Séjour très agréable en famille à l’hôtel Zéphyr. Personnel avenant, petit-déjeuner excellent un peu plus de fruits de saison sur le buffet serait appréciable. Nous sommes pressés de revenir cet été pour profiter des piscines. merci à tout l’équipes de l’hôtel

My time at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! The staffs were welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean as well and it was a serene environment. The traditional meal was well prepared by the chefs. A 10/10 stay i highly recommend.

À notre arrivés, on a du attendre plus d’ 1h pour avoir notre chambre. J’ai demandé un bagagiste qui n’est jamais arrivé j’ai du monté les valises seule. L’eau est à peine tiède pour se doucher. On a du nous sortir de la piscine à cause de travaux.

Some reviews are very negative but I don’t understand how. The staff is SOOOO friendly. They let me check in 4 hours early with no charge, they did my laundry for me, even though it’s not a typical service, I stayed in two different rooms (I had two separate reservations) and both of them were very clean and cute. They even put flowers all over your room! Security was great and they got to know my face. But at first asked to see my room card when entering the property, which is how it should be. The spa was great as well, I had a great pedicure and an amazing hammam. But the stand out employee is Fatina! She went so far above and beyond that it actually made me rebook the second time. Some things you might like to know: -The number 16 bus goes right past the hotel and takes you to the Medina -There are some restaurants walking distance if you aren’t happy with the food Here are some downsides (but when is there every no downsides) : - wifi pretty much only works in lobby - the food isn’t the best and only half the menu is available. Ps, I’m a Canadian with fairly high standards and I don’t typically review properties.

Very quiet hotel and much nicer than expected for the price. Nice pool areas even if they were pretty cold. Food was very poor, nothing looked like the pictures on the menu but breakfast was ok and good price. I expect to struggle with any complaints or asks unless you can speak Arabic. Couple staff spoke very little English. If you want a cheap quiet getaway and can arrange everything yourself it’s very good.

Exterieur piscines au top / transats cassés vieux et pas conforts. Jamais de bnjr merci aurevoir ( sauf 1 serveur et le responsable du resto ) La carte qui se désactive tous les 2j. Hôtel non recommandé. Points négatif : Système d'air climatisé inefficace (30 degré dans la chambre VS 34 à l'extérieur), impossible de dormir la nuit. Service à la clientèle très pauvre, voire inexistant, disputes avec des clients à l'accueil, refus de collaborer pour trouver une solution ou de nous changer de chambre malgré que l'hôtel est vide et que notre chambre est un sona. Accueil extrêmement lent pour avoir la chambre, prévoir 1h30 et plus d'attente, même si vous avez déjà réservé expédia ou Booking... Il y a des coquerelles dans la chambre. Celle-ci est non insonorisé non plus, on entend les voisins, les passants dans les couloirs et les gens dans la terrasse. Système d'eau de toilette coule toute la nuit. Accès à la baignoire douche est difficile à cause de la hauteur. Portes de toilette et douche difficiles à fermer/ouvrir, car elles bloquent au sol. Portes d'armoires très brouillante à ouvrir/fermer pour ne pas réveiller les autres. Le tour des toilettes est sale. Points positifs : Belle piscine. Bon service au restaurant. Rapport qualité prix des snack est correct, mais celui des plats est très cher. Bon espace pour le parking. Les espaces communs de l'hôtel sont propres.

I didn’t like any thing other than the outside landscaping . Generally the place is dirty. No cleaning staff comes around. The restaurant floor was filthy. Giving that place a make over could make it a paradise. It is really big. They did some carpeting and did not notify me. I walked out into a hallway of mold that got me coughing and sneezing. I had to wear a mask the entire time I was there.

Alors dès la première nuit on a trouvé plein de fourmis par terre sur le canapé, on a demandé à l’accueil de nous changer de chambre, il nous disait que tout était complet alors qu’il y avait des chambres vides, du coup, ils ont fait le ménage et même après le ménage il y avait encore des fourmis, c’était vraiment horrible, question hygiène de dormir avec des fourmis donc je n’en commande, je recommande vraiment pas plus la dernière nuit à minuit un monsieur qui fait le ménage avec l’aspirateur qui nous empêche de dormir, on a dû aller voir l’accueil pour qu’il arrête de faire l’aspirateur parce que c’était très dérangeant donc vraiment déçu du séjour

In the three day of my stay, not once the room was cleaned/bed made. There were no tissue paper. To talk to receptionist was always quit a wait. The hotel is far from city centre.

