). I turned our AC down to the lowest temperature. After awhile it still felted warm in the room. I called Marianna asking for a fan. She checked with Pierre and they did not have a fan. I asked about another room. She showed me the other room and it didn’t feel like it would cool down. We agreed I would wait another 30 minutes to see if our room would cool down more. About 15 minutes later Marianna is at our door with a fan. I smiled and hugged her. My new friend! Pierre comped us the breakfast buffet for our troubles. My husband and I came down to the lobby asking for dinner recommendations. Marianna and Pierre gave us recommendations but we decided to just go to the grocery store next door. The store was amazing. We came back to the lobby and I think. Arianna waited for us to say goodbye before she went home. We hugged goodbye. The next morning we came down for breakfast WOW. Amazing breakfast buffet. We met Lina, who was working that morning. Lina was also amazing. Smiles, kindness and simply an caring person. She checked if we needed a taxi to the airport. I opted to call Uber instead. As we waited for our Uber she gave us some chocolate. We hugged goodbye. I felt like we were treated like family 🤗

As stated in the title, room is spacious, clean and well-fitted with modern appliances and bathroom. For the price, this is one of the best hotel rooms we\'ve ever stayed in. There is a sizeable supermarket within the same building that closes at 10pm on weekdays and the hotel is a 15 minute walk from Frankfurt South Train Station (Sud Bahnhof); ideal to explore the surrounding towns (and Christmas markets in our case). Fresh glass bottles of water and beer were delivered each day by housekeeping. Be aware though, housekeeping turn up quite early (at 09:30 for us) and ring the doorbell - so do use the "Do Not Disturb" button by the door if you intend to sleep in a bit like us. Aside from a few minor gripes, this was as near to perfect a hotel stay as it gets for our needs.

The room itself was so large, nice and quiet, had a fridge, was cool when we got into the room after our outings, clean, comfortable beds. The location was also nice because it isn’t a loud part of Frankfurt. Really would recommend it if you don’t mind walking to some of the attractions!

Despite arriving quite late the staff were very helpful, nice breakfast bar.

Super netter Empfang, check-in und checkout wirklich unkompliziert und entspannt.

Staff were very helpful especially with parking for our campervan which would not fit underground car park. Staff friendly and property was nice and modern and room very spacious

Good hotel with supermarket in front. Far from downtown. But if you like to walk, this is perfect.

Clean and spacious. The property was beautiful I definitely would recommend. It’s not near top attractions but it’s definitely easy to get to with the bus near by.

This is a nice hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is only one negative is it locates in a isolate area. There is no good public transportation.

Zimmer top, Personal freundlich. Frühstück mäßig. So kann man es wohl zusammenfassen. Die Idee des Selbst-Eincheckens finde ich sehr sympathisch - aber ganz ehrlich: bitte investiert in Tastaturen, die ein normales Layout haben und normale Tastengrößen. Im halbdunkeln auf einer Billigtastatur zu tippen, die nicht die üblichen Tastengrößen und -abstände hat, ist tatsächlich nervig. Ansonsten war alles schick, das Frühstück ist aber nichts Besonderes.
