Definitely a no frills hotel. On the same floor as the front desk, bar and restaurant so you hear everything that is going on in the room all day and night. Breakfast has very little things of interest accept sugary items!

posizione comoda a tutto. il bus da e per aeroporto si ferma di fronte all'hotel. palazzo datato con ascensore d'epoca ma perfettamente funzionante e stanze restaurate con ottimo bagno. da consigliare. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, occupying one floor of a taller building. It is basic, but clean. Breakfast included was better than expected by Italian standards. The staff were very helpful with researching bus routes and calling taxis as needed. I would stay again.

Very good hotel. I paid $60/night for 5 nights. Comfortable bed, strong A/C, hot water. Centrally located. Prestia e Comande airport bus drops off in front. Hotel is on floors 3 & 4 with an elevator. Friendly staff but limited English. Only issue was the Wi-Fi didn’t reach my 4th floor room.

Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, vicino la fermata bus per areoporto, limitrofo alle vie principali, pasticceria sotto, buona colazione in una sala storica con affreschi e volte dipinte, buona scelta. La camera purtroppo una grande delusione. Era mansardata, finestra piccola (non so se rispetti i limiti di legge di areazione), vetro singolo delle case anni 50, armadio con 2 cassetti assenti, schienale dell armadio rotto, sembrava di stare in una casa per barboni, è srato imbarazzante. Bagno rifatto, però probabilmente il sifone del lavabo non funzionava perchè era perenne una puzza di fogna, tanto che le donne delle pulizie ultimo giorno han gettato ammoniaca (si sentiva odore). Cornice della porta in bagno mancante...come fosse un cantiere...e prima notte lo split acceso e il telecomando non funzionava, quindi reduci anche da un bel mal di gola. Il giorno seguente ho richiesto cambio camera ma dicono non c'era possibilita...anche se da sito internet dava disponibilità, per lo meno mi han sistemato lo split ed il telecomando ha funzionato. Unica nota positiva il personale di reception sempre disponibile e cercare di arginare i problemi della struttura e del gestore che evidentemente non vuol investire per limitare il tracollo. Nota importante ero al piano superiore, il quarto, camera tripla (non richiesta), forse il terzo piano (dove è reception e sala colazione) è migliore, visto è un palazzo antico, sarà stato il piano nobile. Pavimento e battiscopa poi scollato e rovinato!

Hotellet ligger på 4:e våningen med en skranglig liten hiss som tyvärr inte alltid funkade. Rummen är små och helt basic, badrummet var väldigt fint. WiFi var väldigt dåligt.

Er is geen postive, de mensen zijn ardig maar zij spreeken Italyan geen ander taal. de kamer is lelijk, niet schoon, het is geen echt hotel, maar qewoon en vise kamer.

Es waren keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Die Betten waren provisorisch zusammengeschoben und kaputt. Beim ersten Begehen des Balkons, fanden wir eine tote Taube, Socken, sowie einen dreckigen Boden mit Schrauben vor. Alles in Allem nicht empfehlenswert.

We had a really good time in Palermo, the hotel is very well located in the city centre. We booked a standard double room.The room was not clean, there was lots of dust and our bathroom had a very large patch of black mould in the corner above the shower, we complained but no one came to clean it. The safe had no batteries in it and we couldn't use it. In general the room was more hostel styled, the double bed was two singles beds pushed together and the mattresses were different thicknesses and firmness so it wasnt a very comfortable sleep for a couple, there was also a set of metal bunk beds in the corner that felt strange. All in all it was cheap and well located, you could probably survive one night in it for a city base, you won't want to spend much time there. Breakfast was ok, coffee was nice and it was nice to have a 24/7 reception.

My room smelled terrible. Like a combi of sewage and mold.The showers leak and make entire bathroom floor wet. After one night i requested a room change and the lady at desk was very helpful. She took me to a new room and it also smelled awful. She agreed. Another room she offered smelled like people had recently smoked in it. The third room smelled fine so i took it. That shower also leaked and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The location is great but would not recommend this place. Very overpriced.

