Excellent property, right on the harbourside (Lots of steps though).. Asked for a room with harbour view and it didnt disappoint. Our picture window looked out right out over the harbour. The window it self completely open right up, with two rise and lower chairs-perfect! Breakfast choices really good. Full English spot on. Service by Tommy lovely, everything you needed. Clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the radio being on. Recommended...

Harbour View is in an excellent position overlooking Brixham Harbour and the parking space reserved by the guest house is very close, down by the harbourside. The guest house has clearly had a major makeover recently and is decorated attractively in a modern style. The staff are very friendly and helpful; and they serve an excellent cooked breakfast. For us, the only downside was that our room was rather too small, particularly as we had two large suitcases. But it was comfortable and the shower was fine.

Very nice hosts. We were on the second floor and lots of winding steps.with a rope handrails. I found it difficult because I am 90 years old, but my son had no problems with them.

Excellent location, parking available on the harbour not next to hotel if you request it. Pet friendly. Rooms were adequate and decor was lovely. Had an issue on arrival with our room but it was resolved quickly for us. All the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. Lovely view of the harbour from the front of the B & B

Harbour View is a fabulous B&B, conveniently located with parking (for a small fee which was reasonable), great communication from owner and views from rooms where fabulous, overlooking the harbour, would definitely stay again.

Went for the weekend with my husband. Great location, B&B was clean well presented, breakfasts were great. Barry looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Only think i would say is all the bedrooms are located upstairs so be prepared. Will definitely be going back, maybe in the summer.

The room we were assigned was in the back with no harbour view at all. The room reeked of mould. We left and found a fabulous location and accommodation elsewhere. We will not return. Too bad because I have stayed there previously and liked the place - but assigning rooms that are mouldy is a poor strategy. If you get put in in room 9or 10 run - far away.

Lovely seaside retreat, perfect location and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was great and easy walking distance to the harbour. We had a harbour view room and the sunshine came through lovely late afternoon to enjoy whilst getting ready for the evening. Would highly recommend.

Lovely position the view from room 7 is wonderful, although the sloping floor is a bit weird at first but it has a comfortable bed so ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was pleasant with various choices along with the hot choice ( although it looked a bit lost on a large plate, but was adequate) overall it was good value for money. We would have preferred if the front door was closed more often to prevent problems.

Our stay was lovely the room was small but adequate and the views as per the description were amazing. Staff at breakfast were lovely and the food was great. Only feedback I would like to provide is improved instructions to the car parking space - suggestion would be to add I-scream as a landmark as to were to turn onto the marina - “black railings” is not clear especially as the drive into the space looks pedestrian (this should also be mentioned). We got lucky that there was someone at the property accepting a delivery who was able to direct us otherwise I feel we would have been driving around for even longer as it was we had been for 30 minutes.

Highly recommended. Super organised and friendly owners that are providing a very high standard. We regularly stay in Brixham when we are putting the boat and and out of the water or seeing mates and there is some good accommodation in the town but this is now our favourite place. It’s very easy to access with the waterfront restaurants and best bits, contactless check in and then a great view at breakfast over the inner harbour.
Highly recommended. Super organised and friendly owners that are providing a very high standard. Excellent breakfast, Nicky is an amazing cook and nothing was too much trouble!!! Mia who served the food was extremely pleasant and cheerful. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

In a prime position overlooking the harbour with parking available close by. Rooms quirky but spotlessly clean. Staff especially Barry and Nicky were professional , efficient and oh so friendly. They made our stay.

Amazing location overlooking the harbour at Brixham. The breakfast was excellent and our dog was also treated to a breakfast sausage. Loved the cafe on the otherside of the harbour. Excellent coffee and cakes.

Excellent property, right on the harbourside (Lots of steps though).. Asked for a room with harbour view and it didnt disappoint. Our picture window looked out right out over the harbour. The window it self completely open right up, with two rise and lower chairs-perfect! Breakfast choices really good. Full English spot on. Service by Tommy lovely, everything you needed. Clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the radio being on. Recommended...

Lovely seaside retreat, perfect location and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was great and easy walking distance to the harbour. We had a harbour view room and the sunshine came through lovely late afternoon to enjoy whilst getting ready for the evening. Would highly recommend.

Lovely position the view from room 7 is wonderful, although the sloping floor is a bit weird at first but it has a comfortable bed so ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was pleasant with various choices along with the hot choice ( although it looked a bit lost on a large plate, but was adequate) overall it was good value for money. We would have preferred if the front door was closed more often to prevent problems.

Excellent breakfast, Nicky is an amazing cook and nothing was too much trouble!!! Mia who served the food was extremely pleasant and cheerful. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
