Todo maravilloso. La alberca limpia y climatizada, las habitaciones limpias y amplias. Estacionamiento sin problemas y con acceso de los dos sentidos de la calle, junto a un buen lugar de restaurantes. El personal del hotel muy amable. Muy agradable estancia.

Excelente hotel, muy accesible y sobre todo el servicio está muy ameno. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas, el clima funciona muy bien y jamás te faltan cosas cuando hacen limpieza, además de estarte rellenando el bar día con día. Cuentan con servicio de lavandería (con costo) la piscina es muy grande y muy bonita por la noche. El desayuno buffet está muy rico y variado ya no es lo mismo todos los días. Quizás lo único sería que le falta más espacio para el estacionamiento aunque es algo grande, puede llegar a llenarse. Me tocó estacionar un día en el lugar de discapacitados. Pero todo lo demás 10 de 10.

However, the hotel entrance is too small and the parking lot is also small there are a few stores and restaurants around. It is close to a road with a lot of traffic. Todo se esta cayendo a pedazos. Nos toco que mi cuñada se tuviera que cambiar de cuarto porque se le mojó todo el cuarto lloviendo. Llovió 4 días completos, desayunando todo tenía goteras. Al pedir limpieza de cuarto me di cuenta que los muebles, mesa y mueble de TV desde nuestra llegada no lo limpiaron, espejo de baño tampoco. Tuve servicio al cuarto, todo excelente con la comida, al día siguiente hicieron “limpieza de cuarto” que fueron solo las camas, y no se llevaron los platos, los dejaron ahí un día y medio

Tengo fotos de los sucio de los buros y las recámaras, lo reporte al hotel la habitación era un asco total, tmb tengo fotos del baño lleno de hongo, piso roto mi esposo se corte el pie por eso y todavía las sábanas manchadas. Para mí nos dieron una habitación usada y sin limpieza para el precio que se pagó el hotel no lo vale

The property was not good. The one downtown is much better. At this one you have to pay for everything individually even to watch television you need to pay. No breakfast and service was bad. I had originally wanted the property downtown and I got this one instead which is as not what I wanted but I had no choice. One of the worse places I have ever stayed. Save your money and go somewhere else instead of here

Staff was super attentive and prompt on anything we asked. If u sign up for use of the van they take u and ur guests as long as u tip so no need for taxis. We payed for the morning buffet and it was worth it 6am-12noon. Staff was excellent. All around great stay.

Habitación muy antigua, pedir factura en Recepcion, y me dijeron que me lo mandaban en correo dos minutos después. La volví a pedir a una media hora y me dijeron que me la mandaban en unos minutos.. finalmente ya las tres horas bastante enojada, la llamé y entonces me la mandaron en un minuto. Bastante apático el personal.

The hotel was pretty nice for what it was! The rooms were spacious and had nice amenities. The bathroom/shower were a bit tight in terms of space but otherwise, everything else was great. The bed was really comfortable. Didn’t get a chance to get in their pool but it looked quite nice and clean. We did have breakfast one morning and the food was pretty decent. Perhaps not a lot of variety for it being a buffet but it was good enough. The price was reasonable too, it was about 310 pesos per person. The staff were courteous as well.

Excelente hotel, muy accesible y sobre todo el servicio está muy ameno. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas, el clima funciona muy bien y jamás te faltan cosas cuando hacen limpieza, además de estarte rellenando el bar día con día. Cuentan con servicio de lavandería (con costo) la piscina es muy grande y muy bonita por la noche. El desayuno buffet está muy rico y variado ya no es lo mismo todos los días. Quizás lo único sería que le falta más espacio para el estacionamiento aunque es algo grande, puede llegar a llenarse. Me tocó estacionar un día en el lugar de discapacitados. Pero todo lo demás 10 de 10.

The room service is 24hrs and they staff is very professional and kind. The morning buffet price was fair and all the servers were very attentive.

Staff was super attentive and prompt on anything we asked. If u sign up for use of the van they take u and ur guests as long as u tip so no need for taxis. We payed for the morning buffet and it was worth it 6am-12noon. Staff was excellent. All around great stay.

Very clean the staff was wonderful. The food omg delicious. I also got a massage by this lovely lady on Christmas Day she was excellent. We will definitely be back soon.

We have been staying in this hotel almos every time we visit my uncle in Tampico. Very clean, staff is very professional. Our last stay was on December 2025 my husband withdrew money from the ATM in their lobby before checking out, we received a call from the staff to let us know the card was left inside de machine. Very honest staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.