Simple hotel in mid center of Palermo. Close to «everything», 15 min walk from the train station. Could be better kept, cleaning OK, except for plastic cup in the bathroom that was used as a garbahe bin by former guests.

Cuando llegamos, estaba la habitación lista, no habían limpiado de hace semana, muchas sociedad, pelos en el baño y ducha, las paredes sucias, sin toallas para el baño, decían que el servicio de lavandería no estaba listo, el desayuno ya no malo, pésimo horrible, nos tuvimos que ir a desayunar fuera, pan duro, sin variedad, el café de máquina malísimo, no reponían, si les pedía algo de comida se enfadaban y si le recliminabas algo sobre la habitación el personal dejaba de hablarte, no vuelvo ni gratis, yo no sé cómo Hoteles.com no revisan las calidades de los hoteles que ofrecen. Nos querían cobrar las tasas turística dos veces y a otro huéspede en la salida igual. No me fui a otro hotel porque estaban igual o muy caros.

Sauberkeit 8 von 10 Punkte, Hotel hat alte Möbel und riecht sehr unangenehm, Klimaanlagen ist zu ersetzen, Toilette sieht ganz gut aus und sauber.

El establecimiento husmeó en mis objetos personales y botaron mi placa dental. El personal de limpieza botó mi placa dental que estaba en el baño junto a mis objetos personales. No se hacen responsables de nada, nadie habla inglés ni español en el lugar. No dan la cara ni se comunican. Cuando llegamos con mi pareja me dieron mal la habitación y no son amables o atentos.

Old thin walls and windows. Lots of noise. Clients very loud. Breakfast was ok, the location is great though. Hotel personnel was ok, some were kind others rude.

Booked a room with a double bed. Got there and we had four beds in the room which took up all the space. Reception told is they had a bigger group before so the room stayed that way and they could not offer us the room we booked. Room smelled very badly, window could not be closed. Don‘t let them fool you with the nice balcony on the picture, ours was absolutely not the same. Do not go there.

Dont expect to get the room you booked at this hotel! Half of the listed facilities is not present. I booked a standard doubleroom, But upon arrival i was placed in a small single room. I went to the reception and was asked to wait 10 minutes for a new room to be ready (i waited about 30, despite this being 1,5 hours after check in opens). I then got a room which was clearly also a single room, Where they had turned the bed, and places another bed beside it (it was 2 diffrent bedframes, and the headboard mounted on the wall gave it away). One of the reasons i booked this hotel id because on the booking page it says theres a balcony in double rooms. So i went to the reception again, and was told due to full occupation they couldnt move me to a new room with balcony before tomorrow, even tho the booking site showed 6 available rooms of the type. The next day i was moved to a family room(more space but still nor the room i booked) also without balcony. I gave up complaining as i was always met with a bad attitude from the hotel staff who seemed like they were not very interested in resolving the matter. Not once did i get an apology or any kind of understanding. Dont waste your money here. Pictures are of the second room i got, which was supposedly a double standard room

The shower was falling apart and couldn’t close the door so the room filled with water. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Everything looked like it needed a good handyman. Really good breakfast. We were 2 people and they put us in a room for 4 people. We couldn’t move

Et lidt underlig lugt på værelset. Og meget larm specielt fra hotellets reception. Hvor der bliver talt meget højt i telefon

Very central! Personal is friendly! The rooms are a disaster. Dirty with mold and roaches and ants. A day before we left they asked us to pay additional taxes. By law the taxes were 24,- Euros for me and my daughter, they asked for 88,- Euros. I refused to pay. At arrival the asked for 32,- Euros in taxes which I payed. Mh. Not a place to return to.

This Hotel has great staff who are happy to help with things I forgot to pack, the phone charger ! and also did some printing for me free of charge, so reception gets a 5 star from me, I also had an early check in on this trip with no charge. For the price is great value, my last stay I paid 36 euro for a single room. The room was clean and pleasant. I have stayed before in not such a great room, but again for the location and price its a great find and I always now stay here when I am in Palermo. Breakfast is good selection of food. The reception team are a big asset to the hotel.