Clean Room- the room was very clean and had great amenities. The only downside and this has been multiple stays that I have seen this near the doorway. Roaches, big ones. Overall, it’s a clean room, but the roaches that can sneak in from outside are disgusting. The sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain. We didn’t use a lot of the serves. We did try to breakfast Buffet, it’s worth the $6. The property is always very clean and smells clean. Good service and stay for the price. I highly recommend. I would have given 5 stars across had it not been for the cockroaches sneaking into the room and the broken sink.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of options - the rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. Bathroom has a bath and shower is good with pressured hot water. Only think about bathroom is there should be a soap dish and also a place to put your toothbrush / comb etc . Also the tissue box was not replaced. Overall a good experience.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel. I wasn’t a fan of the lengthy checkin questionnaire they ask you to fill out, seems unnecessary. The room is spacious. The pool area is nice. Security staff are nice as well. The cons of this stay; bathroom needs renovations. Found bugs inside the bathroom, a huge cockroach was on the floor the last morning of our stay. The front desk clerk was not really helpful. One of the days they serviced our room they took all the towels and didn’t replace them. We asked the front desk and he said he couldn’t do anything. I thought maybe go into a vacant room and grab towels from there?? We were without towels from about 8pm till 2pm the next day. Even when we asked the room service personnel they said they would get them right away took more than an hour when finally my husband went back to the front desk and they finally gave us towels. Like I said overall it’s a nice property for the price. Just the customer service and bathrooms need an upgrade

Very nice and clean hotel. Only issue is the water pressure in shower could be better and the toilet seemed a bit loose from the wall.
Very nice and clean hotel. Only issue is the water pressure in shower could be better and the toilet seemed a bit loose from the wall.

4 ppl 2 adults 2 teenagers Hotel is set up as a hotel and apartment in the same complex Stayed in the apartment as hotel didnt have capacity for us Large roomy airy and generally clean and well equipped apartment Breakfast was available to purchase. I didn't eat was too tired and slept through Staff very good Issues I noticed and reported and hotel responded immediately Bathroom doors sticking on the floor One toilet flush not working Hot water not working in the second bathroom So does cause inconvenience...I am pretty easy going and made no difference to me...though could be massive issue for ppl especially as the hotel is upper end of economy living

My time at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! The staffs were welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean as well and it was a serene environment. The traditional meal was well prepared by the chefs. A 10/10 stay i highly recommend.

Hôtel non recommandé. Points négatif : Système d'air climatisé inefficace (30 degré dans la chambre VS 34 à l'extérieur), impossible de dormir la nuit. Service à la clientèle très pauvre, voire inexistant, disputes avec des clients à l'accueil, refus de collaborer pour trouver une solution ou de nous changer de chambre malgré que l'hôtel est vide et que notre chambre est un sona. Some reviews are very negative but I don’t understand how. The staff is SOOOO friendly. They let me check in 4 hours early with no charge, they did my laundry for me, even though it’s not a typical service, I stayed in two different rooms (I had two separate reservations) and both of them were very clean and cute. They even put flowers all over your room! Security was great and they got to know my face. But at first asked to see my room card when entering the property, which is how it should be. The spa was great as well, I had a great pedicure and an amazing hammam. But the stand out employee is Fatina! She went so far above and beyond that it actually made me rebook the second time. Some things you might like to know: -The number 16 bus goes right past the hotel and takes you to the Medina -There are some restaurants walking distance if you aren’t happy with the food Here are some downsides (but when is there every no downsides) : - wifi pretty much only works in lobby - the food isn’t the best and only half the menu is available. Ps, I’m a Canadian with fairly high standards and I don’t typically review properties.

Notre séjour à cet hôtel aurait pu virer au cauchemar sans l'intervention de Madame Fatine, qui a su rectifier une situation malencontreuse. Malheureusement, l'accueil initial par la réceptionniste était très décevant et a sérieusement terni notre séjour. Hôtel agréable, propre et bien géré.

Pas assez de place pr mettre le commentaire en entier. Fourmis dans la chambre chaque jour, matelas ou on sent tous les ressorts. Menage de la chambre fait a moitie, pas de draps changés serviettes quasiment idm + nettoyage au sol facultatif ( ne bouge pas les tapis de chambre ni SDB Pr nettoyer) Personnel pas accueillant, ni a l arrivée (ca a duré 3 plombs, donne la carte sans aucune indication ( direction, etage, horaires resto... ) ni au depart, mont fait payer 70dh de + pour une facture que javais deja payee (mm chose pr un couple qui partait a notre arrivee) Restaurant pas bon mais prix corrects, PDJ affreux. Exterieur piscines au top / transats cassés vieux et pas conforts. Jamais de bnjr merci aurevoir ( sauf 1 serveur et le responsable du resto ) La carte qui se désactive tous les 2j. En bref fuyez ne perdez ni votre temps ni votre argent.

