No frig , microwave, alarm clock and wash cloths. Got ran out of pool area for drinking a beer that wasn’t purchased at restaurant. Front desk, restaurant waiters and cashier were excellent. Also there airport shuttle driver was excellent.

The staff were friendly and helpful. All was clean and in good order. There wasn't a lot of lighting in the room at night. The airport shuttle isn't available during off-hours but staff kindly got me an inexpensive taxi that showed up on time.

No volveréis a este hotel: 1.- No servía la regadera, se encontraba rota y escurría agua por la pared. 2.- Todas las toallas se encontraban enrolladas y húmedas. 3.- No tenían el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto como lo indicaban. Le falta mantenimiento, es un hotel viejo y el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. No volveré.

Las camas son muy cómodas y la alberca es lo mejor muy grande, es un lugar bonito y seguro

I like that the room was extremely clean and the staff were always friendly and ready to help in anything I needed. The area is one of the best in Tampico and the hotel has a very nice pool. I didn’t like that there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage through the stairs. Also; the washroom has only half a glass door and it is very small and you need to be careful not to get everything wet when you are taking a shower. They also have a shuttle to the airport which add value to the hotel, they picked me up on time and it is a big van. I found the restaurant a little bit expensive for the small buffet they have and that you need to wait for someone to serve the food to you even when it is a buffet. But again, customer service was extremely good and everyone working there were very helpful and friendly.

Me gusta la atención que recibe, sus habitaciones, las camas son muy cómodos y sus jardines son preciosos, alberca muy grande e iluminada

Mi experiencia fue increíble. Muy bonito lugar para hospedarse y económico. La piscina es muy buena.

I only gave it 4 stars as there are many good things about this property but with that comes many bad things. 1st the good; - Pool always perfect swimming temperature and I always had it to myself everyday I swam. - Staff were absolutely amazing and always accommodating and willing to help as much as they could. Spoke dual language at reception made check-in and check-out flawless. - Security for the property was good and always greeted each person/vehicle with respect while maintaining safety of property. Now the bad, you’ll notice a theme; - Air conditioning in room wasn’t cool enough and tried adjusting but to no avail it did not work. - Hot water in shower took nearly a week to finally happen. When it did it was extremely sufficient but still shouldn’t have taken as long even after asking for it to be tended too. - Not much lighting in the room, but that isn’t overly bad sometimes. Although had to open the curtains to the room just to get more light in the room. - Not allowing visitors into the rooms (this I understand for safety and security). Same time I have friends who live in this city and only see while I’m here on vacation. - Located on a hill, so if older it’s harder on the legs to walk up a path and not have any stairs with railings. Overall it’s a nice property and the location is close to everything. I would recommend this to people and myself I would stay here again.

Mejorar la limpieza de los baños de las habitaciones ya que tenían moho, se les dio aviso sin embargo no se limpió bien . Los aires acondicionados son viejos y no funcionan correctamente . Olor a viejo y húmedo los muebles de madera .

El hotel está bien si vienes con familia. Tiene piscina y las habitaciones son amplias. Es un hotel viejo pero se mantiene bien.

Todo bien con el hotel solo que afuera en el jardín había una pedida de mano con mariachi y pues todo el ruido se escuchaba en nuestra habitación. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo bien.

Esta muy bien solo que clima no enfria mucho

The AC unit was not blowing cold air. Breakfast was good, and the pool time was wonderful.

El tiempo le pasó factura. Los herrajes y mobiliarios al parecer son los originales pero sin mantenimiento, en especial la tina y regadera. Un lugar familiar, seguro, cómodo, y la atención del personal muy buena.

Súper tradicional . Bien ubicado Pero ya necesita una remodelación y cambiar mobiliario y sábanas

Hotel Posada is dated and Wi-Fi is terrible. But staff is wonderful, breakfast was good, rooms were confortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Al llegar al hotel 11:30 de la noche me asignan la llave de un cuarto llegue al cuarto y se encontraba adentro una pareja acostados y se molestaron mucho con migo por entrar pudiendo ocasionar un problema mayor , me dirigí nuevamente a recepción y me comentan que cometieron un error y me asignaron otro cuarto , el segundo cuarto no funcionaba bien la taza del Baño no bajaba bien no lo pude usar , tampoco funcionó el internet y no pude trabajar pedí cama king size y me dieron dos matrimoniales en fin no pude descansar ni trabajar ni ir al baño requiero mi reembolso por esta mala experiencia

La actitud del personal puede mejorar. hubo molestia de la recepcionista por tratarse de reserva hecha a traves de expedia. me asignaron una habitacion sin sillón. no tuve apoyo del personal cuando se desconfiguro la llave de la puerta y cuando les solicite hielo.

nunca hubo hielo en las neveras, un dia la persona de la limpieza se presento a las 16:30 momento en que llegábamos a la habitación por lo que ese dia >NO se realizo ninguna limpieza de la habitación a pesar de que salimos temprano por la mañana, los meseros tanto en la alberca como en el restaurant, terrible y muy lento el servicio y largo el tiempo de espera de los alimentos, errores constantes en lo solicitado de comer

Hubo fallas en el wifi, ruido del personal de servicio y fallas en el agua caliente. El personal atento y el restaurant excelente.

Los costos del menú del restaurant son muy elevados y no hay mucha variedad
