Ho scelto questo hotel perché volevo provare il ristorante, peccato che non era indicato da nessuna parta che era chiuso per lavori. Parcheggio interno un po' scomodo per le troppe manovre da fare per entrare. Pulizia ok Colazione ok

Just avoid it. It is Not a 4-star hotel, more like 2. Shoddy construction on top floor, elevator dont get there you have to climb two flights of steep stairs. Tin roof becomes unbearably noisy during rain. Impossible to sleep hearing big drops of water aginst metal all time. No Heating, outside temp was 7C and freezing inside the room. Terrible washroom, dark, tight shower badly designed and extractor with annoying noise like a dentist drill all time. Left early even paying fee of unsused night (not cheap) but better than staying. And worse, breakfast was all cold (eggs cold!) attended by a guy who should have stayed home sick, coughing his lungs out and snorting loudly trying to clear his nose. Disgusting.

Within walking distance to the heart of the city of Palermo. Our room was very spacious although it was in the older section and elevator only went to first floor so had to climb stairs to second floor. Morning breakfast provided was nice.

The architecture of the building and antiques were nice otherwise nothing. Modern amenities did not work and no one cared. Air conditioning does not work, safe does not work, refrigerator does not work, bed is hard old spring mattress. I throughly checked before booking to make sure there was air conditioning and an elevator but neither were available for the room i was given. My room requires you climb 2 sets of stairs, no offer of help with the luggage. I talked to management they wanted to charge me 40 euros to move to another room. This was horrible start to my stay in Palermo.
The architecture of the building and antiques were nice otherwise nothing. Modern amenities did not work and no one cared. Air conditioning does not work, safe does not work, refrigerator does not work, bed is hard old spring mattress. The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful property and great location. The room had a fan but no air- being on the 2nd floor was very hot and stagnant. We carried all luggage ourselves up 2 levels of stairs- if you are not young and strong- be sure to ask for rooms on the lower floor.

Difficile arrivare per le segnalazioni Google non precise e attraverso il mercato di Ballarò. Una volta arrivati comodo il parcheggio, davanti, libero senza costi. Ottima accoglienza e informazioni, posizione molto buona per comodità e raggiungere il centro e le meraviglie da visitare. Unica pecca, senza preavviso, la doccia ch ha il boiler quindi occhio a fare le docce. L'ultimo la fa fredda. Sinceramente non piacevole e non tollerabile in hotel 4 stelle. Per il resto bella la struttura, ottima la colazione. Variegata e completa.

Una linda casona, pésimamente decorada. Mal ubicada. La suite significa que hay un sobre techo que no sirve para nada. El desayuno muy pobre. Pero lo peor fue el olor insoportable a cloaca de la habitación. Fui a quejarme y me dieron un desodorante. Obviamente me dijeron que al día siguiente intentarían solucionarlo. No hubo oportunidad de verificarlo porque nos fuimos al día siguiente, a pesar de que habíamos pagado dos noches. Correspondería que me reintegren la segunda noche

Ho prenotato come sempre su hotel.com perché io preferisco andare in hotel e non in appartamento, per questo motivo quando mi hanno accompagnato alla mia stanza, e vedo che era un appartamento, sono rimasta un po’ sconcertata, ma mi sono detta “tanto è solo una notte”, ma poi abbiamo scoperto che nella vasca da bagno adibita a doccia non andava lo scarico, la rete del letto era sfondata e soprattutto una grande puzza di umidità. Ovviamente non abbiamo dormito granché e stamattina abbiamo fatto presente tutto ciò in reception dove c’era Francesco, magnifico ragazzo e superlativo nel suo lavoro, come anche le signore della Colazione, ma comunque non ci è stato offerto nulla di rimborso! Comunque, visto che sono anni che sono cliente di hotel.com mi aspetto almeno una risposta

Wonderful, friendly and pretty small hotel with spacious rooms and good bedding. The neighborhood is very vibrant because of proximilty to the market but quiet at night. Easy to walk to all the must-sees and train station. We loved our stay!

The hotel is clean, but the rooms are outdated. It is close to via Roma and other areas of the Centro historico. It is close to Ballaro market. It did feel a bit unsafe to walk late at night. The staff is nice and friendly. There is breakfast but I did not get the chance to have it. The room is spacious and bedding comfortable.

Tuvimos varios problemas : . Nos asignaron un cuarto duplex con un solo baño en el piso 2 , con acceso por wacaleras empinadas y estrecha . 2. viajamos en pleno verano , con el aire acondicionado mal funcionando . 3. . El staff no ayuda para nada a los huéspedes con sus maletas .

The room was very hot. The AC was not efficient. The hotel provides guests with fans, which tells me they know the rooms are hot. Bathroom was so small knees touch the shower doors when sitting on toilet. Shower head did not stay on when showering it kept falling down. Water was never cold. Only warm/hot water available? Very uncomfortable.

Incredible noisy; you can hear absolutely everything going on outside and inside; I didn’t sleep at all. Mattress felt like a boxspring- very hard. The safe didn’t work, but only being in Palermo for one night, I didn’t bother asking for a fix. The staff at the front desk were nice and the location is very central, but overall did not feel like good value for the price.

This is a luxury, upscale property very close to the city center and many historical areas. The hotel hosts and staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations for how to tour Palermo and also their favorite restaurants in the area. There are so many beautiful pieces of art displayed in the hotel. You feel you are part of something historical when you enter. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The furniture has seen better days...it's been there a while. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is located very close to the market which is great during the day, but a little scary at night. Lovely boutique hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Located next to Ballaro market. Close to magnificent churches. Easy and fast check in. Only issue was no help with luggage upon check in - and there is a step to get to elevator. Breakfast (included) was mediocre. It can get noisy when there are events booked at hotel.

This hotel was recommended to us as it’s central to so many sights to see in Palermo. It’s beautiful, the staff is beyond accommodating, and the rooms were very comfortable and perfect for an active child! I would absolutely stay again when we return.

Beautiful property and great location. The room had a fan but no air- being on the 2nd floor was very hot and stagnant. We carried all luggage ourselves up 2 levels of stairs- if you are not young and strong- be sure to ask for rooms on the lower floor.

Wonderful, friendly and pretty small hotel with spacious rooms and good bedding. The neighborhood is very vibrant because of proximilty to the market but quiet at night. Easy to walk to all the must-sees and train station. We loved our stay!

We stayed the night before a flight and the hotel was perfect, an oasis of cool and calm in a busy and very hot August day. Beautiful and spacious room, extremely helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Very close to the main historic area, walkable to the train station and yet quiet. Would liked to have stayed longer.

The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Just avoid it. It is Not a 4-star hotel, more like 2. Shoddy construction on top floor, elevator dont get there you have to climb two flights of steep stairs. Tin roof becomes unbearably noisy during rain. Impossible to sleep hearing big drops of water aginst metal all time. No Heating, outside temp was 7C and freezing inside the room. Terrible washroom, dark, tight shower badly designed and extractor with annoying noise like a dentist drill all time. Left early even paying fee of unsused night (not cheap) but better than staying. And worse, breakfast was all cold (eggs cold!) attended by a guy who should have stayed home sick, coughing his lungs out and snorting loudly trying to clear his nose. Disgusting.

This was a one night stay. We were in the city to see the football and we love the place. This hotel in a converted palace is lovely. Great place to stay right in the mix round the corner from Balaro.. great food, rooms, beds and bathrooms. Excellent staff.