It was absolutely amazing . The staff ate incredibly helpful . I extended twice as I enjoyed my self way too much . I celebrated my birthday there and they decorated my room so beautifully it was magical . I will be returning soon .

Amenities are five star, disappointed that my room wasn’t clean when I arrived and then never cleaned again during our stay. Quite far out from the centre of Marrakech, about 25mins in taxi, use InDrive application to order taxis too. Benefits of being out of town are you can chill and forget the mayhem in the medina.

Very quiet hotel and much nicer than expected for the price. Nice pool areas even if they were pretty cold. Food was very poor, nothing looked like the pictures on the menu but breakfast was ok and good price. I expect to struggle with any complaints or asks unless you can speak Arabic. Couple staff spoke very little English. If you want a cheap quiet getaway and can arrange everything yourself it’s very good.

Dame de l’accueil pas aimables Des fourmis dans la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner j’ai commander au petit jeune le matin au bout d’une heure je n’était toujours pas servi alors que des gens arriver après moi et était servie en 10 minutes je suis allez le voir 4 fois à chaque fois il me dit désoler ça arrive et il n’est jamais venu je suis donc partie au bout d’une heure sans avoir pris le petit déjeuner. que dire de ce sejour sinon que je n’ai reconnu en rien tous les mauvais commentaires lu a son propos et j’appréhendais. Tout d’abord les chambre sont certes petites mais tres bien tenues et propres. L’hotel est tres bien entretenu dans ses aborts (piscine, espace verts, parking). Mon check in a ete tres rapide. La restauration n’est pas exceptionnelle mais tout a fait acceptable et abordable. En bref, ravi du sejour.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of options - the rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. Bathroom has a bath and shower is good with pressured hot water. Only think about bathroom is there should be a soap dish and also a place to put your toothbrush / comb etc . Also the tissue box was not replaced. Overall a good experience.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of options - the rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. Bathroom has a bath and shower is good with pressured hot water. Only think about bathroom is there should be a soap dish and also a place to put your toothbrush / comb etc . Also the tissue box was not replaced. Overall a good experience.

Séjour très agréable en famille à l’hôtel Zéphyr. Personnel avenant, petit-déjeuner excellent un peu plus de fruits de saison sur le buffet serait appréciable. Nous sommes pressés de revenir cet été pour profiter des piscines. merci à tout l’équipes de l’hôtel

My time at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! The staffs were welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean as well and it was a serene environment. The traditional meal was well prepared by the chefs. A 10/10 stay i highly recommend.

Drinking water was unavailable during the night. My room was invaded by ants and I saw cockroaches in the hallways. Breakfast food was of poor quality. I will not return and do not recommend.

Some reviews are very negative but I don’t understand how. The staff is SOOOO friendly. They let me check in 4 hours early with no charge, they did my laundry for me, even though it’s not a typical service, I stayed in two different rooms (I had two separate reservations) and both of them were very clean and cute. They even put flowers all over your room! Security was great and they got to know my face. But at first asked to see my room card when entering the property, which is how it should be. The spa was great as well, I had a great pedicure and an amazing hammam. But the stand out employee is Fatina! She went so far above and beyond that it actually made me rebook the second time. Some things you might like to know: -The number 16 bus goes right past the hotel and takes you to the Medina -There are some restaurants walking distance if you aren’t happy with the food Here are some downsides (but when is there every no downsides) : - wifi pretty much only works in lobby - the food isn’t the best and only half the menu is available. Ps, I’m a Canadian with fairly high standards and I don’t typically review properties.

Very quiet hotel and much nicer than expected for the price. Nice pool areas even if they were pretty cold. Food was very poor, nothing looked like the pictures on the menu but breakfast was ok and good price. I expect to struggle with any complaints or asks unless you can speak Arabic. Couple staff spoke very little English. If you want a cheap quiet getaway and can arrange everything yourself it’s very good.

Dame de l’accueil pas aimables Des fourmis dans la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner j’ai commander au petit jeune le matin au bout d’une heure je n’était toujours pas servi alors que des gens arriver après moi et était servie en 10 minutes je suis allez le voir 4 fois à chaque fois il me dit désoler ça arrive et il n’est jamais venu je suis donc partie au bout d’une heure sans avoir pris le petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est plutôt loin de la place jema El fna et des lieux d’activité

Enjoyed our last minute stay in an apartment room and actually extended it by 2 days as everything was just so easy and accessible. Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful with things even outside their remit. Hasna who works at reception in particular was such an asset to our stay and made our time at the hotel so easy and hassle free. Proximity to the airport, cafes, supermarket and restaurants (not in the media) is great. Pools, spa/jaccuzzi, etc. are good for the price. Food could be better but there are nearby options you can find using trip advisor. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something calm and relaxing that’s more than sufficient and very good value for money.
