Adevertised with pictures showing the brightness and space of the room. Extremely disappointing to find out that the room i was given as in basement -2 (two floors underground). When i contacted the receptionist via WhatsApp i was told that on the hotel profile is written that the P-Studio may be in the basement. I double checked and this info is nowhere written in the hotels.com hotel page. So i wasted time in looking for an inaccurate and untrue justification which make it worse. In the basement-2 be ready also to have poor mobile network. The room was clean and furnished well but they should simply provide accurate info in the booking process with relevant pictures and not the ones of their best room if all the others are not matching quality and size.

Avoid this hotel — hidden fees and terrible service. We had a late check-in, but the hotel held our check-in instructions hostage until we paid an unexpected €200 deposit upfront. Standard hotels hold card details on file; charging €200 outright just to access your room is ridiculous. On top of that, we had to call three separate times while on the road just to get the access details, only to be met with rude, unhelpful management. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

I was absolutely blown away by the cute apartment I got to stay in — a studio with its own kitchen and bathroom. I loved staying there so much, and honestly, it felt like too good a deal for what I paid. Check-in was a little confusing, though — I didn't receive any instructions on how to get the key, so when I arrived, I wasn't sure what to do. Luckily, I spotted a few people coming out of the door next to mine and realized there was a reception there, though there was no visible sign indicating it. If I ever come back to Prague again, I would love to stay there again.