Seriously, do not stay here. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. I was unable to sleep during the night because the walls are SO thin and other guests were at the reception desk complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms after discovering bugs in the middle of the night. I had optimistically presumed that previous Expedia reviews about the staff’s unfriendliness would just be a cultural difference but I witnessed the receptionist yell at people in entrance foyer in the most unhinged and scary manner which ultimately motivated my decision to leave early because I felt so unsafe.

Purtroppo non sono stato in questa struttura ma in un’altra della stessa catena Hotels. Inoltre volevo far presente che dopo aver girato un’ora in centro a Palermo….. il che è tutto dire visto il traffico che c’è, siamo arrivati all’hotel per sentirci dire che la ns. prenotazione , peraltro confermata via mail , non era disponibile per overbooking e che ci avevano avvisato il mattino….. tenere presente che noi eravamo in volo il mattino….. comunque non avevamo nessun avviso ne’ via mail , ne’ nell’app. Quindi a malincuore ci siamo diretti verso la nuova struttura da loro proposta in alternativa che distava 2 km da quella da noi prenotata. Inoltre avevamo prenotato pure il parcheggio in un garage presso in zona, quindi avevamo l’auto a 2 km di distanza da prendere tutte le mattine del ns. soggiorno! Tra l’altro in una delle vie più trafficate di Palermo Via Roma! Non vi dico il caos ogni giorno….. Va beh! È andata così! Comunque ka struttura dove abbiamo soggiornato in alternativa (55Aire Hotel) niente di che ….. tranne la posizione comoda a tante cose da visitare anche se vicina alla Stazione Centrale( non gira molta “bella gente”). Dopo aver letto le recensioni, all’arrivo ho chiesto una camera che non fosse in linea con quanto letto. E in effetti mi hanno dato una camera ampia, bagno rifatto, ti 32 pollici, phon e piccolo balcone. L’hotel è centrale, ci fosse una proprietà che ci credesse avrebbe grandi potenzialità

They did not have my reservation. The hotel looked very dirty and we were actually glad they did not have a room for us.

Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und das Hotel hat echt eine sehr tolle Lage. Man ist sehr nah an der Altstadt und kommt zu Fuß überall sehr gut hin (Bahnhof , Altstadt , Sehenswürdigkeiten) .Es ist zwar an einer „Hauptstraße „ allerdings hörte man aus unserem Zimmer nichts von draußen. Man hatte auch einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf dem Balkon. Würden wir immer wieder empfehlen.Preisgünstig. Das Frphstück was auch sehr gut und ausreichend.

They didn't check us in and had to transfer us to another hotel from the same company due to plumbing issues. The girl at the reception not only didnt offer transportation to the hotel, she gave us direction on how to get there by foot. Although it was 20min walk (with luggage) only after we complained, they called a taxi to take us there. The bathroom light was broken and it took them a day and a half to fix it. We stayed only for 2 nights. They didn't clean the tables at the breakfast room after each customer.(breakfast served to the hotel guests by the next door cafe). The hotel was across the central train station, dirty, unsafe and noisy at night.

Hotel situato vicino al centro storico, ottima posizione fronte stazione centrale. Personale cordiale, camera con letti comodi e buona colazione a buffet.

Det var mest sötsaker till frukost vilket inte är så hälsosamt. Stock i handfatet åtgärdades inte förrän efter först fjärde dagen trots att vi sagt till tre olika personal. Vi krävde kompensation men har inte hört av någon från hotellet. Centralt läge, flygbussen stannade precis utanför.

Struttura in ottima posizione per visitare Palermo a piedi, le camere sono un po’ tristi ma in compenso il bagno e’ buono, colazione discreta senza tante pretese, soprattutto perché il caffè è quello della macchinetta
